Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of funding sources to Hajj bailout financing products at Bank Sumut Syariah KC Sibolga. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with bank employees in the finance department, as well as through the study of related documents. This SWOT analysis shows that Bank Sumut Syariah KC Sibolga has various strengths that can be utilized to increase the application of funding sources in Hajj bailout financing products. However, they also face several weaknesses and threats that need to be managed with effective strategies. By taking advantage of existing opportunities and overcoming the challenges faced, banks can optimize this product to meet the needs of prospective Hajj pilgrims and strengthen their position in the market. To ensure the availability of funding sources for Hajj bailout financing products, Bank Sumut Syariah KC Sibolga must take advantage of existing strengths and opportunities with an effective strategy. Managing internal weaknesses, such as limited funding sources and process complexity, as well as mitigating external threats, including regulatory changes and intense competition, will be the key to success. A good strategy will include innovative product development, increased education and outreach, as well as partnership strategies to expand product reach and effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the mechanism and benefits savings priority offered PT Bank Syariah Bringjend Ktamso. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Through the descriptive method, data is collected, organized, divided, analyzed, then disintegrated so that a clear picture and direction of the problem is explained. Location of research on PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Bringjend Katamso. The technique used in this research is by way of direct interview with the Bank's employees, who are in charge of Customer Service, Operational, and Documentation. As for kendala to be the customer priority of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Kisaran is the requirements set forth in order to provide cash minimum Rp. 200 juta.And not many people in that area know what are the benefits they get by becoming priority customers of PT. The Bank Sumut Syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Sharia principles to student savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Simpang Limun and to explain the application of the contracts used in student savings. This research includes field research with a qualitative approach. In terms of its nature, the research is descriptive and analytical. Data was obtained using primary and secondary data by taking samples from staff employees of Bank Syariah, which were taken from interviews regarding student savings. The research results show that Islamic Sharia has implemented student savings at this bank. However, the bank still needs to carry out a less active and effective level of promotion, so student savings are still relatively low. Bank staff must strive for more active and effective marketing in increasing awareness about the benefits of student savings products to encourage more potential customers. Public interest statements As banks adopt these strategies to improve customer satisfaction, the public can expect increased competition in the banking sector. This competition may lead to better services, lower fees, and more innovative products, benefiting consumers. Abstract

This research purpose is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Sukuk sales on profitability at Bank Muamalat in 2018-2022. The independent variables in this research are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), sukuk sales and the dependent variable is profitability. This research uses secondary data obtained from Bank Muamalat’s financial reports. The population in this research is the annual financial report of Bank Muamalat for 2018-2022. The samples used in this research were 60 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Eviews 13 and SPSS 25 software. The research results show (1) partially the the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability with a significant value of 0,032. (2) partially, Sukuk sales have a positive and significant effect of 0,004. (3) simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and sukuk sales influence profitability with a calculated F value of 44,816 so that F calculated > F table, namely 44,816 > 3,16 and it can be seen from the Determination Test (R2) which states that the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Sukuk sales simultaneously (ROA), namely 13,6%, while the remaining 86,4% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) has an important role in the local economy, especially in rural areas such as Gunung Tua, North Padang Lawas. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Gunung Tua Sub-Branch Office (KCP) provides Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR) financing to support MSMEs in increasing working capital and investment. This research aims to examine the impact of KUR Syariah financing on the Performing Financing of UMKM under the guidance of BSI KCP Gunung Tua. The research method used is mix method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with KUR Syariah BSI KCP Gunung Tua managers and UMKM owners who received financing, as well as through direct observation and analysis of related documents. The research results show that KUR Syariah financing from BSI KCP Gunung Tua has a positive impact on increasing UMKM Financing Performance. The socialization and information dissemination strategy carried out by BSI KCP Gunung Tua has succeeded in increasing UMKM awareness and interest in KUR Syariah financing. An easy and transparent financing process and the implementation of a strict monitoring system also support the effectiveness of this financing. KUR Syariah financing from BSI KCP Gunung Tua not only provides the capital needed by UMKM, but also plays an important role in the economic empowerment of UMKM and local communities. By continuing to improve marketing and service strategies, BSI can continue to be a reliable partner for UMKM in developing their businesses.
