Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of social media marketing, tourist facilities and destination image on tourist interest in visiting Bali Zoo. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire to tourists who had visited Bali Zoo at least once, with a sample size of 120 respondents. The data collected was then tested for validity, reliability, and analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, multiple regression, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the better the implementation of social media marketing, the higher the interest in visiting Bali Zoo. Likewise, the facilities provided and the image of the tourist destination, both of which have a positive influence on interest in visiting. Overall, social media marketing, tourist facilities, and tourist destination image simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in visiting Bali Zoo. This research provides better understanding of the factors that influence tourist interest in visiting, as well as the importance of effective management and promotion in increasing the attractiveness of tourist attractions such as the Bali Zoo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap work engagement karyawan PT Urban Asia Industri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Urban Asia Industri pada Agustus tahun 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi dari kantor di PT Urban Asia Industri. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh populasinya sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Urban Asia Indsutri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement PT Urban Asia Industri. Hasil koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,905 mempunyai arti bahwa sebesar 90,5% variasi work engagement PT Urban Asia Industri dipengaruhi oleh variasi kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi, sedangkan 9,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan dan semakin baik kondisi iklim organisasi maka akan semakin meningkatkan work engagement karyawan PT Urban Asia Industri tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determineThe influence of employee performance at people's credit institutions (LPD) partially and simultaneously on employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Collection is carried out using questionnaires/questionnaires. The sample in this research was 42 employees of the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD using a saturated sample collection method where all employees were used as the population. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative research. Hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results of the study showed thatemployee engagementhas a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H1 is accepted). Organizational Citizenship Behaviorhas a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H2 is accepted). Employee engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kedoganan Traditional Village People's Credit Institution (LPD) (H3 is accepted).It is hoped that the results of this research will enable LPD employees to realize the vision and mission of the institutionnot only carrying out the role as stated in the job description and organizational structure, but also being able to carry out the role beyond the standards stated in the institution.

Abstract

The company has a goal to develop and progress according to the predetermined target, so that it can compete with other companies. To achieve the company's goals, of course employees are required to maximize the work performance and performance achieved by employees. Work performance and employee performance can be influenced by various factors, including in this study the emphasis is on leader behavior and employee work commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in work performance and employee performance through leader behavior and employee work commitment in Bali Province in general, using a review method from the results of previous studies with the main variables on these variables. The methodology used by the author in compiling this article uses an exploratory qualitative approach by reviewing the results of previous studies with related variables, by utilizing the Google search engine on the Google Scholar site. This study uses a review of the results of ten previous studies in a maximum period of 5 years ago, it was concluded that leader behavior and employee commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee work performance and performance variables. Based on this conclusion, it is expected that the Company can prioritize conducive and relatively directing leader behavior and employee commitment can be considered with an increase in achieving the expected work performance and employee performance. Thus, employees will have high initiative to complete the work given by the company.

Abstract

Trash-Mate is a Waste Bank application that can be a medium of information and facilitate the Waste Bank Customer transaction process more practically and effectively, to help the community in conducting waste management transactions at the Waste Bank remotely through the android application. The features in the Back-End Design for the Android-Based Trash-Mate Waste Bank Application are login, Customer Data, Admin Data, Trash Data, Trash Pickup, Balance Withdrawal, and Log-Out. Basically, a waste bank is a program where waste will be collected and sorted, then the waste will be exchanged for money. The remaining waste will be weighed and valued at a certain amount, then sold to factories that have partnered with waste banks.

Abstract

Ecological problems due to the increasing volume of plastic waste are a global concern, with several Asian countries including Indonesia as the main contributor of plastic waste to the oceans. PT Sinar Sosro hopes that by implementing green marketing it can influence customer purchasing decisions which include customer confidence and confidence in the products purchased. This study aims to evaluate the impact of green marketing on consumer choice and purchase intention at PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Branch Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research subjects were all consumers of PT Sinar Sosro Tabanan Head Office with samples taken using accidental sampling technique totaling 60 samples. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as a data processing tool. The results found that environmentally friendly marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a coefficient of 0.788, and a purchase decision coefficient of 0.646. Purchase intention is also shown to mediate the impact of green marketing on purchasing decisions with a partial effect. Good implementation of green marketing increases consumer purchasing decisions and purchase interest, and supports PT Sinar Sosro in maintaining market share in the midst of intense beverage industry competition.
