Abstract

Emotional maturity, self-efficacy, and Smoking Behavior examined in acorrelational quantitative research. Subjects were 131 Adolescence on 12 – 15 Yearof Ages. Researcher developed two research instrument of measurement, namely thescale of smoking behavior and the scale of emotional maturity. Data of studyvariables were analyzed with the multiple regression analysis. The results of theanalysis are: 1) R = 0,181, F = 2,179, p = 0,177 (p > 0,05) showed no correlationof emotional maturity and self-efficacy with smoking behavior on 12 – 15 Year ofAges simultaneously, 2) r partial = - 0,173, p = 0,049 (p < 0,05) shows thecorrelation of emotional maturity with smoking behavior is a negative direction andlinear; 3) r partial = - 0,055, p = 0,534 (p > 0,05) shows no correlation self-efficacywith smoking behaviorKeywords : emotional maturity, self-efficacy, smoking behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The relationship adversity quotient with work readiness, (2) The relationship of self-efficacy with work readiness, (3) The relationship adversity quotient and self efficacy with work readiness student class XII Multimedia Skills Program of SMK 1 Jombang. The population of this study is all students of class XII Multimedia skills program of SMK Negeri 1 Jombang as many as 316 students. Data collection using a scale. The trials of research instruments conducted to the students of SMKN 2 Jombang as many as 80 students of class XII Multimedia Skills Program. Testing of prerequisite analysis includes normality test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) Adversity Quetientand Self effiacy havepositive and significant impact to the Work Readiness of students class XII Multimedia Skills Program SMKN 1 Jombang. indicated by the test results of the regression analysis to get the value of the regression F = 13.049, p = 0.000 (p <0.01), (2) Adversity Quetient have positive and significant impact to the work readiness of students class XII of SMKN 1 Jombang.based on the results of the regression partial analysis found Regression t values between variables adversity quetient with work readiness = 4.266 and r partial = 0.437 and p = 0, 000 (p <0.01), (3) Self Efficacy has not positive and significant impact to the work readiness of students class XII of SMKN 1 Jombang indicated by the value of r partial correlation between self-efficacy with work readiness = 0.010, and the value of t regression = 089 and, with p = 0, 930 (p> 0.01).Keywords : Adversity Quotient, Self Efficacy, Job Readiness

Abstract

Research discussed about difference of Self-efficacy between achievementmotivation looked from learning manner with function for to know is there any differenceSelf-efficacy looked from learning style and is there any difference between achievementmotivation looked from learning styles. This research had been done in Phsycologydepartment in Universitas 17 Agustus Surabaya. Method of research is comparasional.Before did the analys of strip varian inter-group was done brochure normalitas andhomogenitas test. Based on the result of one strip varian inter-group was found is resultSelf-efficacy looked from learning styles was gotten that F=0,456 with p=0,635(p>0,05). Its means Self-efficacy to all of subject group was found there was nodifference between learning style by visual, auditori and kinesthetic. Meanwhile result ofachievement motivation looked from with p=0,882 (p>0,05). Its means achievementmotivation for all subject group was not found difference between learning styles byvisual, auditori, and kinesthetic.Keywords : Self-efficacy , Achievement Motivation , Learning Styles

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation betweenauthoritarian parentig and conformity with school bullying on MTs X Sidoarjostudents, using quantitative method. Subjects were 65 MTs students. Researchvariables were measured using school bullying scale, authoritarian parenting scaleand conformity scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The resultsshowed that authoritarian parenting and conformity significantly associated withschool bullying. Separately, authoritarian parenting significantly has a positivecorrelation with school bullying and conformity also has a positive correlation withschool bullying.Keywords: Authoritarian parenting and Conformity with School bullying
