Abstract

Abstraction :The purpose of this research is to develop the lecturers’ profession, to describe the lecturers’ perception, and to describe the proponent factors and the resistor factors of the development of lecturers’ profession. The type of this research is qualitative positivistic. The result of this theis shows that the lecturers become more dynamic and more autonomic, while the profession organization is developed in a small scale. The lecturers’ perception become more enthusiastic. The proponent factors are the young lecturers and the facilities. The resistor factors are the workdload of the lecturers, the lack of the fund, and the less harmonious communications. In its development, the resistor factors are minimized and the proponent factors are improved more.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan konsep pemasaran  pendidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG). Dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif / naturalistic, untuk menjawab beberapa permasalahan tentang bagaimana pandangan pihak UMG terhadap  konsep pemasaran pendidikan di (UMG), bagaimana cara membangun orientasi pemasarannya; dan bagaimana manajemen pemasarannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan konsep pemasaran dalam bidang pendidikan (di UMG) dapat meningkatkan manajemen  dan meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa.

Abstract

The current study is intended to examine how the students’ learning results in economics subject matter was after the use of problem based instruction model, and how the teacher managed the class with problem based instruction,  how the students’ activities in the instructional activities, and how the responded the use of the problem based instruction. The subjects were 32 students of class X-A of SMA Negeri 2 Mejayan in the academic year 2010-2011, while the object was problem based instruction (PBI). The result shows that the students’ learning results increased after the use of PBI. The activities of students and teacher also got improved in the three cycles. The students showed positive responses towards the use of problem based instruction.

Abstract

This theory analysis article aims to describe the meaning of mudharabah, explain about Sharia banks, and provide an overview on implementation of mudharabah in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Mudharabah takes place when there are investor (Shahibul mall), fund manager (mudharib), business activity, and profit sharing proportion (nisbah) agreement between investor and manager. Sharia banking should be performed based on some characteristics, specifically: usury (riba)-free, provides public services and realizes the socio-economic goals of Islam, universal, and applies profit and loss sharing. Moreover, mudharabah application in Islamic banking in Indonesia has the following characteristics: transactions must be intended to financing, business management is entrusted to mudhorib, and profits sharing system must be based on the principle of revenue sharing and proportion of profit sharing are subject to change during the term of the contract as agreed in the initial contract.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activities is based on the condition of the orphanage which is inhabited by many people. Maintaining health is very important while living and interacting with many people during the Covid-19 Pandemic. One of the efforts to maintain health is by implementing personal hygiene so we are not become a virus carrier for other people. Based on the recommendation of WHO and also the Surabaya City Government, residents are asked to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS). This PKM aimed to provide information to the community, particularly who lives in orphanage, about efforts to live a clean and healthy lifestyle and provide vitamins and foodstuffs to maintain and improve the personal health of the residents of the orphanage. The implementation of this Community Service activity took place from June-October 2020. With the implementation of this activity, it was found that there was an increase in the understanding of the orphanage about clean and healthy living habits. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term, the residents of the orphanage will be more concerned with personal hygiene and also apply health protocols in their daily lives so that they can break the chain of transmission of the Covid 19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aimed to gain strategy and zakat fundraising strategy evaluation applied at National Zakat Agency of East Java Province. This study used qualitative approach by primary and secondary data collecting. Interviewers of this study who came from different background, which are National Zakat Agency of East Java Province employees and academicians. Finding of this study shows there are three strategies at National Zakat Agency of East Java Province, the strategy is to build an image of an independent and professional institution, creates standardize the working mechanism of the zakat management organization, and build a muzaki and mustahik data base centrally . This study also informs socialization become main reason to increase zakat fundraising at National Zakat Agency of East Java Province.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel  untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Komunitas Usaha Mandiri (KUM) di Yayasan Dana Sosial Al Falah Surabaya terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif dengan sampel berjumlah 73 mustahiq. Uji yang digunakan dalam artikel ini yaitu persamaan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji T dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil dari artikel menyebutkan bahwa  Program Komunitas Usaha Mandiri (KUM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know the effect of the Youtube business on economic equity from the perspective of Islamic economics in Tapen Bondowoso. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data to get a clear picture of the problem under investigation. The result of this research is that Reyhan Entertainment's YouTube business can raise people's income in Tapen Bondowoso Village. The majority of the population in Tapen Village are high school or vocational school graduates who are still productive, do not have a job, and make a living as agricultural labourers. The Reyhan Entertainment Youtube business in Tapen Village can open jobs so that some people become employees with incomes above Bondowoso UMR. Based on economic equity in an Islamic financial perspective, the Youtube business only fulfils four of the five indicators of Islamic economic equality based on Umer Chapra's theory. The indicators that fulfilled are: (1) providing training and job vacancies; (2) distributing appropriate and appropriate wages to workers; (3) helping people with mental or physical disabilities to have a decent life; (4) obey the laws that have decided regarding the collection and utilization of zakat, infaq and shadaqoh (ZIS).Keywords : Islamic Economics; Equity; Youtube; TapenAbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bisnis Youtube terhadap pemerataan ekonomi dalam prespektif ekonomi islam di Desa Tapen Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan cara mengumpulkan data sehingga mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bisnis Youtube Reyhan Entertainment dapat mengangkat pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Tapen Bondowoso. Mayoritas penduduk di Desa Tapen yaitu  lulusan SMA atau SMK yang masih produktif, belum memiliki pekerjaan , dan bermata pencaharian sebagai buruh tani. Berdirinya bisnis Youtube Reyhan Entertainment di  Desa Tapen  dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan sehingga beberapa masyarakat menjadi karyawan dengan pendapatan di atas UMR Bondowoso. Berdasarkan pemerataan ekonomi dalam prespektif ekonomi islam bisnis Youtube tersebut hanya memenuhi empat indikator dari lima indikator pemerataan ekonomi islam berdasarkan teori Umer Chapra. Indikator yang terpenuhi adalah: (1) memberikan pelatihan dan lowongan pekerjaan; (2) membagikan upah yang sesuai dan pantas pada pekerja; (3) membantu masyarakat yang mengalami cacat mental ataupun fisik agar memiliki kehidupan yang layak; (4) menaati undang-undang yang sudah diputuskan mengenai pengumpulkan dan mendayagunakan zakat, infaq dan shadaqoh (ZIS).Kata Kunci : Ekonomi Islam; Pemerataan; Youtube; Tapen

Abstract

Pegadaian Sharia offers a fexible gold investement product ‘Gold Saving’ which since it was launched in 2015, it has become the most popular. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of islamic promotion and quality of islamic services to customer’s purchase decision to be customer of Pegadaian Sharia Gold Saving at Gresik Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses with SPSS version 23. This research model has two independent variables, namely islamic promotion and quality of islamic services, then the model has one dependent variable that is purchase decision. Data were collected by using questioner and measured by likert scale, distributed to 96 respondents of the Gold Saving customer’s of Pegadaian Sharia in Gresik Regency, sample selected using simple random sampling terchnique. The result found that islamic promotion didn’t significant effect to the customer’s purchase decision. Then, the quality of islamic service has positive and significant effect on customer’s purchase decision. However, the result of t-test found these islamic promotion and quality of islamic service has affect in simultaneous on customer’s purchase of Pegadaian Shariah Gold Saving.

Abstract

Abstract :This research is focused on discussing the application of Islamic business ethics used by restaurant restaurants in Sidoarjo namely Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo. In Islam, an economic activity carried out by a Muslim must have mutual benefit elements or values. The application that is carried out is also applied in every aspect of the economy consisting of the organization of production, consumption and distribution. Researchers use the basic values of Islamic business ethics as a reference to measure the application of Islamic business ethics including Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility, and Truth: Virtue and Honesty. Through a qualitative approach, there are two issues that must be answered namely how the application of Islamic business ethics in Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo is carried out and how Islamic business ethics principles are carried out in their success in doing business. Like praying 5 times, Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza is still running buying and selling activities and serving buyers. So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo applies Islamic business ethics in doing business but on the principle of unity Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza, has not been fully expected. For example, when the Adhan reverberated employees and employees were still making buying and selling transactions and serving consumers. The principles of Islamic business ethics used include the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth: virtue and honesty.
