Abstract

Motivation is very important in an organization . in developinh the organization, people only focus on how the results of the efforts that have been made, so that the management of human resources within the organization less attention. With their work motivation of the employes then any work performed will be easier. The research uses descriptive quantitative method forissues raised. The sample in this study were 34 respondents, taken using probabilility sampling. While the data collection techniques in this study using observation, questionnaires, interview, and documentation. Using a likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.whit sub varianles that exist on work motivation is divide into : the statisfaction factor and maintenance factor. The results of research conducted in the field with their research on employee motivation department of tourism and culturan district karimun, with the theory of motivation is divide into two sub variables, factor gratification and maintenance factor, the results obtained in the field, namely regarding work motivation

Abstract

Emphasizes aspects of community-based tourism activities that focus on the community, from the community, by the community for the community.Rokan Hulu has a wide range number of attractions, but which became the excellent potential that is only four; Hot Pawan attractions, Attractions Hot Hapanasan, attractions Lake Sipogas and attractions Waterfall Aek Matua.Attractions hot Pawan a tourist attraction run by the three parties of Regional Government, Rural and Community Government. Abstract

This research aimed about employee’s motivation at Grand Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru. This research aims to: (1) to know about employee’s motivation. (2) to know the multi way to increase employee’s motivation at Grand Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru.This research was used descriptive quantitatif method to describe the issues. The sample used in this research was 44 people.The results of this research indicate that based on the research results obtained on the employee motivation at Grand Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru good enough. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the overall total score of internal factor and eksternal factor, which is 1.296 points.Keywords: Motivation, employee, internal factor, eksternal factor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is discover (1) the role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Banyan Tree Resort Bintan in building prosperity of socialenvironmentcommunity LagoiKepulauan Riau; (2) constraints of the role of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Banyan Tree Resort Bintanin building prosperity of the social environment communityLagoiKepulauan Riau. The design of this research is qualitative descriptive. The subject of this research is the key informant that isCSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager Banyan Tree Resort Bintan and additional informants is community LagoiKepulauan Riau. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, in-depth interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques refer to the theory expressed by John Elkington (2007). The results showed that CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Banyan Tree Resort Bintan plays an important role in building social welfare community lagoiKepulauan Riau through such as entrepreneurship and opening of employment, environment such as greening, nature conservation, energy use efficiently, and social such as education, training and compensation.Keywords : CSR, building prosperity of the social environment community

Abstract

This study aims to determinesthe effect of the waiter Professional in improving the quality of service at Harris Cafe Restaurant Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam. This research was conducted at the Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam street Marina Waterfront, JalanKyai Haji Ahmad Dahlan, Batam, Riau Islands. The population was taken to the consumers who eat and drink in restaurants Harris Café Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam in May to June 2016. The respondents numbered was 100 people who eat and drink in the restaurant Harris Café Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam. Variable knowledge, respond, skill and attitude is partially affected the quality of service at Cafe Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam. Variable knowledge, response, skill and attitude simultantly influences the quality of service at Cafe Harris Resort Waterfront Hotel Batam. The analysis showed that 71.8% change in the value of the dependent variable quality of service (Y) is affected by the variable knowledge, respond, skill and attitude. The rest 28.2% change in the value of the dependent influenced by other variables that are not in this study.Keywords : Waiter Professional, quality of service, knowledge, response, skill and attitude

Abstract

The reseacrh aims to find out how the development of facilities in Elephant Conservation Sultan Syarif Hasyim Forest Park Siak District.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 50 respondents, who were taken by using simpel random sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and literature. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. From the results of research that’s been done, it looks that development of facilities in Elephant Conservation Sultan SyarifHasyim Forest Park Siak District is good enough.Keywords: Development, Facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of conduching this research is to know how the efficiency aystem and menu of firefly enterprise on Pekanbaru – Subang rute.This research used descriptive methode to analyze the probloms. The sample of this research was 57 travel agent which was taken by accidental sampling. The technique of collecting data in this research used observation, questionaire and interview. To know the interval range, the writer used likert scale.Based on the result of this research. The respon of the respondence about the implementation of computerized reservation system (CRS) on the firefly enterprise with theree sub variables. Abstract

Cafe is a place where everyone can enjoy it, whether to eat, drink or to relax. To support it is necessary to have a menu provided from the cafe so that visitors can relax while enjoying the food and drinks available. With the existence of food and beverages then the need for foodstuffs that will be processed so that requires a storage area that must be in accordance with foodstuffs that will be stored, with the storage area it must be done food storage system so that the food becomes more durable and can last long with The quality is still good. This study aims to determine the existing food storage system in Tom's Cafe Tembilahan. The research method used in this research is quantitative approach method, the informant of this research is one person key informant as manejer Tom's Cafe and there are three additional informant. Data collection is done by using interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that in the existing food storage system in Tom's Cafe is good this is in accordance with what is expressed by key infomation through interviews and documentation.Keywords : Cafe, Storage Materials, Foodstuffs and Food Storage Systems

Abstract

The research purpose to get know what the factor have effect to tourist attraction Aek Matua waterfall in Village Tangun, District Bangun Purba, Regency Rokan Hulu.The research use quantitative descriptive method to analyze the problem.The sample of this research are 30 tourist use accidental sampling technique. The data collected in this research are using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation.According to the result of this research, the natural beauty became the most effect factor because natural condition is very goods.
