Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand ambassadors and prices on purchasing decisions for Android phones through consumer buying interest. The approach in this study is associative with the data analysis used is path analysis. The population and sample in this study were 147 respondents who were selected by accidental sampling. The results showed that (1) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on buying interest, (2) price had a negative effect on buying interest, (3) brand ambassadors had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) price had a negative effect on purchasing decisions, (5) brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest, (6) price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions through buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan model yang tepat untuk nasabah tabungan di Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Sumatera Utara sehingga dapat menjadi model bagi Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel sistem syariah, promosi memberikan daya tarik dalam pembentukan niat untuk membuka rekening tabungan di BPRS. Namun layanan tidak mempengaruhi pembentukan niat untuk menjadi pelanggan. Studi ini juga menegaskan bahwa Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) dapat digunakan dalam riset konsumen tentang BPRS.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the ease and speed of obtaining something is highly sought after, including the ease and speed of obtaining financial services. This new method is a digital financial service that offers and provides convenience and speed of financial services. It is hoped that this method will provide convenience for the public to obtain financial services. But we need to remember that in our constitution, Indonesia is a state of law so that everything that is done in this country must be based on the law. Including digital finance businesses must be regulated and supervised by existing laws in Indonesia. Based on the research results, it is known that the financial business in Indonesia is regulated and supervised by three institutions, namely the Ministry of Communication and Information, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority.

Abstract

The aim study this is to know and analyze the influence of quality service, store atmosphere, and discounts price against impulse buying. Study this made to consumers Sun Department Store Binjai Supermall. Population in a study this is visiting consumers Sun Department Store Binjai Supermall. Withdrawal sample use sample accidental as many as 200 respondents. Data analysis performed is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of data analysis show that in a manner Partial variable quality service, store atmosphere, and discounts price significantly influence impulse buying on consumers Sun Department Store Binjai Supermall.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and cafe atmosphere on the intention to revisit Starbucks customers in Medan City. The population in this study were customers who visited Starbucks in (June 2021-May 2022), namely 5,778. The selection of the sample in this study was based on the calculations put forward by Slovin so that the sample obtained was 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that service and cafe atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit Starbucks customers in Medan City.

Abstract

The humanism approach as a movement raises awareness of human values aimed at the students of Bina Agung Private Middle School, Sunggal District, with the aim that students can avoid the dangers of drugs and promiscuity both within the school environment and outside the school environment. The implementation method is carried out by lectures and discussions with students. The results of this community service show that the humanist approach to students is very effectively used as a means to make changes in the mental revolution of students to avoid the dangers of drugs and promiscuity, because this can interfere with learning and reduce student achievement at school. In addition to the humanism approach that is applied to students, it is also carried out with a preventive approach to students by providing an understanding of the dangers of drugs and promiscuity and accompanied by teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and product quality on customer loyalty through customer engagement with Toyota car users in Medan City. The research was conducted on Toyota car users in Medan City. The population of all Toyota brand car users in Medan City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the sub-1 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. The results of the sub-2 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sub sektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Persediaan, sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan, dan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 48 data laporan keuangan triwulan perusahaan periode 2019-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang dapat diperoleh dalam bentuk laporan keuangan triwulan tiap perusahaan yang diakses melalui situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, dan secara simultan Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare perceptions of the security level in making decisions on the use of e-banking in the Y and Z generations. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method. The respondents in this study were e-banking consumers in the Y and Z generations. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U Test through SPSS software version 20.00. The research results show no significant difference in the perceived security in usage decisions of E-Banking Y and Z generations.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan adalah persepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan harga saham. Harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pasar tidak hanya terhadap kinerja perusahaan saat ini namun juga pada prospek perusahaan di masa mendatang. Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan sangat penting artinya bagi suatu perusahaa, karena dengan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan berarti juga memaksimalkan tujuan utama perusahaan. Meningkatnya nilai perusahaan adalah sebuah prestasi yang sesuai dengan keinginan para pemiliknya, karena  dengan meningkatnya nilai perusahaan, maka kesejahteraan para pemilik juga akan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran Perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponennya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif. DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Total aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Hal ini menerima hasil hipotesis yang menyatakan total aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV. ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV padap perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI. Hal ini menerima hasil hipotesis yang menyatakan ROE berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PBV.Kata Kunci: DER, Total Aset, ROE, PBV
