Abstract

Telah disintesis MCM-41 dengan variasi waktu hidrotermal 18, 24, 36, 48 jam menggunakan agen pengarah struktur cetiltrimetilammonium bromida (CTAB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu hidrotermal mempengaruhi intensitas dan indeks bidang (ao). Sintesis MCM-41 dengan waktu hidrotermal 24 jam menghasilkan intensitas tertinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa MCM-41 memiliki kristalinitas terbaik.sedangkan uji kapasitas MCM-41 tersebut memiliki kemampuan adsorpsi terhadap metilen biru sebesar 37,037 mg/g.

Abstract

The MCM-41processing synthesis with variation time hydrothermal and TMAOH at directsynthesis process has been done. The synthesis of MCM–41 was used templating agents withcetiltrimetilammonium bromide (CTAB). The optimization of synthesis of MCM-41 was carried outto produce good material characteristics. Hydrothermal time variation performed in the synthesis ofMCM-41 for 18 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 88 hours has been done. So the study of effect TMAOHwas used CTAB/ TMAOH ratio: 1 and 1.25. The results showed that the 24- hour time hydrothermalwas able to produce the good crystallinity with 100% relative crystallinity. However, the best stabilityof MCM-41 materials synthesized in hydrothermal time during the 48 hours. So the effect ofTMAOH additions in the synthesis MCM-41 can bedecreased crystallinity of MCM-41.

Abstract

Synthesis of MCM-41 with hydrothermal time variation 18, 24, 36, 48 hoursusing templating agent cetiltrimetilammonium bromide (CTAB) has been done. Theresults showed that the time of hydrothermal influence the intensity and the index field(ao). Synthesis of MCM-41 with a time of hydrothermal 24 hours produce the highestintensity which indicates that MCM-41 has the best crystallinity. While testing theadsorption capacity of MCM-41 has 37,037 mg/g for adsorption of the methylene blue.

Abstract

The synthesis and kinetics studies of Al-MCM 41 of the methylene blue adsorption have been done. The observations of the adsorption kinetics are very important parameter in the adsorption process. This is the higher of adsorption kinetics tend to faster adsorption process. The results of characterization of Al-MCM 41 have a wall thickness is 15.173 Å, Pore Volume Pore is 0.584 cm3/g, Pore Diameter is 30.446 Å, Surface Area is 995.513 m2/g. The results of the adsorption kinetics of Al-MCM 41 to  methylene blue adsorption follows pseudo second order with coefficient of determination (r2) value of 0.999 and the value of adsorption rate constant of Al-MCM 41 is 10-2 g.mg-1.min-1.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan kajian terhadap proses pemanfaatan MCM-41 sebagai padatan pendukung dalam transfer ibuprofen. MCM-41 disintesis menggunakan metode hidrotermal. Aplikasi MCM-41 sebagai padatan pendukung dilakukan dengan mengamati perubahan karakter MCM-41 baik struktur kristal MCM-41 dan kemampuan adsorpsinya terhadap ibuprofen. Hasil karakterisasi dengan difraksi sinar X terdeteksi 2Ɵ : 22,62 dan 23,10. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adsorpsi MCM-41 terhadap ibuprofen terdeteksi dengan penghilangan pelarut pada temperatur kamar. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan data kemampuan MCM-41 dalam mengadsorpsi ibuprofen mengalami kenaikan dengan bertambahnya konsentrasi ibuprofen. Kata kunci: MCM-41, ibuprofen, adsorpsi

Abstract

Program KKN UAD melalui program regular tahun 2017 dibanguncipto ingin berusaha mengembangkan desa wisata yang sudah ada dengan melakukan beberapa program inisiasi sebagai awal pengembangan desa wisata. Beberapa hal dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan desa wisata alam khususnya pertanian di banguncipto. Hasil pengamatan bahwa beberapa kegiatan dapat menunjangberkembangnya desa wisata di banguncipto seperti: wisata alam, wisata kuliner, wisata herbal dan juga pusat oleh-oleh. Program-program yang dikerjakan baru merupakan program inisiasi sehingga perlu dilakukan optimalisasi pada setiap aspek pendukung agar program desa wisata banguncipto menjadi obyek wisata yang diminati oleh wisatawan dalam negeri dan luar negeri/wisatawan asing. Program-program inisiasi yang telah dilakukan dibanguncipto yaitu Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam English Practise, Pelatihan Interpreuner (pelatihan merajut, penanganan tanamanangrek), Pelatihan pembuatan masakan dan kuliner, Pelatihan penanaman tanaman obat. Hasil pelaksanaan program mendapat antusias warga dan hal ini merupakan awal yang positif sehinggaakan berkembangnya desa wisata di banguncipto

Abstract

The implementation of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee requires all products circulating in Indonesia to have a halal certificate. Micro businesses must also keep up with these developments. The 2020 Job Creation Law states that the obligation to be halal certified is based on statements from micro and small business actors. Muhammadiyah responded to this scheme by setting a halal pledge for micro and small businesses. To support the statement of the halal pledge which is based on understanding, training activities and assistance for the halal production process are carried out for micro and small businesses. The results of this activity revealed a significant increase in the understanding of MSMEs with an average pre-test score of 36 ± 6.9 and an average post-test score of 72 ± 14.1. In addition, participants were also able to compile the Muhammadiyah halal pledge application form.

Abstract

Supplementary food distribution for pregnant women still depends on the local policy. This program is funded using Health Operational Funds and distributed in form of milk, eggs, raw materials such as green beans and others. The field constraints of this program were acceptability and willingness of pregnant women to process the raw materials. This study aims to address the problems of providing supplementary food for pregnant women who suffer from chronic energy malnutrition and anemia by making the formulation of high protein biscuits and Fe using soybean flour substitution catfish eggs and flour as a source of protein and Fe.  Biscuits produced is expected to be one of the snacks and nutritions for women who suffer from chronic energy deficeincy. The ingredients were flour, fish powder, soy flour, eggs,  milk powder, sugar, and maize flour. The method used was pure experimental approach completely randomized design with three times repetition. The formulation of the biscuits proportion between fish and soy flour as much as 2:1, 1:1, and 1:2. Proximate test shows that the proportion of fish and soy flour 1:2 has the highest energy value (496.81 kcal) with a value of 17.74% protein. Organoleptic test indicates that the most favorable taste and tekstur was the formulation with the proportion of fish flour and soy flour 1:2. The formulation of high protein and Fe biscuits for women with chronic energy malnutrition and anemia in Boyolali favoured by third trisemester pregnant women is the one with the proportion of 1:2.

Abstract

Free radicals are molecules with unpaired electrons that can react with body cell mollecules. As a result, cell became damaged or death because oxidation of the lipid components of cell membranes, proteins and DNA. The purpose of this study was to determine the antioxidant activity test, and total polyphenol content. The ethanol extract was done by phytochemical screening by KLT method and the antioxidant activity was performed with DPPH. The extract were obtained from 200 gram awar-awar leaf powder was macerated with 70% ethanol. Antioxidant activity was measured by DPPH purple color change. The antioxidant activity parameter was the ES50 yes obtained from the linear regression equation between the concentration and the percent of the damping. The results of phytochemical screening test of the awar-awar leaf ethanol extract showed that the sample contained flavonoid and polyphenol compounds. Determination of total phenolic content of 8,11 ± 0,364% EAG. The potential of antioxidant can be seen from the price of ES50, the value of ES50 standard quercetin of 4.542 ± 0.0767 μg / mL, ethanol extract of 21,19± 0,565 μg / mL. Data analyzed with non parametric test Krukal Wallis with 95% showed the result of ES50 of ethanol extract of awar-awar leaves was significantly different with ES50 quercetin. Conclusion of this research were ethanol extract 70% of awar-awar leaves had a total polyphenol content of 8.11% equivalents of gallic acid, and antioxidant activity of 21.19 μg / mL with very strong antioxidant strength, ie ES50 ˂50 μg / mL, while the standard quercetin was 4,542 μg / mL. Polyphenol compounds support the antioxidant activity of the extract.

Abstract

Pengembangan antioksidan alami dalam pemanfaatan pegagan (Centella asiatica) dan majapahit (Cresintia cujete) merupakan potensi yang besar. Penelitian ini telah melakukan optimasi komposisi ekstrak etanol pegagan (Centella asiatica) dan majapahit (Cresintia cujete) sebagai sumber antioksidan dengan dilakukan uji aktifitas penangkapan radikal bebas terhadap DPPH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik ekstrak etanol pegagan (Centella asiatica) dan majapahit (Cresintia cujete) memiliki kandungan total fenol yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya kemampuan mereduksi reagen Folin Ciocalteu menjadi berwarna biru. Hasil optimasi komposisi ekstrak pegagan (Centella asiatica): majapahit (Cresintia cujete) = 30:70 memiliki aktifitas penangkapan radikal bebas terhadap DPPH yang paling baik dibandingkan ekstraks etanol pegagan (Centella asiatica) dan majapahit (Cresintia cujete). Nilai IC50 untuk komposisi ekstrak etanol pegagan (Centella asiatica): majapahit (Cresintia cujete) = 30:70 sebesar 0,103 mg/mL.
