Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hard skill terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Multi Manao Surabaya yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Driyorejo No.282, Dusun Karanglo, Driyorejo, Kec. Driyorejo, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 orang, karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka keseluruhannya sampel dijadikanpenelitian dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan secara parsial dan simultan variabel hard skill mempunyai peranan yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT.Unit Pembenihan Indojaya Agrinusa Pekanbaru. Sementara nilai adjust R Square menjelaskan bahwa hard skill dapat berperan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Unit Hatchery Pekanbaru sebesar 70,6% sementara 29,4% variabelnya tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of endorsement services on Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown. The data studied is the marketing process carried out by Laksmi before the endorsement (2007-2017) and after the endorsement (2018-2023). As well as observing the endorsement process carried out by Laksmi and the implementation carried out by Laksmi's endorsers on social media. The results of this study show some similarities between theory and practice that have been applied by Laksmi. Both in terms of endorser selection, as well as consistency in making endorsements, not only for new endorsers but also for old endorsers. So that it can be found the reason why Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown is able to continue to exist after 6 years of doing the first endorsement.

Abstract

Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is one of the districts in Sidoarjo that has received a Village Fund budget of Rp. 1 billion more than the 2021 State Budget (APBN). Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Village funds are used for village development and can solve poverty problems in rural areas. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the financial management of village development funds is managed in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency and to find out how the positive impact of village development funds is in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Regency Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data sources used are premier and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. In the steps of analyzing the data, namely collecting data, summarizing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the financial management of village development funds in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency in the process of managing village funds there are three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting and accountability stages have been quite effective where the funds budgeted for village development in Grogol Village have been properly realized so as to have a positive impact on the people of Grogol Village in the form of increasing the welfare of the community as a whole.

Abstract

The number of Indibiz provider users has a greater number than other providers even though the subscription price that must be paid is more expensive than other providers. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods, while the type of research method used in this study was descriptive method. PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk has a great opportunity to target its target. But in this case the company must really understand the needs of consumers regarding the smoothness of their communication. The continuity and fluency of their digital communication to get fast information must be realized with the support of new products offered by PT. Telkom Indonesia. Indibiz Marketing Strategy has an effective and efficient strategy. Based on the indicators in the 4P theory (product, price, place, promotion) that PT Telkom has fulfilled all the existing indicators. On Product Indicators, Indihome has an attractive design. The lack of information provided by agencies regarding their products is a factor for consumer misunderstanding regarding the products they offer, both in terms of price, function, and how to use them. In Indibiz Marketing, PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk Surabaya uses several methods, namely door to door selling and personal selling which is done by reaching public housing to provide indibiz products. Customers who want to become Indibiz users can visit the Plasa Indihome office owned by PT. Telkom Indonesia Human resources play a decisive role in the development and number of Indihome subscribers, especially in Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to find out the marketing strategy carried out by sales staff towards the promo to buy a lot cheaper Alta Springbed provided by Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya. This study uses qualitative research methods with sales staff on duty at Lottemart Lottemart Mall Pakuwon Center Surabaya as informants or information providers. The results of this study indicate that there has been an increase in sales turnover of Alta Springbed from 2021 to 2022. The marketing strategy undertaken is to promote Alta Springbed through social media using internet technology and by serving consumers who come to Lottemart Pakuwon Trade Center. The main social media used is Facebook because social media Facebook is still in great demand by the public.

Abstract

In the management of services during the COVID-19 pandemic, there are various kinds of assessments from service users about the Masagung Auto Body Repair workshop. The problem of service that does not satisfy customers is a separate lesson for Masagung's workshop in making considerations to evaluate the company's performance, in order to avoid a decrease in consumer interest in the future. This study aims to determine how far the level of service quality that has been provided by Masagung to customers when viewed from the dimensions of service quality by using a quantitative approach to the associative method. The results of this study are based on partial tests and simple linear regression, in data processing using a Likert scale and also using a scatterplot. The data studied are the results of the answers of respondents who make vehicle repairs at Masagung Workshop. The sample used is the consumers who come to visit Masagung Workshop to do car repairs. The conclusion in this study is that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this can be seen in the t test where t count is 3.452 > t table value is 1.987 with a significant 0.001 and a coefficient value of 0.131. This shows that the quality of service provided by the Masagung workshop is a factor that greatly influences the satisfaction of customers who come to the Masagung workshop.

Abstract

Skincare encompasses both external product use and internal health practices such as a balanced diet, avoiding smoking and alcohol, stress management, and adequate sleep. The government's role in regulating skincare products is essential due to the prevalence of non-compliant products in the market. The Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) ensures product safety and quality through certification and labeling. Price, broadly defined, includes not only the monetary value paid to acquire a product but also external factors such as search effort, psychological risk, and additional costs. Product quality is a distinguishing feature that meets consumer expectations and is crucial for business growth. Delovely Beauty Expert, established by Dr. Chelsea Adikoeseomo, is an aesthetic clinic in Surabaya aiming to deliver satisfying services with aesthetic facilities, friendly service, and competent experts. Recent data from Delovely Beauty Expert's Pasar Kembang branch shows a daily increase in consumer numbers over five days, presenting a challenge to continuously develop human resources to maintain high service standards. Given the importance of clear and healthy skin for confidence and the demand for affordable and high-quality products, this study investigates the impact of price and product quality on consumer loyalty at Delovely Beauty Expert, Pasar Kembang, Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the influence of service on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 2) Determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 3) Determine the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. 4) Determine the simultaneous influence of service, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret branch Bratang Gede Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative research approach. The type of questionnaire used is a self-administered questionnaire, where respondents directly answer the questions provided by the researcher, which are distributed to the sample. The research findings indicate that the service variable does not significantly impact purchasing decisions at PT Indomarco Prismatama branch Bratang Gede Surabaya, while both the promotion and price variables positively influence these decisions. Additionally, when considered simultaneously, service, promotion, and price collectively have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the same branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and digitalization on employee performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) in Surabaya, This type of research uses quantitative research methods. This study involves surveys and secondary data analysis involving employees in the Archives Unit. The results of the study indicate that fair compensation and effective digitalization both contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Adequate compensation serves as the main motivator in increasing job satisfaction, while digitalization speeds up the work process and facilitates access to information. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and compensation and digitalization have a positive effect on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Regional III (Persero).
