This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Teluk Pucung. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Family Income and Hydroponic Socialization Abstrak Teluk Pucung adalah kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, digunakan untuk membangun perumahan, toko-toko, dan sedikit lahan untuk berkebun. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel. Teluk Pucung. In a company, many systems are made to help the company run better, one of which is an accounting information system. In this study, the author raises the issue of how to create an online system that can be controlled remotely by company leaders in order to know the current state of the company. The method used in this study is a method by carrying out 4 stages, namely, the first stage is the boundary stage, the second is the input stage and the third is the process stage and the fourth is the output stage with these four steps, which are certain steps that will clearly be carried out in order to answer the problem existing research. The problem raised in this research is how to create a system that can be monitored remotely. Because there are many shortcomings of the existing system in the current system. Therefore, making an online system is one solution that is made in order to be able to monitor a company remotely. This study aims to make it easier for company leaders to monitor companies online because there are many problems if they are not monitored regularly with this online system, the company can be assisted in thinking online by company leaders.

Community service activities aims to build community awareness in Sumber Jaya Village, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency West Java to have business, creative, and innovation in managing business, in order to realize a better the next future and able to be financially independent. Through an understanding of entrepreneurship tips it is beneficial to increase family income. Socialization and Outreach of community to be able to entrepreneurship in the field of creative economics, especially for the mother PKK as the main driving motor of the family economy. The results found from this entrepreneurship counseling provide the benefits of science and learning for those who conduct business. They will become skilled and able to develop enterprises, both by management resources and financial management with the principles of accountability and profitability. Keywords: Accounting, Enterpreneurship, Income Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat di Desa Sumber Jaya, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat untuk memiliki usaha, kreatif, dan inovasi dalam mengelola usaha, guna mewujudkan cita-cita di masa depan yang lebih baik dan mampu mandiri secara keuangan. Melalui pemahaman kiat berwirausaha manfaatnya untuk meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga. Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan masyarakat agar mampu berwirausaha di bidang ekonomi kreatif, terutama bagi ibu PKK sebagai motor penggerak utama ekonomi keluarga. Hasil yang didapati dari Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan ini memberikan manfaat Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Pembelajaran bagi mereka yang melaksanakan usaha. Mereka akan menjadi terampil dan mampu mengembangkan usaha, baik secara manajemen sumber daya dan manajemen keuangan dengan prinsip-prinsip akuntabilitas dan profitabilitas. Perubahan sistem pemasaran dari tradisional menjadi digital marketing untuk menghadapi era 5.0 memaksakan pihak UMKM untuk melakukan perubahan dalam sistem pemasaran produknya melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami digital marketing. Untuk itu, kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digital marketing bagi pemasaran usahanya dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Metode kegiatan abdimas yakni ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung kepada pelaku UMKM. Peserta abdimas yakni para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Teluk Pucung, Bekasi Utara sebanyak 20 orang dengan kriteria belum mengetahui sistem digital marketing untuk pemasaran. Hasil dari abdimas yakni peserta mendapatkan tambahan ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing mulai dari pengertian, jenis, dan pemanfaatannya bagi pemasaran produk UMKM dan peserta dapat membuat konten dan caption sebagai pendukung postingan gambar/foto/video produk dalam akun Instagram yang memiliki sifat persuasif.

Tujuan dari riset ini adalah mengukur produktivitas kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh Work From Home dan lingkungan kerja selama masa pandemi pada pegawai Pemda Kota Bekasi Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan. Analisa deskriptif kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan responden 148 (seratus empat puluh delapan) pegawai pemda Kota Bekasi Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan. Regresi linier ganda adalah digunakan pada riset ini. Pada hipotesis ini menduga adanya hubungan antar variable bebas yang mempengaruhi variable terikat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan secara parsial baik variable bebas “Work From Home (WFH)” atau X1 maupun “Lingkungan Kerja (X2)”, “berpengaruh terhadap” variable “Produktivitas” pegawai Pemerntah Daerah Kota Bekasi.

The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of the effect of providing incentives on the workload of employees at BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch. Quantitative descriptive analysis in this study involved 35 (thirty five) employees and used non-probability sampling. Data collected by making a questionnaire and distributed to employees of the company. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of providing incentives and workload on the variable of employee productivity at PT. BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch. The statistical test results obtained are incentives and workloads have a positive effect with a coefficient of determination of 78.70% on work productivity and partially each variable has a positive effect and significance on the dependent variable. An increase in the value of incentives and workload can increase the work productivity variable positively and vice versa if there is a decrease in the independent variable it can have an impact on a decrease in the dependent variable. Incentive variables affect the work productivity of employees of PT. BPR Lestari is indicated by the T-count > T-table value, namely (3.566 > 2.035) sig. 0.001 < 0.05 in this case the role of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The workload variable has an impact on the work productivity of PT. BPR Lestari. T-test results > T-table (7.391 > 2.035), sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the two independent variables Incentive and Workload have a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity. The result of the Coefficient of Determination or R Square is 0.787, which means that this incentive has contributed 78.70% to the Work Productivity of PT. BPR Lestari Bekasi Branch.

The Police are in the process of reforming the gender, namely the change of a police organization into a professional and responsible police force and implement a policing style that is responsive to the needs of the local community. Where in the act of finding solutions and decision-making field did not see any differences between men and women. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of gender in decision making in the reform era in Police institution (South Bekasi Police Station case study). Analytical methods used are qualitative, through the stages of data interpretation, data reduction, data preparation, examination of data validity, and draw conclusions. The new view that women have equal rights and opportunities and their potential will expand the space for women and the presence of female figures in the public dimension, to be treated proportionally and not to rule out their opinions and make decisions.
