Abstract

B.IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pemenuhan on time performance (OTP) dengan efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat di Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC). Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pesawat departure yang berangkat pada tiga bulan pertama winter season, yaitu bulan Oktober 2018 s.d. bulan Desember 2018, pada saat peak hours. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi yang berisikan data Estimated Taxi Out Time (EXOT) dan data setiap pergerakan pesawat yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian (seperti aircraft identification (ACID), taxi time, airborne time, dll). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemenuhan OTP mempengaruhi waktu efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,497 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 24,71%. Artinya bahwa pengaruh pemenuhan OTP terhadap efektivitas keberangkatan pesawat hanya sebesar 24,71%, dan selebihnya ditentukan oleh faktor–faktor lain.B.EnglishThis study aims to obtain a picture of whether there is an influence between the fulfillment of on time performance (OTP) with the effectiveness of aircraft departures at the Jakarta Air Traffic Service Center (JATSC). The sample used was all aircraft departures in the first three months of the winter season, ie October 2018 to December 2018, during peak hours. The data collection technique used is the documentation study that contains Estimated Taxi Out Time (EXOT) data and data on every aircraft movement needed for research (such as aircraft identification (ACID), taxi time, airborne time, etc.). This study concludes that OTP fulfillment affects the effectiveness of flight departures, but does not have a strong enough effect with a coefficient of 0.497 and a coefficient of determination of 24.71%. This means that the effect of OTP fulfillment on flight departure effectiveness is only 24.71%, and the rest is determined by other factors

Abstract

B.Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan studi pendahuluan dalam rangka pengembangan flipped blended for Aerodrome Control Procedures di Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development yang mengikuti TRAINAIR PLUS Training Development Guide - Competency-based Training Methodology (TDG - 2011) dan kerangka desain blended learning menurut Foo (2004). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi untuk menghasilkan keputusan apakah suatu hasil awal dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap desain dan pengembangan atau tidak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model flipped blended classroom dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap perancangan dan pengembangan serta evaluasi formatif empat tingkat, lampu, kabel, circuit breaker, fuse dan terakhir kontaktor. Dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan pada alat pemanas sebelumnya. B.English This study aims to depict of preliminary study in terms of developing flipped blended for Aerodrome Control Procedures in Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. The method used is a Research and Development method which follow TRAINAIR PLUS Training Development Guide – Competency-based Training Methodology (TDG - 2011) and blended learning design framework by Foo (2004). The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis where authors perform data reduction, data presentation and verification to produce a decision whether a preliminary result could be continuing to design and development step or not. The result shown that flipped blended classroom model could be continued to design and development step and also formative evaluation four level, lights, cables, circuit breakers, fuse and the last is the contactor. From this design is expected to solve the problems on the previous heating devices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the implementation of distance learning for the online Flight plan course due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method and data collection uses a questionnaire method and secondary data is used to evaluate Distance Learning (PJJ). In this study more focused on Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. Four levels of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model, each was assessed with a different assessment tool. The sample in this study were cadets of the Air Traffic DIV Study Program totaling 48 people. Reaction Evaluation (Evaluating Reaction) is carried out by using a reaction sheet in the form of a questionnaire so that it is easier and more effective to measure cadets' satisfaction with the Flight Plan course learning activities. Learning evaluation is carried out through an assessment of the learning process, using a quiz assessment rubric 2 (two) times at the beginning and at the end of the final exam. Behavioral evaluation is carried out by assessing the ability of air traffic competency practice in implementing the flight plan concept. Evaluating results are related to the final results of cadets, namely the final semester test scores. The results of the study describe the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the Flight Plan Subject Learning Program which is declared effective in learning theory, but when entering into practice, it is difficult to use the flight plan data processing system which is currently not available as a practice media for online flight plan courses.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems that occur related toflight a VFR from Palangkaraya towards Banjarmasin or otherwise fly direct result of the unavailability of VFR Route between tjilik riwut airport to airport Syamsudin Noor as well as the draft VFR Route as solutions to these problems. The research method used is level one research and development methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature studies and documentation studies. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification and use reference materials.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian perancangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran online untuk eBriefing praktik yang efektif, efisien, dan fleksibel sehingga dapat memberi kontribusi terhadap pencapaian kompetensi Taruna/i DIV Lalu Lintas Udara pada matakuliah Aerodrome Control Tower. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa learning management system dengan model ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui instrument validasi, tes praktik dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh 1) kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis learning management system (LMS) dengan ebriefing praktik Aerodrome Control Tower, ditinjau dari kelayakan ahli materi terdiri dari aspek penentuan jenis produk sebesar 3,47, aspek tujuan program sebesar 3,89, aspek struktur dan komponen model sebesar 3,58 dan aspek kelengkapan model sebesar 3,50 dengan keempat aspek tersebut mendapat kriteria “valid”. Hasil penilaian ahli media terdiri dari aspek Usabilitas sebesar 3,50, aspek system navigasi sebesar 4,00, aspek Graphic design sebesar 3,50 dan aspek Content sebesar 3,50 dengan keempat aspek tersebut mendapat kriteria “valid”. Secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak” digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran tambahan pada materi ebriefing praktik Aerodrome Control Tower.
