Abstract

Suatu organisasi harus memiliki nilai lebih dalam hal sumber daya manusia agar dapat bersaing dengan organisasi lainnya. Organisasi dalam melaksanakan program kerja yang telah disusun pada dasarnya selalu bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kinerja adalah hasil atau tingkat keberhasilan seseorang secara keseluruhan selama periode tertentu didalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan modal psikologis sebagai moderating pada pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sedangkan kinerja pegawai dijadikan sebagai variabel dependen, dan modal psikologis sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh dimana menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yang didapat sebanyak 66 pegawai yang ada pada Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang. Dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dianalisa memakai analisis PLS-SEM, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Modal psikologis dapat memoderasi gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disarankan kepada pimpinan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang perlu memberikan pelatihan pengembangan, update ilmu para pegawai, karena dalam pengisian kuesioner responden masih rendah nilai terampil dibandingkan standar prosedur yang ada dalam  bekerja.Kata Kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, modal psikologis, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) membantu perusahaan mengatasi tantangan operasional dengan efisien melalui integrasi sistem fungsional, manajemen kompleksitas operasional, dan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data real-time. Implementasi SIM di PT Pangestu Jaya Perkasa dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan manajemen risiko perusahaan.

Abstract

This article will explain about the history of the Bektasiyah order, which played an important role in the spiritual axis of the Ottoman warriors from 1300 to 1800. This order was able to give the soldiers a high level of jihad militancy to fight against the sultan's enemies and to expand the empire's territory. Balim Sultan, who was close to Bayezid II, succeeded in institutionalizing the Bektasiyah order into a structured tarekat and emphasized the systematic tarekat tradition. The Bektasiyah Order has its own hierarchy for each follower of the Haci Bektas teachings and each level has a certain role as a dedication to the tarekat. This research was conducted with the aim of studying the Bektasiyah order more deeply related to basic matters such as its role, spiritual teachings, and its relation to the Ottomans. The method used when conducting this research is using historical research methods and library research. In the 13th century AD, the Bektasiyah Order experienced an increase in followers from time to time, even though the teachings taught were antinomian and different from Islamic teachings in general. When entering the modern era, this tarekat experienced difficult times due to the policy of sultan Selim III regarding the elimination of Yanisari soldiers because Yanisari soldiers who were also followers of the Bektasiyah order tended to interfere more in royal political issues and no longer had a solid religious foundation.

Abstract

This article discusses illustrations from the novel "Anak Rantau" by A. Fuadi which is intended as a solution and to minimize the problem of teenagers' reading interest (literacy) and moral crisis using illustration images that are able to motivate teenagers to start reading. By presenting illustrations from the novel "Anak Rantau" by A. Fuadi, teenagers will be interested in understanding the contents of the novel so that the resulting output is moral in accordance with the ethical values taught by the novel. The type of illustration used is digital illustration, as a form of development of digital-based illustration techniques in this era of globalization. The technique used is a manual combination technique which is executed with the help of the Medibang application to digitize it. Pen, waercolour, an oil pastel is a type of pen used for sketching, coloring and final finishing which will be poured on digital paper measuring 40 x 60cm. Based on this discussion, it can be concluded that this work is in the form of illustration as an alternative solution that exists through an approach method with illustration work as a trigger to improve the quality of reading and ends with improving morals in teenagers.

Abstract

The development of information systems is a crucial process in the current modern era, as information systems play a vital role in managing, processing, storing, retrieving data, as well as assisting in the necessary decision-making for organizational. Therefore, companies and organizations are competing to build information systems in the present era. However, the rapid growth of information technology results in new needs and challenges, prompting organizations to develop their information systems. A review was conducted to provide an understanding of why organizations in case studies need to develop information systems, the methods used, and the fields covered in the developed information systems. The review was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, aiming to provide an overview of 14 papers discussing information system development from 2021 to 2023. The results indicate that the primary reason for an organization to develop an information system is the need for a system that can help manage employees more efficiently. Furthermore, the study found other reasons, such as assisting in the process of admitting new students, improving patient services, facilitating the book borrowing process, and managing student learning outcomes or E-Reports. The most widely used method for information system development is the Waterfall method, where information system development is widely implemented in the fields of education, business, healthcare, government, and human resources.

Abstract

An organization must have more value in terms of human resources in order to compete with other organizations. The organization in implementing the work program that has been prepared basically always aims to achieve organizational goals. One way is to improve employee performance. Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks. This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style on performance with psychological capital as moderating on employees of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Padang State University. Independent variables in this study include leadership style, while employee performance is used as the dependent variable and psychological capital as a moderating variable. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling which made the entire population as a sample obtained as many as 66 employees at the Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State University. By using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which is analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis, where the results obtained are leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Psychological capital can moderate leadership style on employee performance. It is recommended that the leadership of the Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State University needs to provide development training, update the knowledge of employees, because in filling out the questionnaire the respondents are still low in skillful value compared to the standard procedures that exist in work.

Abstract

Keadaan seseorang untuk menjadi memiliki Entrepreneurship, dapat ditentukan dengan sikap, niat dan keyakinan Entrepreneur. Dalam melaksanakan keinginan yang telah disusun pada dasarnya selalu bertujuan untuk mencapai Keyakinan Entrepreneur. Niat sangat mempengaruhi tindakan, dimana pikiran seseorang akan mengarahkan tindakan seperti apa yang akan dilakukan bisa atau tidaknya tindakan tersebut dilakukan serta kapan dan bagaimana tindakan itu akan terjadi, melalui berbagai pertimbangan serta rasa ingin melakukan tindakan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap terhadap niat dengan keyakinan entrepreneur sebagai mediasi. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini sikap, sedangkan niat dijadikan sebagai variabel dependen, dan keyakinan entrepreneur sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling jenuh dimana menjadikan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yang didapat sebanyak 142 responden. Dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang dianalisa memakai analisis SEM-PLS, dimana hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sikap berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap niat. Keyakinan entrepreneneur dapat memediasi sikap terhadap niat.
