Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mendedikasikan ilmu kepada masyarakat untuk membantu dan menyadarkan anak-anak dan masyarakat dalam ilmu dan peribadahan, dan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan metode pelaksanaannya melalui penyuluhan dan demonstrasi; Penyuluhan menggunakan ceramah yaitu penyampaian materi tentang ibadah, sedangkan peragaan menggunakan metode demonstrasi yaitu mempraktekkan tata cara sholat baik dari membaca maupun isyarat dalam sholat. Bacaan dalam doa mereka juga bagus. Kemudian setelah itu mengadakan tanya jawab dengan metode tanya jawab, kemudian berikan apresiasi kepada anak yang telah bertanya dan semua anak juga diberikan apresiasi dengan cara mengajukan pertanyaan kepada mereka. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah kami lakukan, anak-anak merasa sangat senang dan sangat antusias mengikuti materi dan peragaan ibadah sholat. Abstract

The COVID-19 virus has had a major effect on conditions in Indonesia, one of which is the effect that employee performance in every company changes in the work process. All agencies are implementing the work-from-home program to change work arrangements as one of the government's guidelines for preventing COVID-19. WFH is a type of work style with the concept of a remote work system, offices are only allowed to employ 25% of employees and 75% of employees who carry out Work from Home PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun has established a WFH program by holding meetings, briefings, and joint activities through Zoom meetings but some work cannot be done at home, such as file integrity checks or service requests that need to be done in person. Of course, this sudden policy becomes a challenge for employees on changes in performance in the office, especially discipline, motivation and compensation of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun. Sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Mesitecmitra Purnabangun. The results of this study indicate that discipline does not influence performance, motivation and compensation influence performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menulis sebuah teks recount, khususnya pada mata pelajaran bahasa inggris. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan metode CIRC dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis sebuah teks recount pada siswa kelas IX MTs Negeri 10 Jakarta. Adapun tempat penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dikelas IX MTs Negeri 10 Jakarta dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 33 orang. Agar penelitian tindakan kelas ini berhasil dengan baik tanpa hambatan yang mengganggu kelancaran penelitian, peneliti menyusun tahapan-tahapan yang dilalui dalam penelitian tindakan kelas, yaitu: 1) Perencanaan/persiapan tindakan, 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) Observasi, dan 4) Refleksi. Berhasilnya penerapan metode CIRC pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris, diketahui dari adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam menulis dari sebelum tindakan pra siklus, Siklus I ke siklus II. Pada sebelum tindakan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis sebuah teks recount hanya 40% dengan kategori ”Tidak bagus”. Pada siklus I kemampuan siswa dalam menulis sebuah teks recount meningkat dengan persentase 61% dengan kategori ”cukup”. Setelah diadakan perbaikan proses pembelajaran pada siklus II kemampuan siswa dalam menulis sebuah teks recount mengalami peningkatan dengan sangat memuaskan dengan persentase 93% dengan kategori ”sangat bagus”. Keadaan ini menunjukkan bahwa menulis berbahasa inggris melalui metode CIRC dapat dikatakan meningkat.

Abstract

Kepuasan hidup merupakan suatu tingkatan saat individu merasa positif atau negatif tentang kehidupan mereka, yang merupakan respons terhadap aktifitas serta kondisi fisik dan sosial inidvidu. Pegawai yang merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya cenderung memilih untuk mengundurkan diri (Turnover Intention). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kepuasan hidup pegawai bank ditinjau dari jabatan dan gaji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif yang berawal dari penalaran induktif, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah empat pegawai bank yang disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pegawai bank masih ada yang belum pada tahap puas karena masih banyak tuntutan yang belum didapatkan. Jabatan dan gaji masih menjadi faktor utama para pegawai belum merasakan kepuasan hidup sehingga masih terdapat keinginan untuk melakukan turnover intention.

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of hermeneutics in Quranic studies. Some Muslim scholars consider hermeneutics to be one of the partners in interpreting the Quran. One of the contemporary Muslim intellectuals who has quite influential hermeneutical ideas is Bintu Syāṭī'. The research in this paper is classified as qualitative literature research with a socio-historical approach and uses Gadamer's theory to analyze the influence of Bintu Syāṭī''s hermeneutical concept. The results of this study conclude two things, namely: first, Bintu Shāṭī''s method of interpretation in her tafsir is influenced by her education and her husband Amīn al-Khūlī so that Bintu Shāṭī''s method in interpreting the Qur'an leans towards literary studies to reveal the bayani of the Qur'an. Second, Bintu Syāṭī' is one of the Muslim hermeneutic figures who adopts the quasi-objective hermeneutic genre.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of; 1) School culture on job satisfaction 2) Principal leadership on job satisfaction, 3). Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, and 4) Job satisfaction on teacher performance. The sample of this research is 50 teachers in Public High School in Samalanga Sub-District, Bireuen Regency. The method is descriptive and verification, specifically by using path analysis approach. The results show a significant effect of 4 variables used; 1). 17.74% School Culture on Job Satisfaction, 2) 18.09% Principal Leadership on Job Satisfaction 3). 15.28% Emotional intelligence on job satisfaction 4). Job satisfaction affects teacher performance by 30.58%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principals' leadership on learning facilities and a shared learning environment – ​​Likewise with teacher performance in vocational schools throughout Bireuen Regency. The research was conducted by means of a survey of 184 teachers who are employees of Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Bireuen Regency, with data collection through questionnaires. And data analysis technique through path analysis approach. The results of the study found 1) There was a positive influence of the principal's leadership aspect on the performance of SMKN teachers throughout Bireuen Regency, which was 11.57%. 2) It is proven that there is a significant effect of learning facilities on teacher performance, either directly or indirectly, by 23.91%. 3) And also the results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence of learning environment factors on teacher performance at SMKN in Bireuen Regency which is calculated from this study, which is 8.16%. 4) The results of statistical measurements of the correlation coefficient and determination between the variables of Principal Leadership, Learning Facilities and Learning Environment on Teacher Performance stated that there was a significant effect. The contribution of these three factors is 43.60%. While the rest due to the role of variables that were not examined by 56.40%. These factors include performance allowances, non-financial compensation, communication, education and training, and others

Abstract

This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the influence of school culture, teacher certification and the work environment on the performance of teachers in junior high schools in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of school culture on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 26.29%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of certification on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 28.02%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the work environment on the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency, which is 31.29%. 4) Simultaneously school culture, certification and work environment together affect the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency. The contribution of school culture, certification and work environment factors to the performance of junior high school teachers in Samalanga District, Bireuen Regency is 85.2%

Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical information by analyzing the influence of service quality, consumer satisfaction and product quality on customer loyalty at the BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch Office. The research method used is associative with a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 193 BSI Langsa Darussalam Branch customers, using the Accidental Sampling technique. And data analysis for hypothesis testing uses path analysis. The results of the research are known; (1) there is a causal relationship between service quality variables and consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction and product quality, as well as product quality and service quality with an average of 0.372. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of service quality on customer loyalty of 43.74%. (3) customer satisfaction has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.06%. (4) product quality has a direct and indirect influence on customer loyalty of 33.23%. (5) simultaneously service quality, customer satisfaction and product quality contribute to customer loyalty by 39.3%.
