Abstract

Milenial, sebagai pihak yang paling akrab dengan internet diantara generasi yang ada, memiliki potensi untuk menjadi korban berita palsu—terutama terkait dengan informasi sesat seputar Covid-19 di media sosial dan internet—sebab mereka masuk dan menjadi bagian dari lalu lintas dan ekosistem itu. Akan tetapi, potensi menjadi korban tersebut juga diiringi dengan potensi menjadi penjernih suasana yang keruh akibat hoaks. Milenial, dapat menghunus senjata untuk melawan hoaks seputar Covid-19. Dengan mendorong milenial bergerak, kampanye ini harus dimulai dengan melibatkan mereka secara aktif. Maka, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menawarkan solusi berupa pembentukan komunitas berbasis milenial bernama Malahoaks (Milenial Lawan Hoaks). Sebelum komunitas ini terbentuk, diperlukan kegiatan pendahuluan berupa workshop kepada mereka yang nantinya akan mengemban tugas untuk melakukan upaya kampanye perang melawan hoaks—utamanya berkenaan dengan Covid-19.

Abstract

Technology becomes a part of today’s lifestyles. Improving the quality of memorizing is significantly related to the development of learning resources through technological innovation. Educational games are one of the learning resources that can improve the memorization skills of PG/Kindergarten students. The purpose of this study was to develop an Android-based educational game as learning media and assess their effectiveness. The development model used was the ADDIE model. This research was conducted at Daar Al Husna PG/Kindergarten in Malang. Validation by material and media experts showed that the Android-based educational developed was very good and worthy of use. The effectiveness of the application of this Android-based educational game was assessed through pretest and posttest score

Abstract

The learning process is closely related to the interaction between educators and students. In order to facilitate the learning process, educators are required to make learning more innovative in order to be able to encourage students to study hard and be able to follow the learning process well. One of the innovations that can be done in the learning process is innovation in learning media. Learning media is one of the components of learning that has an important role in teaching and learning activities, especially in the transition after the Covid 19 pandemic. The use of smartphones can be one of the innovations of learning media by using Android-based e-modules. This research is development research or called Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The Android-based "MBARENGI" Statistics E-Module was validated by material experts, learning media experts, and tested on a limited scale sample. The results of the validation of material experts on the aspect of content material are 91.5% and on the language aspect are 93.2%. The results of media expert validation on the aspect of content quality are 92.3%, on design and audio aspects are 94.4% and the interaction and feedback aspects are 92.3%. In the test results, student responses obtained an average result are 88.8% which stated that the Android-based "MBARENGI" Statistics E-Module was feasible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Online learning is solution that implemented in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since COVID-19 pandemic, the learning process at UMSIDA used 100% online learning with UMSIDA e-learning media.It can accommodate students to carry out distance learning. So far, research has not been carried out readiness of students to take part in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on this, this research focuses on knowing the readiness of students to take online lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic using discriminant analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the predictor variable, the strongest differentiator is the flexibility of lecture time (X1) because the variable with the largest coefficient. This means that the variable time flexibility (X1) has the strongest dividing power against online learning readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, it also known that according to the student's perspective, the learning media that makes interaction with lecturers the most easy and the learning media that makes it the most easy to understand the material is using video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). On the other hand, choice of the learning system most chosen by students when the COVID-19 pandemic ends is online system 30% and offline 70%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya sumber belajar dan inovasi media pembelajaran dalam dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengembangkan multimedia (SIJARANG) pada mata pelajaran administrasi infrastruktur jaringan kelas XI di SMK Dian Indonesia Sidoarjo, (2) Mengetahui kelayakan multimedia (SIJARANG) berdasar Articulate Storyline pada materi administrasi infrastruktur jaringan kelas XI di SMK Dian Indonesia Sidoarjo melalui pandangan validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media dan uji coba peserta didik. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian (R and D). Model pengembangan yang dikembangkan menggunakan model 4-D. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Dian Indonesia Sidoarjo. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran (SIJARANG) berbasis Articulate Storyline dengan perolehan presentase validasi ahli media sebesar 90% , hasil validasi ahli materi sejumlah 90%, dan penilaian dari subjek uji coba sebanyak 89,6% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Dari penelitian tersebut dapat ditetapkan bahwa multimedia berbasis Articulate Storyline mata pelajaran administrasi infrastruktur jaringan di SMK Dian Indonesia Sidoarjo dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian dikembangkan bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengembangan dan kelayakan instrumen pembelajaran Adobe Flash pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan jaringan dasar. Jenis pengembangan ini adalah penelitian R and D dan Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4-D. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Hasil validasi media ditunjukan oleh validasi score oleh ahli media dan ahli materi sejumlah 92% yang dikategorikan “Sangat Layak” untuk di aplikasikan kepada siswa. Dari penelitian pengembangan tersebut dapat dipastikan bahwa instrumen pembelajaran berdasar Adobe Flash Mata Pelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar di SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo diakui sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

In teaching and learning process, educators are required to be able to create an innovation with the aim of encouraging students to be able to follow teaching and learning process well. Innovation in learning media is one type of innovation that can be done by an educator. Learning media is one components of learning that has an important role in teaching and learning activities, especially in the transition after the Covid 19 pandemic. The use of smartphones can be one of the innovations of learning media by using Android-based e-modules. This research is a development research or known as Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The Android-based “MBARENGI” statistics e-module was validated by material experts, learning media experts, and tested on a limited group. Based on the feasibility test that has been carried out on material experts and media experts, it can be concluded that the Android-based E-Module is feasible and can be implemented in the learning process. Based on the paired hypothesis testing (t-paired) the value of count (12.45) > for ttable (2.16) is obtained, the resulting decision is to reject H0 so that the interpretation of the results of the paired hypothesis testing (t-paired) is the E-Statistics Module "MBARENGI" based on Android has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes. The large influence test is obtained through the eta square value of 0.94 > 0.14 so it is included in the category that has a large influence. Based on the eta squared value, it can be concluded that the E-Modul Statistics "MBARENGI" learning media based on Android has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes with a large effect of 94%.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT)-based learning media is a form of IT utilization that can be used to develop learning media. Teachers are required to be more creative in packaging material in form of learning media. Besides being required to create interactive learning media, teachers are also required to carry out scientific writing publications. Publication of scientific papers can be defined as dissemination of original scientific research results. Publication of scientific papers is carried out as a form of contribution to improving quality of education. The problems experienced by schools as partners for community service activities are that teachers have not been able to maximize IT in the development of learning media and the teacher's low knowledge of procedures for publishing scientific papers, both publications in accredited scientific journals and HKI. The solution offered based on description of the partner's problems that have been described is conducting training on the development of IT-based learning media and publication of scientific papers. Through this training activity, teachers can add insight and skills related to development of IT-based learning media and publication of scientific papers. Based on the results of the training activities, it can be seen that there is an increase in teachers' understanding of development of IT-based learning media and publication of scientific papers based on increased understanding of  six aspects that have been measured.Media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) adalah bentuk dari pemanfaatan TI yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Guru dituntut agar lebih kreatif dalam mengemas materi dalam bentuk media pembelajaran. Selain dituntut untuk membuat media pembelajaran yang interaktif, guru juga dituntut untuk melaksanakan publikasi karya tulis ilmiah. Publikasi karya tulis ilmiah dapat didefinisikan sebagai penyebarluasan hasil penelitian ilmiah bersifat original. Publikasi karya tulis ilmiah dilakukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan. Permasalahan yang dialami sekolah sebagai mitra kegiatan abdimas adalah guru belum dapat memaksimalkan TI dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran serta rendahnya pengetahuan guru terhadap tata cara publikasi karya tulis ilmiah, baik publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah terakreditasi maupun HKI. Solusi yang ditawarkan berdasarkan uraian permasalahan mitra yang telah dideskripsikan adalah melakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TI dan publikasi karya tulis ilmiah. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ketrampilan guru terkait pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TI dan publikasi karya tulis ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan publikasi karya tulis ilmiah berdasarkan peningkatan pemahaman pada enam aspek yang telah diukur.

Abstract

This study aims to describe theoretically and empirically the integration of Islamic values ​​in climate change material in the perspective of learning technology. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, namely the study of literature. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that technology in learning is a demand for the 21st Century and the achievement of an independent curriculum, one form of technology in learning is the use of electronic modules based android. The integration of Islamic values ​​into climate change material is to interpret an uncertain climate, Islam views that nature and its contents are creations of Allah swt that must be maintained and cared for human survival, but the attitude of humans who do not care about the balance of nature causes an imbalance of ecosystems, global warming, and climate change. The results of relevant research state that the meaning learning model is proven to be able to foster students' moral sensitivity to the surrounding environment, with the role of technology to facilitate the interpretation of abstract climate change material into Islamic values, for example with electronic-based learning media. Future research is expected to be able to develop e-modules that try to integrate Islamic values ​​into science material in Secondary Schools.

Abstract

In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the surge in maladaptive behavior among kindergarten students presents a pressing educational concern. Swift identification of such behaviors is crucial for effective intervention. This quantitative experimental study investigates the efficacy of the "Utilization of Information Technology-based Maladaptive Behavior Screening" training in bolstering the competence of teachers. Through quasi-experimental methods, 49 teachers from 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal in Sidoarjo Regency participated in the training. The assessment tool employed was a comprehension test. Statistical analysis via paired samples t-test revealed a significant enhancement (p = 0.009; p < 0.05) between pre- and post-training performance. The intervention showcased substantial effectiveness (rs = 0.053; rs > 0.5) in elevating the teaching quality at 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal. This study underscores the importance of IT-based tools in addressing maladaptive behavior issues and fortifying teacher aptitude amidst challenging circumstances, with implications extending to diverse educational settings. Highlight: Educational Imperative: The study addresses the heightened maladaptive behavior in kindergarten students during the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the urgency of timely identification for effective intervention. IT-Based Training Impact: The research examines the positive impact of "Utilization of Information Technology-based Maladaptive Behavior Screening" training on teacher competence, demonstrated through significant performance enhancement.
