Abstract

Buying interest in marketing is an interesting thing to know. Moreover, related to the perception of price and the attractiveness of advertising through social media. This study aims to determine the relationship between price perceptions and the attractiveness of online shop advertisements with interest in buying fashion products through social media after the COVID-19 pandemic.. The problem is whether there is an onlineshop ad attraction relationship with the interest of buying fashion products through social media. Subjects in this study were students who have done fashion onlineshopping through social media as much as 186 students using incidental sampling. The instruments used in this study consisted of price perceptions, the attractiveness of onlineshop advertisements, and buying interest. The research was conducted with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of analysis shows that there is relation between perception of price and attractiveness of onlineshop advertisement with buying interest of fashion product through social media with correlation coefficient R = 0,554, F = 40,532 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05). The analysis proves that the perception of price and attractiveness of onlineshop advertisement have adjusted R square equal to 30,7% with buying interest and the rest equal to 69,3% contributed by other variable not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 209 orang yang merupakan  pegawai  kantor Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Aceh, Sampel dalam penelitian ini inimengunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah  68 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian variable kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual secara simultan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Aceh, karena nilai F hitung sebesar 5,752 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 2,352. Variabel kecerdasan Emosional  (X1) secara parsial  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Aceh, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,863lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,995.  Variabel kecerdasan spiritual  (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Perhubungan provinsi Aceh, karena nilai thitung sebesar 2,569 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,995. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,684 yang menandakan bahwa hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen adalah positif karena memiliki nila R > 0,5. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,734 menunjukkan bahwa hanya sebesar 73,4 % variasi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen (kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual) dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan sisanya yang sebesar 26,6 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam penelitian yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris mengenai pengaruh citra perusahaan dan kebijakan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan dan kebijakan promosi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi pelanggan sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy yang berjumlah sebanyak 113 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy dengan nilai t-hitung (3,404) > t-tabel (1,984). Kemudian kebijakan promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy dengan nilai t-hitung (3,843) > t-tabel (1,984). Citra perusahaan dan kebijakan promosi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy dengan nilai F-hitung (19,857) > F-tabel (3,087). Hubungan korelasi antara citra perusahaan dan kebijakan promosi dengan kepuasan pelanggan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor Honda Scoopy adalah positif dan tergolong kuat dengan nilai R sebesar 0,515 (51,5%). Peran kedua variabel tersebut dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan pada produk sepeda motor honda scoopy juga lebih dominan dibanding faktor lainnya di luar dari model ini dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,265.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada  kantor Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini  adalah para pegawai  pada kantor Dinas  dengan jumlah pegawai 52 pegawai,  Penelitian ini mengambil sample populasi seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga  Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data  sekunder (sensus). Hasil dari penelitian ini konflik kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap  kenerja pegawai di Dinas  Pemuda dan Olah Raga. Kinerja pegawai  merupakan hal yang penting, karenanya perlu dilakukan  berbagai hal untuk meningkatkan  kinerja pegawai, salah satu cara yaitu dengan menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif agar pegawai  merasa nyaman  saat bekerja. Hasil analisis data  menunjukkan bahwa: koefisien korelasi 0.809 (80.90 %) konflik kerja mempuyai hubungan yang tinggi terhadap kinerja. Koefisien determinasi 0.654 (65.40%) perubahan dalam variable kinerja pegawai  dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam konflik kerja, sedangkan 34.60 % oleh factor lain diluar variable konflik kerja sedangkan   t-hitung  sebesar 5.024, sedangkan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2.006, artinya t hitung > t table ( 5.024 > 2.006, artinya konflik kerja mempuyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan konflik kerja mempuyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dapat di terima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja mempuyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Energy is vital to Indonesia's economy, acting as a source of consumption and production across many industries. Sustainable development approaches should be employed to maximise energy use for the common good. A literature study on biomass as renewable energy (RE) in ASEAN and Indonesia. ASEAN countries want to reach 23% renewable energy by 2025, according to the meeting's outcome. The ASEAN Government slashed fuel subsidies and fossil fuels and increased regional market integration and project execution speed to attain the 23% renewable energy objective by 2025. Indonesia’s renewable energy sources are many. Indonesia’s renewable energy development is not as advanced as other countries’. In 2017, the country added 9 GW of renewable energy capacity. Indonesia produce 146.7 million tonnes of biomass in 2019, or 470 GJ/year. Indonesia has a lot of biomass energy potential, so it should keep producing/using renewable energy as much as feasible for society, and its management should follow sustainable development principles.

Abstract

This research is an empirical study that aims to determine the effect of clarity on budget targets and organizational culture both jointly and partially on agency performance accountability at the Aceh Besar District Government Office. The population in this study were all financial management officials at 21 SKPDs in the Aceh Besar District Government, consisting of secretaries, heads of finance sub-divisions and treasurers, totaling 81 people. Because the total population is less than 100, the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires that had been prepared to the respondents. Primary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that both jointly and partially the clarity of budget targets and organizational culture influence the performance accountability of government agencies at the Aceh Besar District Government Office with an influence value of 0.621 and 0.290 respectively. The R value of 0.620 or 62.00% explains that there is a positive and strong relationship between the clarity of budget targets and organizational culture with Government Agency Performance Accountability at the Aceh Besar District Government Office. The value of R Square (R2) is 0.384, meaning that the ability of the two independent variables to explain the dependent variable is 38.40%. While the remaining 61.60% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari kualitas produk dan kepercayaan  terhadap kinerja pemasaran Produk UMKM di Aceh Besar. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 4.455 orang pelaku UMKM, dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 367 orang pelaku UMKM. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel kualitas produk dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM di Aceh Besar. Kemudian hasil uji secara parsial dimana variabel kualitas produk dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM di Aceh Besar. Besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM di Aceh Besar adalah sebesar 0,175 atau 17,5%, sedangkan variabel Kepercayaan juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran produk UMKM di Aceh Besar yaitu sebesar 0,155 atau 75,5%. Selanjutnya dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,042, dapat dijelaskan bahwa sebanyak 04,2% perubahan dalam variabel kinerja pemasaran dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel kualitas produk dan kepercayaan, sisanya yaitu sebesar 97,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar dari pada penelitian ini seperti harga, saluran distribusi, kemudahan dalam mengakses produk, citra merek dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci:   Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan, Dan Kinerja Pemasaran

Abstract

The resource-based view is the predominant theoretical paradigm in strategic management research (RBV). In this essay, the positioning literature is reviewed, and it is investigated to what degree the RBV may be used as a source of useful advice for businesses looking to gain a competitive edge and achieve strategic success. Human, organizational, and physical resources are all studied in relation to organizations. It will be clear how this organizational resource affects the competitive advantage of the business. The research methodology employed is based on a literature review approach from the views of specialists who examine the RBV theory in relation to capabilities and competencies in fostering superior competitiveness. This study gives a general overview of the traits of the resource approach, which supports strategic management and strengthens businesses' capacities and competences to gain competitive advantage through the use of resources, both physical and non-physical. The uniqueness of the resources owned, both tangible and intangible assets, is examined in this study in order to support management decision-making regarding the competitive advantage of a business organization. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the competitiveness of local products on Bak Bili woven leather craftsmen made from Bili trees or Bemban trees in Aceh Besar on the marketing performance of MSME products in Aceh Besar. The population of this study consisted of 112 Bak Bili leather woven craftsmen, and the sampling technique using the census method was obtained so that the sample in this study was the same as the total population of 112 people. Sources of data in this study using primary data. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously digital marketing variables, product quality, and price had a significant effect on the competitiveness of local products on Bak Bili woven leather craftsmen made from Bili trees or Bemban trees in Aceh Besar. Then the results of the partial test where the digital marketing variables, product quality and price have a significant effect on the competitiveness of local products. The magnitude of the influence of digital marketing on the competitiveness of local products is 0.392 or 39.2%, and the product quality variable affects the competitiveness of local products. The magnitude of the influence of product quality on the competitiveness of local products is 0.275 or 27.5%, while the price variable also affects the competitiveness of local products, which is 0.228 or 22.8%. Abstract

AbstractThe world’s energy needs keep rising but numerous difficulties remain to meet energy needs. Technological, financing, and biomass raw material issues hinder biomass energy expansion. Renewable energy development faces this main challenge. Converting biomass into energy is still expensive. High�tech investments cost more. Modern technology demands lots of raw materials. Industrial biodiesel capacity is 12.5 million kilolitres. 3 million kilolitres, or 25%, are used. Funding issues also exist. Bioenergy processors require incentives to invest. Improve regulations to sustain investment. The financial services authority should sponsor and finance green projects like renewable energy development to help this industry grow and survive. However, feedstock availability and sustainability remain the biggest challenge. Feedstock supply and biomass price stability remain challenges. Therefore, stakeholders and the government and businesses that use their resources must cooperate and coordinate. Planning, regulation, and coordination are the keys to preserving the biomass resource activity cycle. The government should strengthen regulations through linked ministries to ensure its sustainability.Keywords: biomass energy conversion, technological limitations, finance limits, biomass raw material availability, legislation for biomass energy
