<![CDATA[The development of information technology is indispensable to help in the sharing of areas of life, one of which is in the field of agriculture. The use of information technology in agriculture can help a wide range of issues, especially the need to get information quickly. The farm is currently the largest community in Indonesia is rice that became staples in the country. Local rice production should be maximized by optimizing the farm itself, but problems in the cultivation of rice, one of the largest pest attacking the rice. Pest identification and handling shall be dealt with as quickly as possible in order not to experience a failed harvest.On this research designed an expert system for rice pest identification with method of bayes theorem and forward chaining to handle. The system is built to provide information on the pests of rice and penangananya on the basis of the symptoms that arise. The success of this research is 85%.]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem informasi geografis tempat wisata sejarah dan budaya Semarang adalah sebuah program aplikasi yang akan memberikan informasi mengenai tempat wisata dan jumlah pengunjung wisatawan dalam bentuk grafik. <![CDATA[Indonesia Language has an important role in implication of character values to early chilhood because Indonesia Language is used as a tool for the dissemination and absorption of knowledge, tools for self-development in general, tools for thinking reasoning, communication tools and socio-cultural development and educational tools. By using qualitative descriptive method, the function of language as a communication tool and teacher's self-expression in the classroom gives an overview of the use of verbal and nonverbal language teachers of early childhood education in the classroom clearly seen. The speech used by the teacher influences students to apply character values in the form of politeness in language. The use of polite verbal and nonverbal language can help teachers of early childhood education in the application of character values.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the effect of total assets, business risk, asset growth and profitability on stock prices. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is the Mining sector, Crude Oil and Gas Sub-Sector and Coal Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period as many as 35 companies. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 33 companies with a total of 132 company financial reports. The data analysis technique used panel data regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that total assets, asset growth and profitability had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, business risk has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran usaha ekonomi kreatif bordir Aceh terhadap kesejahteraan dan pendapatan pengrajin di Gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota beberapa kelompok perempuan pengrajin usaha bordir yang berjumlah 70 orang. Pengambilan sampel wawancara menggunakan purposive sampling yang diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran usaha ekonomi kreatif bordir Aceh dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pendapatan para perempuan pengrajin yang tergabung dalam kelompok usaha bordir yang ada di gampong Dayah Daboh Kecamatan Montasik ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan telah dapat dirasakan dampaknya seperti meningkatnya kesejahteraan dan pendapatan para pengrajin, pengurangan pengangguran dan lainnya. Keberadaan usaha ekonomi kreatif bordir Aceh di gampong tersebut menjadi solusi bagi tenaga kerja yang belum tertampung, sehingga bisa membantu perekonomian keluarga khususnya bagi kaum perempuan yang dulunya tidak memiliki pekerjaan atau hanya bekerja sebagai seorang ibu rumah tangga menjadi pekerja pada usaha bordir tersebut seperti menjadi tukang pemotong pola, tukang bordir, tukang jahit, tukang memasang asesoris, dan sebagainya. Terhadap pendapatan keluarga para pengrajin bordir tersebut juga memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar. Di mana para pekerja sudah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari keluarganya dari hasil usaha bordir yang ditekuninya sehingga tingkat kesejahteraan hidup mereka juga mengalami peningkatan yang besar. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to see how the development of Aceh's embroidery creative economy in increasing the income of women who are members of several groups of Acehnese embroidery craftsmen in Dayah Daboh village and Weu Krueng village, Montasik district, Aceh Besar district. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the development and sustainability of the creative economy of the embroidery industry in the two villages has looked good and can increase the income of women craftsmen. Of the 150 women who are members of several artisan groups as informants, it was found that 100% of them stated that their income had increased rapidly from year to year. In addition, the income from the production of the embroidery industry of these craftsmen can meet their daily needs. With the development of the embroidery craft as one of the creative economic efforts, it can increase the income of women craftsmen so that they can help their family life and can help family income in addition to the income earned by their husbands.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of education and job training on employee performance at Pemuda dan Olahraga Aceh’s government. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this research is the employees of the Aceh’s government. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. Questionnaires were used to measure the variables of education and job training as well as employee performance, while interviews, documentation and observations were used to support research data. The results showed that education and job training had a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the effect was in the moderate category as indicated by the regression equation Y = 0.305 + 0.278 with a regression coefficient (β) of 1.822, a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.345 and obtained tcount of 2.650 is greater than ttable (2.650>1.993). Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) 0.345, it means that 34.5% of employee performance is influenced by education and job training of employees while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of promotion and creativity possessed by Acehnese embroidery craftswomen in an effort to market their handicrafts so as to increase family income (a case study on the Acehnese embroidery creative craft business group in Dayah Daboh village, District Montasic). This research belongs to the type of field research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were women who were members of the Acehnese embroidery craft business group. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with simple random sampling technique, and data collection techniques using survey methods through questionnaires with a sample of 75 respondents. The method of data processing and analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statictic 22 which includes classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on an increase in income of 0.001 and creativity partially had a positive and significant effect on an increase in income of 0.000. <![CDATA[The resource-based view is the predominant theoretical paradigm in strategic management research (RBV). In this essay, the positioning literature is reviewed, and it is investigated to what degree the RBV may be used as a source of useful advice for businesses looking to gain a competitive edge and achieve strategic success. Human, organizational, and physical resources are all studied in relation to organizations. It will be clear how this organizational resource affects the competitive advantage of the business. The research methodology employed is based on a literature review approach from the views of specialists who examine the RBV theory in relation to capabilities and competencies in fostering superior competitiveness. This study gives a general overview of the traits of the resource approach, which supports strategic management and strengthens businesses' capacities and competences to gain competitive advantage through the use of resources, both physical and non-physical. The uniqueness of the resources owned, both tangible and intangible assets, is examined in this study in order to support management decision-making regarding the competitive advantage of a business organization. This study also analyses the various viewpoints of economists regarding the resource framework that can generate capabilities. <![CDATA[Masa remaja merupakan masa badai stres, sehingga muncul pergolakan emosi dan perilaku sebelum mencapai keseimbangan yang lebih stabil di masa dewasa. Kondisi tersebut membuat remaja rentan mengalami masalah psikologi, salah satunya kecenderungan stres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji efektifitas konseling individual dengan teknik expressive art therapy untuk menurunkan kecenderungan stres terhadap siswi SMP ‘X’ Batam. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental one grup pre-test post-test. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 siswi SMP ‘X’ Batam. Layanan konseling individual dengan teknik expressive art therapy meliputi psikoedukasi, emotion painting, brain dump, dan dear myself. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) yang sudah dibakukan dan digunakan dalam banyak penelitian depresi, stres dan kecemasan. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan dan beberapa mengalami peningkatan kecenderungan stres setelah mengikuti treatment. Kesimpulannya adalah konseling individual dengan teknik expressive art therapy belum efektif dalam menurunkan kecenderungan stres terhadap siswi SMP ’X’ Batam. ]]>
