Abstract

This research aims to find out the Synergy Communication of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers and Counseling Guidance Teachers in Character Development of Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng and to find out the Synergy Coordination of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers and Counseling Guidance Teachers in Character Development of Students in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng, and to find out the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in Character Development of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng. This type of research is qualitative which takes place at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng. The data sources in this study were the principal, Aqidah Akhlak teachers, counseling guidance teachers, and students. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument is a observation guideline and interview guidelines with data analysis including data reduction (data reduction), data display (data display) and conclusion drawing and verification (conclusion drawings/verifications). The validity of the data is done by data triangulation. The results of this study shows that; 1) The synergistic communication between  Aqidah Akhlak teachers and  counseling guidance teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng is not maximized, the form of communication carried out by teachers is not formal but only through casual or non-formal conversations; 2) Sinergy Coordination between Aqidah Akhlak teachers and counseling guidence teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng is not maximized, the coordination discussed is done outside the meeting, teachers work independently; 3) Factors supporting and inhibiting the character development of students. Supporting factors: cooperation between teachers and parents of students, adequate facilities and infrastructure, applicable rules and regulations. Inhibiting factors: lack of awareness of students, poor social environment, lack of attention and understanding of parents, and students' mindsets that are difficult to regulate. It implies that the Aqidah Akhlak teachers and counseling guidance teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng should always improve the synergy related to communication and coordination in character building of students. The results of this study were used as input to Akhlak teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Yasrib Lapajung Watansoppeng.

Abstract

In the current era of global competition, it requires every hospital as a health service facility to be able to provide quality services in order to foster patient loyalty as service users. The medical record is one of the medical support services which is the basis for assessing the quality of medical services. Completeness of medical record files in RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kab. Gowa in a period of three years has fluctuated, namely 20% in 2017, 66% in 2018, and decreased in 2020 to 17%. This study aims to determine the description of medical record data management at RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kab. Gowa 2019.This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with the selection of informants using a purposive technique, and 6 informants were obtained, including 4 medical record officers, 1 head of the inpatient room, and 1 head of the medical records department.The results of the interview showed that the personnel in the medical records department were deemed insufficient, the flow and SOP were not implemented, the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate. In the implementation of medical records, there are still files that are filled in incompletely which results in delays in making reports.It is hoped that the hospital management will increase the number of personnel so that there is no double burden on officers, provide training for medical record officers, and pay attention to facilities and infrastructure to switch from a conventional system to an electronic-based system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan zat gizi pada jus tempe dan modifikasinya sebagai alternatif PMT pada balita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yaitu one-shot case study design. Lokasi penelitian ini di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Makassar dan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tempe, pisang dan pepaya yang kemudian dijadikan jus dengan formula, jus tempe yaitu tempe 50 gr, gula 5 gr, dan air 90 ml. Formula pada jus tempe pisang yaitu tempe 30 gr, pisang 15 gr, gula 5 gr, dan air 90 ml. Sedangkan formula pada jus tempe pepaya yaitu tempe 30 gr, pepaya 15 gr, gula 5 gr, dan air 90 ml. Alat yang digunakan dalam  membuat sampel yaitu blender, pisau, talenan, panci, saringan panci, sendok, dan piring. Adapun bahan yang digunakan yaitu masing-masing buah yang menjadi sampel (pepaya dan pisang), tempe, gula, dan air. Parameter pengamatan yaitu karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin C dan Fe, dan juga dilakukan uji organoleptik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan gizi pada jus tempe sebesar: karbohidrat 8,9%, protein 8,8%, lemak 3,06 mg/gr, vitamin C 7,57 mg/gr dan Fe 1,52 mg/gr. Pada jus tempe pisang yaitu karbohidrat 9,9%, protein 4,7%, lemak 2,5%, vitamin C 9,4 mg/gr, dan Fe 0,83 mg/gr. Sedangkan pada jus tempe pepaya karbohidrat 6,7%, protein 4,4%, lemak 3,7%, vitamin C 9,6 mg/gr, dan Fe 1,6 mg/gr. Pada uji organoleptik jus tempe dan modifikasinya, jus dengan nilai rata-rata tingkat kesukaan tertinggi terdapat pada jus tempe pisang (76,25%), kemudian jus tempe pepaya (71,25%), dan jus tempe (68,75%).Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi terhadap balita, disarankan kepada orangtua agar memberikan makanan dengan nilai gizi yang tepat. Seperti pada jus tempe dan jus tempe pisang yang kaya akan zat gizi makro sebaiknya diberikan kepada balita yang mengalami gizi kurang dan KEP. Sedangkan pada jus tempe pepaya yang kaya akan zat gizi mikro seperti vitamin C dan Fe yang sangat baik untuk membantu absorbsi zat gizi makro dan baik untuk penderita Anemia Gizi Besi.

Abstract

Women infected with HIV and AIDS are mostly victims of their husbands’ deviant behaviour. In that case, women with HIV and AIDS often suffer from psychological consequences that directly impact on their self-conception about their identities. This study employs phenomenological research method and selects its eight informants by snowball sampling technique. The informants consist of 6 women with HIV and AIDS, 1 counselling doctor, and 1 associate. The data were analysed with content analysis. The research findings suggest that most informants believe that they only gain knowledge about HIV and AIDS after they learn that they are infected by it through intervention programs. Prior to the intervention programs, they were not aware of the risks that the virus entails. The findings also report that the informants experience emotional turbulence after learning their condition even though it does not last long due to their realisation to their significant roles in the family as a mother and a wife. In addition to that, all informants sincerely hope for their recuperation, wish that their children do not carry the same virus in their bodies, and want to conceal the truth about their condition from the society. They are concerned of being rejected and discriminated by the society upon learning about the HIV and AIDS that they carry. All in all, psychological approach and counselling are significantly necessitated to help these women to maintain their positive self-conception.

Abstract

Background: Food management system is a series of activities ranging from menu planning to food distribution to consumers to achieve optimal status. There are 23 Islamic boarding schools in Makassar City with 7,600 students consisting of 4,006 female students and 3594 male students.Objective:This study aims to determine the implementation of food at the Darul Aman Islamic Boarding School in Makassar.Method: This research is a research qualitative with an approach descriptive using primary and secondary data. Determination of informants using purposive sampling method consisting of 3 key informants and 8 regular informants. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and processed using content analysis after which triangulation was carried out.Result: Based on interviews and observations, it was found that the annual expenditure budget planning was 230 / month. SAOP foodstuff procurement, an acceptance process that includes inspection or research based on details of daily orders or invoices. The storage of food ingredients uses the FIFO method, the process of preparing food ingredients includes standard recipes and equipment preparation. Processing of food ingredients based on ingredients ordered by the head of the kitchen without a menu cycle. The distribution of food uses a combination of centralized-decentralized systems.Conclusion: The implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the process of organizing food has not been maximized, starting from preparation to distribution is not following Permenkes No. 1204 / Menkes / SK / X / 2004 and Health Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 942 / Menkes / SK / 2003. It is recommended that foundations and pesantren pay more attention to the completeness of equipment and materials in the kitchen, as well as hygiene and sanitation so that food administration runs optimally
