Abstract

AbstractHave we become inspirational teachers? Why should be an inspirational teacher? Have our students answered “Master is inspiration” when someone asks “children, what do you think about your teacher?” Good teachers who inspire teachers for learners, for example, advice, build learners to learn fun not stress and children are not afraid. Professional teachers should be able to educate children to be brave. Learning resources, all sources either in the form of data, people and certain forms that can be driven learners. Inspiration is interpreted with creative ideas that arise from within the self after an external stimulus. Therefore, teachers should be able to become “stimulants” for their students, inspiring for inspiration so that children can always be encouraged to bring up ideas, ideas, thoughts, actions, values, and positive creativity. Learning is the most priority activity in school activities. In the learning activities, the teacher is like a captain who controls the pace of the learning process in the classroom. In this learning process, teachers are required to be able to plan, design and implement approach / learning model using the method until the proper learnin media. The principles of APE are principles of productivity, creativity, activity, effective and efficient, and interesting and fun. From a material perspective, APE must be able to develop thinking power (cognition), rapid power, language, motor and skill aspects. Through tools used as a means of play, so that the child is expected to develop the function of intelligence, emotion and spiritual so that emerging intelligence that skyrocketed.Keywords: My Teacher Inspiration, My Student SourceAbstrakSudahkah kita menjadi guru inspiratif? Sudahkah siswa kita akan menjawab “Guru adalah inspirasi” ketika ada orang yang bertanya tentang “Nak, bagaimana pendapatmu tentang gurumu?”Guru yang baik guru yang menginspirasi untuk peserta didik, sebagai teladan, contoh, nasehat membangun peserta didik agar belajar menyenangkan tidak tertekan dan anak tidak takut. Guru profesional harus dapat mendidik anak menjadi berani. Sumber belajar, semua sumber baik berupa data, orang dan wujud tertentu yang dapat digerak peserta didik. Inspirasi dimaknai dengan gagasan-gagasan kreatif yang muncul dari dalam diri setelah ada rangsangan dari luar. Maka dari itu, guru harus bisa menjadi “perangsang” bagi siswanya, memberi inspirasi demi inspirasi agar anak senantiasa dapat terdorong untuk memunculkan ide, gagasan, pemikiran, tindakan, nilai, hingga kretifitas yang positif. Belajar merupakan kegiatan paling prioritas dalam aktifitas di sekolah. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, guru bagaikan nahkoda yang mengontrol laju proses pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam proses pembelajaran ini, guru dituntut untuk bisa merencanakan, merancang hingga melaksanakan pendekatan/model pembelajaran menggunakan metode hingga media pembelajaran yang tepat.

Abstract

Guru adalah model dalam pembelajaran. Guru bertugas untuk mengembangkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik sehingga dapat berkembang secara optimal. Seorang guru yang kreatif akan melahirkan peserta didik yang kreatif. Seorang pendidik anak usia dini adalah pendidik yang mengajarkan peserta didik antara 0 tahun sampai 6 tahun. Peserta didik dalam rentang usia tersebut adalah usia yang paling tepat dalam mengembangkan seluruh potensi peserta didik bahkan disebut sebagai golden age. Potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam diri peserta didik meliputi ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik sesuai dengan perkembangan psikologi. Dengan pemahaman guru terhadap perkembangan peserta didik yang merupakan usia emas, maka akan melahirkan generasi emas yang membawa kemajuan bagi nusa dan bangsa. Begitu pula sebaliknya, apabila seorang guru tidak kreatif dalam mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, maka tidak akan melahirkan peserta didik yang kreatif. Menjadi guru yang kreatif dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendukung perkembangan peserta didik. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, baik kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Kata kunci : guru, kreatif, kognitif, afektif, psikomotor

Abstract

Penelitian ini memfokuskan kajian pada penerapan pembelajaran yoga yang dilaksanakan oleh para guru dan siswa. Keseharian dilakukan dengan meditasi dan yoga asana sebelum memulai pembelajaran. Kajian pustaka terkait dengan kecerdasan emosional anak usia dini dan yoga sutra patanjali. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis observasi, pre test dan post test. Melibatkan peserta didik dan guru dari TK Madhu Vidya yang berjumlah 57 anak dan 3 orang guru. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya (1) mengenal bentuk bentuk emosi diri sendiri, (2) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan peserta didik dalam mengelola emosi dalam diri, (3) membina hubungan dan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain.Kata Kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Kecerdasan Emosional, YogaThis research focuses on the study of the application of yoga learning carried out by teachers and students. Their life is done by meditation and yoga asana before starting learning. The literature review is related to emotional intelligence of early childhood and Yoga Sutra Patanjali. The method in this study used observation analysis, pre test and post test. Involving students and teachers from Madhu Vidya Kindergarten, totaling 57 children and 3 teachers. This study shows that there is (1) recognizing the formof self-emotion, (2) increasing the ability of teachers and students in managing emotions in themselves, (3) building relationships and communicating with others.Keywords: Early Childhood, Emotional Intelligence, Yoga

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the increase in long term memory and basic cognitive ability in group B children of Taman Kanak-kanak Indra Prasta Kuta and obstacles faced by children in learning using experimental method with concrete media. The implementation of this research was based on the results of preliminary observations indicating that the long term memory and basic cognitive ability of children are still low. This study was an action research conducted in two cycles. Subjects were children in group B (B5) of 17 children. The study was conducted in the second semester (even) in the Academic Year 2013-2014. The research procedure follows circles such as planning phase, implementation phase, observation phase, and reflection phase. The data were collected by using observation and taken by using descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the implementation of the experimental method with concrete media can improve (1) long term memory of children at the end of the first cycle by 41.18 % (7 children) achieving the expected standard with the categories of good and very good, and at the end of the second cycle, it increases by 100 % (17 children) achieving the expected standard with the categories of good and very good. (2) Cognitive basic ability of children at the end of the first cycle by 52.94% (9 children) achieving the expected standard with the categories of good and very good, and at the end of the second cycle, it increases by 100 % (17 children) achieving the expected standard with the categories of good and very good.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun agar anak usia dini menjadi cerdas dalam baca tulis. Dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam menyimak, mengungkapkan gagasan, keaksaraan awal anak, serta sebagai fondasi awal menanamkan nilai literasi pada anak usia dini. Kajian ini dibedah dengan konsep perkembangan bahasa anak dan teori literasi. Terdapat metode yang digunakan penerapan media Smart Story Book ini, Guru menyusun rencana harian dengan menggunakan media peraga, pelaksanaan kegiatan, umpan balik, dan mencatat hasil dari pencapaian kegiatan melalui daftar ceklist observasi. Penelitian ini menemukan, pertama bentuk-bentuk bercerita yang menarik, yang digunakan secara bergantian agar anak tidak merasa bosan, menghasilkan keterampilan menyimak maksimal. Kedua bentuk metode bercerita atau digunakan secara kombinasi agar menambah daya tarik cerita dapat menghasilkan perkembangan mengungkapkan (berbicara anak) sangat baik. Ketiga peraga ini menggunakan bahan dengan berbagai warna dan memiliki rangkaian gambar berbagai bentuk dari berbagai teknik lipatan di dalamnya sehingga menjadi alur cerita yang menarik. Kata kunci: Anak Usia Dini, Literasi, Media Smart Story Book, keterampilan menyimak, keterampilan mengungkapkan Abstract This research aims to build so that young children become intelligent in reading and writing. And improve children's language skills in listening, expressing ideas, children's early literacy, and as an initial foundation to instill the value of literacy in early childhood. This study is dissected with the concept of children's language development and literacy theory. There is a method used by the application of the Smart Story Book media, the teacher prepares a daily plan using the media of the demonstration, the implementation of activities, feedback, and records the results of the achievement of activities through an observation checklist. The research found, firstly interesting forms of storytelling, which are used interchangeably so that children do not feel bored, resulting in maximum listening skills. Both forms of storytelling method or used in combination in order to increase the attractiveness of the story can produce the development of expressing (talking to children) very well. These three visuals use materials with various colors and have a series of images of various shapes from various fold techniques in it so that it becomes an interesting storyline.

Abstract

This research is aimed at the motivation to learn yoga by tourists visiting Ubud Bali. By observing the symptoms of fragility and independence of internal and external elements of tourists along with the situation and conditions in the West, it is necessary to identify motives and find solutions to the problems. Tourists' learning motives will be explored and explored from the perspective of non-formal education. The method used is deepth interview, which continues to be described in a qualitative descriptive manner. Some of the findings include the stimulation of the external environment in the Western world and personality situations that cause tourists to start learning yoga. Another motive is the awareness of tourists' self-introspection, edu-spiritual learning (non-formal education) and the Balinese social and cultural environment as an orientation to learn yoga.

Abstract

Organizational image is defined as the public's perception of an organization in its public memory. This makes a positive image must be built and maintained by an organization, institution including government agencies. This study aims to analyze the management of government social media, especially public relations through Instagram social media in building a positive image of the Denpasar City Government. This research uses a qualitative approach which is carried out through content observation on the Denpasar City Public Relations account, namely the @joyful.denpasar account and conducting interviews with the Head of Public Relations and Leadership Communications, Denpasar City Government, interviews with Instagram account managers @joyful.denpasar, and public relations consultants. The next process is data analysis and described in the form of an actual explanation. The results showed that the process of implementing the Public Relations communication strategy through Instagram social media in building a positive image of the Denpasar City Government, went through several stages starting from planning the communication strategy, implementing the communication strategy, to the evaluation stage. The obstacles encountered by Denpasar City Public Relations in implementing a communication strategy in building a positive image, namely internal obstacles, including the lack of human resources for communication graduates, and the limited availability of adequate tools, while external obstacles, namely there are still fake accounts or fake accounts. However, there are several steps taken by Denpasar City Public Relations to overcome these obstacles, namely first planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. So that these obstacles can be minimized. The implications of the Denpasar City Public Relations communication strategy through Instagram social media in building a positive image, including making account activityjoyful. denpasar as an account that provides positive information, and becomes the official information media for the Denpasar city government that is able to provide reliable, up-to-date and up-to-date information.

Abstract

Dharma is a principle of life that every human being must own. Dharma in the form of behavior is called Susila (ethics). Komunitas Ekspresi in every activity always emphasizes and instills ethical values in children. From a conceptual point of view, the internalization of ethical values in the Komunitas Ekspresi is similar to Hindu ethical values. This study aimed to describe the internalization of Hindu ethical values in the Komunitas Ekspresi of Sibang Kaja Village, Badung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach a la James Spradley. The technique for determining informants is purposive sampling following the ethnographic method. Types and sources of data are qualitative data types, while data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Ethnographic data analysis techniques, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and analysis of cultural themes. The results of this study found that: 1) Internalization of Hindu ethical values found were: a) Law of Karma, namely children are taught to be responsible for what they do, b) Catur Guru, namely children are taught to respect four teachers, c) Tri hita karana, namely children are taught to establish harmonious relationships with God, fellow human beings and the environment, d) Catur Paramita, namely children are taught to apply the four ethical attitudes of noble character. 2) The inhibiting factors for internalizing Hindu ethical values include a) parental support, which is relatively low, especially in assisting in continuing the direction of teaching staff in educating children when they are at home, b) teaching staff whose number is still limited and c) facilities which are still classified as limited. 3) The impact of internalizing Hindu ethical values is the religious impact, the emotional impact, the impact of independent behavior, the impact of responsibility, the impact of self-confidence, and the impact of creativity. The conclusion is that the Komunitas Ekspresi teaches Hindu ethical values.

Abstract

Anak usia dini lebih cepat belajar melalui pengalaman nyata. Fase ini memengaruhi pertumbuhan karakter, keterampilan motorik, kemampuan berpikir, bahasa, dan interaksi sosial anak. Kesadaran lingkungan juga ditanamkan pada anak untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang literasi lingkungan. Anak diajarkan melalui pembiasaan sederhana seperti membuang dan mengklasifikasikan sampah, dan mengolahnya menjadi eco enzyme. Projek eco enzyme menjadi inisiatif penting dalam menjaga lingkungan. Eco enzyme adalah cairan yang berguna sebagai pembersih alami, pupuk organik, dan pengendali hama, membantu mengurangi dampak negatif sampah pada lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan literasi lingkungan anak, penerapan karakter cinta lingkungan melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), serta pemahaman anak tentang proses pengolahan limbah organik menjadi eco enzyme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi guru dan dokumentasi kegiatan anak. Hasilnya dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi lingkungan anak dari siklus I (55%) menjadi siklus II (83%), dengan peningkatan sebesar 28%. Ini menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman lingkungan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui projek eco enzyme. Upaya memanfaatkan waktu luang siswa dan kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan alat dan bahan sekitar menjadi faktor keberhasilan dalam mengajarkan anak tentang pentingnya menjaga alam sekitar

Abstract

Agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara wajar, pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan tahapan pendidikan sebelum pendidikan dasar. Salah satu taktik pembelajaran yang digunakan guru TK Saraswati 1 Denpasar untuk mendorong partisipasi siswa di kelas adalah penggunaan materi pembelajaran origami untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus pada anak usia dini. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tentang Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Origami Dalam Mengoptimalkan Motorik Anak Usia Dini Di Tk Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif karena penulis berusaha mengeksplorasi bagaimana lingkungan pembelajaran origami digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak usia dini di TK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Untuk menyelidiki masalah dalam penelitian ini, para peneliti mengandalkan teori Elizabeth B. Hurlock tentang perkembangan motorik halus awal. Menggunakan observasi non-partisipan, wawancara, membaca, dan menulis sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil yang ditemukan di TK Saraswati 1 Denpasar adalah terdapat dampak positif dan negatif dari pemanfaatan bahan origami untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia dini. Untuk dampak positifnya anak menjadi bisa bermain sambil belajar, melatih keterampilan, serta tentunya meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Untuk dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan terkait penggunaan media origami ini seperti anak akan menjadi ketergantungan menggunakan media dalam proses pembelajaran.
