Abstract

In the era of information technology-based 4.0, all fields use information technology, as well as in the world of education. In learning, the use and use of information technology is very important in supporting the smooth teaching and learning process. So that the ability of teachers in information technology literacy is very important and needs to be developed. This study aims to describe the level of information technology literacy of mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research sample was 41 mathematics teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta, who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Information techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the level of information technology literacy for mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta was still low. One of the factors affecting literacy is the lack of training in the use of information.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the CORE type of Cooperative learning model for understanding students ' mathematical concepts. The research method used in this research is the quasi-experimental method. Where experiment classes use the Core Type Cooperative learning model and control class using AIR type Cooperative. Instrument in this research is a question of essay-form. The test instruments used are validity tests and reliability tests. In the hypothesis test using test-T obtained the value of t_hitung > t_ (table) (3,925 > 2,0021), meaning understanding of the mathematical concepts of students taught with a cooperative model of type cooperatives is higher than those taught with models WATER-type cooperative learning to prove that there is an influence on the model of CORE cooperative Learning to understand the mathematical concepts of students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa modul pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan matematika realistik untuk siswa SMP/MTs kelas VII semester genap. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan modul pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan matematika realistik untuk siswa SMP/MTs kelas VII semester genap. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi, modul ini sudah dikatakan layak untuk digunakan. Rata-rata skor total sebesar 91,67%. Untuk penilaian validasi ahli materi, rata-rata skor total sebesar 82,35% untuk penilaian validasi  ahli media dan rata-rata skor total sebesar 81,32% untuk penilaian validasi ahli Bahasa dengan masing-masing skor termasuk kedalam kriteria “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran matematikadengan pendekatan matematika realistik untuk siswa SMP/MTs kelas VII semester genap ini layak digunakan sebagai perangkat pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berjudul “PKM Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika melalui Literasi Digital” ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran kepada pendidik akan pentingnya literasi digital dalam peningkatan pembelajaran matematika, serta memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pendidik mengenai aplikasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan melalui zoom meeting bersama mitra SMK Telekomunikasi Telesandi, Bekasi, pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2020. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah menyadarkan pendidik akan pentingnya peningkatan pembelajaran matematika melalui literasi digital pada saat ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah berhasil membuka wawasan dan menambah ilmu pengetahuan pendidik untuk terus menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dalam mengelola pembelajaran, sehingga dapat melahirkan generasi penerus yang produktif, sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan pada zamannya.

Abstract

Mathematics education in our country is currently experiencing a paradigm shift. There was a strong anxiety and awareness, especially among policy makers, to renew mathematics education. The aim is that the learning of mathematics more meaningful for students and can provide adequate supplies of competence both to further study or for entering the workforce. This paper describes the new paradigm. The outline will be elaborated on some new approaches in learning mathematics, such as kontruktivis, contextual (contextual teaching and learning or CTL), and in particular will be described on realistic mathematics education approach (MEA).

Abstract

PKM activities are carried out to improve the literacy of SMK Bhakti Idhata teachers' learning strategies, especially when blended learning is used.As is well known, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the face of education in Indonesia in a relatively short time. The learning system, was originally carried out face-to-face, changed to online and then to a combination of online and offline. It is called blended learning. The extreme change made the teachers confused in choosing which methods and strategies should be applied. This PKM activity was carried out in 3 stages, namely the initial stage in the form of a survey and preparation, the core stage in the form of activity implementation, and the final stage in the form of evaluation. The training is delivered online and focuses on introducing the flipped classroom as a blended learning strategy solution. As a result, this activity provides teachers with new experiences in using learning models in blended learning.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to develop android-based mathematics learning media on mathematics materials of junior high school class VIII quality to be used in the learning process. The research model used to develop this media is the learning model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In this study, the media were trialled to one material expert, one media expert, one development specialist, 3 students with different skill levels and twenty-two students on a field trial. From the results of these tests obtained the conclusion that this android-based mathematics learning media can be categorized "good". Based on the results of the study concluded that the android-based mathematics learning media developed in accordance with the instructional development model. Suggestions pertaining to the development medium for discussion of exercise questions, clearer video clips in pronunciation, and further classroom development.
