Abstract

Abstract               This thesis discusses how the application of reward and punishment in increasing motivation and learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students at SMK 4 Bone. This research is a qualitative research using three approaches namely the pedagogical approach, psychological approach and theological-normative approach. The data in this study were obtained through primary and secondary data namely observation and interviews directly to Islamic religious education teachers in the study site and also interviews directly to students in SMK 4 Bone by using research instruments in the form of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, documentation and analyzed with data reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion drawer.               This study aims to determine the application of reward and punishment in SMK 4 Bone, To find out the forms of the application of reward and punishment in SMK 4 Bone, and to find out the implications of the application of reward and punishment in increasing student motivation and achievement at SMK 4 Bone               Results of the research The process of applying rewards and punishments to improve student motivation and learning achievement at SMK 4 Bone, namely teachers and students make a deal that if students do their assignments well and excel will be rewarded. While students who do not do the work, disrupt the teaching and learning process, and do not obey the school rules, get punishment. As for the forms of rewards given to students such as gift giving, praise, body movements such as applause, thumbs up, etc. Whereas the Punishment given can be in the form of reprimands, additional tasks and body language / expressions (such as silence, looking away etc.).

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to increase the effectiveness of business plan preparation training for prospective young entrepreneurs. This training was carried out with a participatory method that involved simulating the preparation of a business plan, group discussions, and guidance from business experts. The training participants consisted of 10 young entrepreneurial candidates who were selected based on their interests and entrepreneurial potential. The results of the study show that this training has succeeded in improving the knowledge and skills of participants in developing an effective business plan. Prior to the training, the majority of participants only had a basic understanding of the components of a business plan. However, after participating in the training, participants are able to develop a business plan that includes market analysis, marketing strategy, operational management, financial projections, and risk analysis well. In addition, this training also encourages increased confidence of participants in starting and managing their businesses.

Abstract

This study examines the relationships between knowledge sharing, effective leadership, work behavior, and performance in Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar. The aim is to investigate how knowledge sharing and effective leadership influence performance, mediated by work behavior. Data was collected from 83 respondents through questionnaires, and multiple linear regression and path analysis were used for analysis. The results demonstrate significant and positive effects of knowledge sharing and effective leadership on work behavior within Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar. This emphasizes the importance of promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and developing effective leadership behaviors to enhance employee work behaviors. Furthermore, the study reveals significant and positive impacts of knowledge sharing, effective leadership, and work behavior on performance, highlighting their role in driving organizational success. Importantly, work behavior is identified as a mediating variable in the relationships between knowledge sharing, effective leadership, and performance. Positive work behaviors, including collaboration, communication, and adaptability, mediate the influence of knowledge sharing and effective leadership on performance outcomes. These findings underscore the significance of fostering positive work behaviors and creating a supportive work environment. The practical implications suggest that Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar should prioritize initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing practices, develop effective leadership skills, and foster positive work behaviors. By investing in these areas, the organization can improve employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity, ultimately leading to enhanced performance outcomes.
