Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activities is based on the condition of the orphanage which is inhabited by many people. Maintaining health is very important while living and interacting with many people during the Covid-19 Pandemic. One of the efforts to maintain health is by implementing personal hygiene so we are not become a virus carrier for other people. Based on the recommendation of WHO and also the Surabaya City Government, residents are asked to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). This PKM aimed to provide information to the community, particularly who lives in orphanage, about efforts to live a clean and healthy lifestyle and provide vitamins and foodstuffs to maintain and improve the personal health of the residents of the orphanage. The implementation of this Community Service activity took place from June-October 2020. With the implementation of this activity, it was found that there was an increase in the understanding of the orphanage about clean and healthy living habits. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term, the residents of the orphanage will be more concerned with personal hygiene and also apply health protocols in their daily lives so that they can break the chain of transmission of the Covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of chitosan as anti-inflammatory in rheumatoid arthritic in reduction of paw edema using plethysmometer. Chitosan was isolated from the shrimp shell on the Trisik Coastal were administered orally on 17-32th day with CMC 0,5%. This research using repeated measure design. To evaluate anti-inflammatory effect of the suspension, an arthritic rats model was developed using Complete Freund`s Adjuvant (CFA) on 1-16th day. In addition, the research was divided into 5 groups (n=6) including normal control groups, positive control groups, negative control groups, 1 group were treated by chitosan suspension at 50 mg/200 gram BW doses and the other group were treated by chitosan suspension at 100 mg/200 gram BW doses. The reduction of paw edema were determined every 3 day after 17th days then analyzed using general linear repeated measure test (p<0,05). The results showed that paw edema of arthritic rats were evidently decreased by chitosan suspension at 100 mg/200 gram BW doses (142,66%) better than chitosan suspension  at 50 mg/200 gram BW doses (117,23%). In conclusion, the chitosan from shrimp shell of Trisik coastal is found to be effective as anti-inflammatory in rheumatoid arthritic rats model.

Abstract

This study entitled Differences Learning Outcomes Matter Elasticity Through Cooperative Learning Model Jigsaw and STAD (Student Archievement Division) Class X SMAN 5 Banda Aceh. As for the background of the title selection is due based on observations from previous studies of both types of cooperative learning model used is one model that is effectively used where learning is centered on the activities of the students when the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes elasticity of the material through cooperative learning model Jigsaw and STAD (Student Archievement Division). This type of research conducted by researchers is the approach experimental research, data collection study is a test instrument. Data processing techniques in this study were processed using statistical test analysis t-test formula. Based on the results of data analysis showed that no differences in learning the material elasticity through cooperative learning model Jigsaw and STAD (student archievement division) class X SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. It is suggested in order to do research by other parties to make the advantages and disadvantages of the model of the same learning is cooperative learning model Jigsaw and Student Archievement Division (STAD) and sampling is done randomly as consideration for the results of this study will be obtained the same results or not.Keyword :Jigsaw, STAD , Learning Outcomes , Experiment. Penelitian ini berjudul Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Materi Elastisitas Melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan STAD (Student Archievement Division) Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang pemilihan judul ini dikarenakan berdasarkan pengamatan penelitian terdahulu terhadap kedua tipe dari model pembelajaran kooperatif yang digunakan merupakan salah satu model yang efektif digunakan dimana pembelajaran ini berpusat pada kegiatan siswa ketika proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar materi Elastisitas melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan STAD (Student Archievement Division). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan penelitian eksperimen, pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes. Tehnik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan analisis uji statistik yaitu rumus uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil belajar materi Elastisitas melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan STAD (student archievement division) siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Disarankan agar dapat dilakukan penelitian oleh pihak lain dengan membuat kelebihan serta kekurangan dari model pembelajaran yang sama yaitu model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan Student Archievement Division (STAD) dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak sebagai pertimbangan untuk hasil penelitian ini nantinya diperoleh hasil yang sama atau tidak.Kata kunci: Jigsaw, STAD, Hasil Belajar, Eksperimen.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of student learning result by implementing IKRAR learning model (Initiation, Construction-Reconstruction, Aplication, Reflection) on the chemical equilibrium subject in the class XI MIA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted of two classes, class XI MIA 1 as experiment class and class XI MIA 3 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using right side t-test. Research result shown that the implementation of IKRAR learning model can improve student learning result on the chemical equilibrium subject where tarithmetic = 2,25 > ttable = 1,67.Key Words: IKRAR learning model (Initiation, Construction-Reconstruction, Aplication, Reflection), Learning Result, Chemical Equilibrium

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang religiositas tokoh utama dalam novel Janji karya Tere Liye yang diterbitkan oleh penerbit Sabakgrip pada bulan Juli tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pendeskripsian religiositas tokoh utama dalam novel Janji karya Tere Liye. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian-bagian teks novel Janji karya Tere Liye yang berupa kata atau kalimat-kalimat yang berisikan atau memuat tentang religiositas tokoh utama. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Janji karya Tere Liye yang ditulis sebanyak 486 halaman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik membaca naskah teks novel dan mencatat data. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah ketekunan pengamatan dan uraian rinci. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tokoh utama dalam novel Janji karya Tere Liye adalah tokoh Bahar. Tokoh utama Bahar mempunyai karakter sebagai manusia religius. Karakter religius yang dipunyai oleh tokoh Bahar adalah karakter religius Islam yang mencakup tiga unsur, yakni akhlak, akidah, dan syariat.
