Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian utama nomor 2 di dunia dan berkontribusi besar dalam penyakit global. Stroke arteri serebri posterior/posterior cerebral artery (PCA) terjadi pada sekitar 26,5% stroke iskemik dan disabilitas yang disebabkannya berupa defek lapang pandang, hemiparesis, gangguan sensibilitas, gangguan kognisi dan perilaku. Sedikit laporan yang menyatakan infark PCA menyebabkan ataksia atau gangguan koordinasi. Laporan kasus: Seorang laki-laki 43 tahun, datang dengan kondisi sadar mengeluh pusing berputar mendadak saat aktivitas sejak 3 hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Keluhan pusing menetap, tidak memberat pada perubahan posisi dan tidak membaik saat istirahat; disertai sulit mengendalikan gerakan diikuti kurang tangkasnya tungkai kiri sehingga pasien tidak mampu berdiri dan berjalan. Didapatkan vertigo tipe sentral, kekuatan keempat ekstremitas dalam batas normal, gangguan koordinasi lebih berat pada sisi kiri tubuh, asinergia serebelar, proprioseptif normal. Pemeriksaan MRA Magnetic Resonance Angiography) mendapatkan gambaran stenosis PCA dekstra. Simpulan: Gambaran klinis gangguan serebelum murni kedua sisi dapat akibat stenosis arteri serebri posterior kanan yang memberikan percabangan pada kedua sisi arteri thalamoperforate.Background: Stroke is the second leading cause of death in the world and contributed the majority of global illness. The incidence of posterior circulation stroke is about 26.5% causing disabilities such as visual fi eld defect, hemiparesis, sensibility disorder, cognition and behavior disorders. There was a report that infarc of PCA cause ataxia or coordination disorder. Case Report: A 43-year old male, alert, presented with chief complain of sudden spinning sensation during activity 3 days prior to admission. The symptom was continues and settle, not get worsen by changing position and not improving by resting. It was accompanied with diffi culty to control movement followed by left leg weakening resulting in inability to stand up and walk. Neurological examination found central type of vertigo, normal strength with coordination defect on both sides but more severe on the left, cerebral asynergy, normal proprioception. MRA (Magnetic Resonance Angiography) showed stenosis of the right posterior cerebral artery (PCA). Conclusion: Pure cerebellum defi cit on both sides can be caused by stenosis of the right posterior cerebral artery which supplied both thalamoperforate arteries.

Abstract

TThe purpose of this research and art creation is to create and present artworks with “Toya Campuhan: Water and Human Civilization” as the source of inspiration. World civilization, especially in ancient Bali, has emerged and developed around water as its source of life. Water sources, such as river confluences, act as a pulse, supporting the joints that contribute significantly to various parts of physical and spiritual life. Due to this, water must be conserved, so that they always provide benefits for the journey of human life far into the future. However, the current condition of rivers in Bali is really worrying, as various pollutants pollute them. Slowly but surely, the water condition will worsen if we continue to let it be. This evokes my empathy, emotion, and hope about a healthy river confluence as a mission that I wanted to convey through the creation of this painting. This creation model becomes a cultural expression as a medium for increasing public appreciation to raise the spirit of ecological resilience over the problem of water pollution. This creation is based on research, where the method consists of two parts, namely the research method and the creation method. The research method uses an anthropological approach, especially related to ethnography. Meanwhile, the creation method passes through three stages: exploration, improvisation, and the embodiment of the work, which is preceded by a study of similar works of art and literature review.

Abstract

I Gede Modara (1770), nicknamed I Gede Mersadi, was a pioneer of the Kamasan wayang painting, which is now called classical balinese painting. Kamasan wayang paintings are very bound by standards and provisions that are binding and standard, used for offerings and enlightenment to the people. One of the works left by Modara enlightenment painting, entitled "Pemuteran Gunung Mandara Giri" is made in the form of parba on wood, using balinese colors, now in very poor condition, not taken care of properly, and has not received attention from the government so that it gives the impression of being very neglectful of the heritage history. In fact, this work is a work that has a high reputation as an art historical heritage which is very important when future generations want to trace the civilization and development of balinese classical painting. Departing from this phenomenon, it is interesting to be used as research "Preservation of I Gede Modara's Painting with the title Screening of Mount Mandara Giri". The analytical approach used the concept of theory and method of preservation. Preservation relates to preservation, development and empowerment to create new or renewable products. In the discussion, discussing: 1) conservation measures, 2) development of creative industries, 3) community empowerment and expanding employment opportunities.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian dan penciptaan seni ini adalah mencipta dan menyajikan karya “Air dan Peradaban Manusia dalam Penciptaan Seni Lukis” sebagai representasi pendidikan kesadaran ramah lingkungan untuk menyangga kesinambungan ekosistem bumi khususnya sumber-sumber air. Model penciptaan menjadi ekspresi budaya yang mampu memainkan peran sebagai media peningkatan apresiasi masyarakat untuk membangkitkan ketahanan ekologi sebagai upaya solusi atas permasalahan kerusakan muara di daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Unda saat ini. Penciptaan berbasis riset dengan mendayagunakan dua metode yakni metode penelitian dan metode penciptaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan antropologi, khususnya terkait etnografi untuk mengumpulkan data empiris tentang prilaku dan budaya masyarakat di seputaran daerah aliran sungai Unda. Sedangkan metode penciptaan melewati tahap eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan perwujudan karya yang didahului telaah karya seni sejenis dan kajian literatur. Target dari penelitian dan penciptaan ini yakni: tersajikannya karya yang imaginatif sehingga masyarakat mendapat tuntunan nilai luhur untuk menumbuhkembangkan watak kesadaran ekologis.
