Abstract

This research has been performed to find the influence of the service quality to the guest satisfaction at Riau Fantasi Labersa Water & Themepark. On this research, the service quality was measured on Servqual tangibles (x.1), emphaty (x.2), reliability (x.3), responsiveness (x.4) and assurance (x.5). The research provided 140 respondents with accidental sampling as the sampling technique. The multiple linear regression was used as the analysis methods to obtain the test result of F, the test result of T and R2 was prepared by SPSS 16.00 program. The result of this research signify that simultaneously the service quality gave significant influence to the guest satisfaction. In partial, tangibles variable (x.1), reliability (x.3) and responsiveness (x.4) gave unsignificant influence to the service quality. Emphaty variable (x.2) and assurance (x.5) gave significant influence to the service quality.Keywords : Service Quality, Guest Satisfaction, SPSS

Abstract

This study aims to map tourism potential both in terms of tourism products and markets as an initial step in developing tourism in Ngajum Village. This research is community-based research implemented using the Participatory Action Research approach. The analysis was carried out through 6A's tourism product component approach without disregarding the tourism market analysis. The findings of this study are that Ngajum Village had untapped tourism potentials. Weaknesses in the components of attractions and available packages will be resolved by developing artificial attraction on land A, the potential for ecotourism activities on land B, agro-tourism on people's coffee plantations, spiritual tourism in Padepokan Soerjo Alam, as well as the potential for factory tour collaborations with Greenfield Dairy Factory. These potentials must be designed in stages to obtain optimal outcomes for the community by involving the roles of BUMDES and Pokdarwis as the main actors. In the end, the amenities component is considerably good, while the activities will align with the development of the attraction. The accessibilities and ancillary services are in good condition

Abstract

In 2021 the Province of South Sumatra brought home 8 awards at the Anugrah Pesona Indonesia. It awarded one of the second place in the Burai Village award in the category of Most Popular Ecotourism Village in Indonesia. I conducted this research to explore the potential of ecotourism in Burai Village. This study uses a community-based research (CBR) approach which is implemented with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Some potentials found include building floating / non-permanent buildings on the river, make Lima's house and Bari house a homestay. , Pindang and Kemplang are special foods that tourists can enjoy., Song key and Purun are souvenirs from Burai Village, bummer dance as performance in Burai Village, offers several activities on community agricultural land without having to change the contents of the agricultural land.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of Electronic Word of Mouth both partially and simultaneously on tourists decision to visit at Puncak Mas Lampung. The research methods used descriptive method with quantitative approach. Total population drawn from the data one years back as many as 210.000 people. The sample technique used is convenience sampling as many as 100 respondent.  Techniques of collecting data through questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. Analysis data was procesed by using the SPSS program version 24 with analysis tecnique used is multiple regression. The result of this research show that partially concern for other has not positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. But expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assiatance has positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit. Concern for other, expressing positive feelings, helping the company and platform assistance simultaneously have positive and significant impact on tourists decision to visit.

Abstract

Abstract: Agrowisata merupakan salah satu bidang usaha pariwisata yang potensial di Indonesia, berlandaskan konsep pertanian, serta kondisi alam, dan budaya yang beragam. Kabupaten Banyuasin merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki lahan yang subur untuk pertanian dan didukung dengan perairan yang sangat baik serta menyimpan banyak potensi wisata, termasuk wisata alam yang sangat cocok untuk dikembangkan menjadi daerah Agrowisata. Salah satunya Agrowisata Tekno 44 yang terletak di Desa Gelebak Dalam Kecamatan Rambutan.Semakin banyaknya industri pariwisata, Agrowisata Techno 44 juga harus dapat bersaing dan mengimbangi jumlah pengunjung dengan pengembangan wisata. Pengembangan Desa Gelebek Dalam sebagai Agrowisata Techno 44, terdiri dari identifikasi potensi dan pemetaan daya tarik wisata, pembentukan kelembagaan, meliputi, perencanaan dan pengembangan produk wisata, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan pemasaran dan promosi. Pengembangan wisata edukasi yang berbasis pada perkebunan, perikanan dan perternakan di Desa Gelebek Dalam dilakukan dengan konsep: diarahkan pada sektor perkebunan, perikanan dan perternakan dengan didukung oleh sektor-sektor yang menunjang pengembangan perkebunan, perikanan dan peternakan. Secara umum potensi agrowisata techno 44 di Desa Gelebak, Kabupaten Banyuasin berpeluang besar untuk diberdayakan secara maksimal. Pemberdayaan tersebut perlu dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat secara penuh dengan mengubah paradigma membangun desa menjadi desa membangun untuk mewujudkan one stop ecotourism

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered the journey of life with a new order, in order to adapt to the situation in dealing with disruptions caused by the pandemic. The government, through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, implements standards and guidelines for the protocol for Hygiene, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability in the tourism sector. Of course this must be applied to all business actors in the tourism industry, including service and beverage providers, which is one of it is bakery. As a tourism owner or entrepreneur and employer, it is important to participate in implementing the CHSE protocol in the business environment. For this purpose, it is important to evaluate the application of the CHSE. In order to achieve that purpose, it is necessary to conduct a research by analyzing the internal factors, the strengths and weaknesses, in the implementation of CHSE, as the objective of this research. This research is a pilot research project. The sample of this research is a brand of bakery business with some branches in the city of Palembang. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to employees and employers during the fourth quarter of 2021. The results of this study indicate that in the bakery business it can be said that in the implementation of CHSE, the business has more strength factors compared to the weakness factor, which means that the CHSE implementation activities that have been carried out are good, by employees and employers.

Abstract

Pengelolaan pemasaran perlu untuk dilakukan oleh semua bidang usaha, tak terkecuali pada bidang usaha pariwisata. Salah satu obyek wisata baru yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan adalah Agrowisata Tekno 44 yang terletak di Desa Gelebak Dalam Kecamatan Rambutan. Obyek wisata ini tergolong obyek wisata baru sehingga perlu pengelolaan pemasaran agar meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke obyek wisata ini. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada obyek wisata ini adalah belum banyaknya masyarakat yang tahu akan adanya obyek wisata ini. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan pengelola obyek wisata untuk mengelola pemasaran. Dikarenakan saat ini merupakan era digital dimana informasi akan menyebar luas di media digital, oleh sebab itu dibuatkan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam melakukan pemasaran. Dalam hal ini disosialisasikan penggunaan media sosial Instagram untuk menyebarkan informasi dan meningkatkan awareness masyarakat akan keberadaan Agrowisata Tekno 44.
