Abstract

 This research is conducted to analyze the influence of attribute supermarket  on impulse buying  at Supermarket Bandung. The Goal of this research is also to know the attribute supermarket that influence the impulse buying , supporting factors and how the problems take place.The descriptive-verificative method is used in this research. Data collection methods are literature and field studies. Field study covers observation, interview and structural questionnaires. The questionnaires are given to 75  consumers at Supermarket Bandung. The sistematic sampling is used as sampling tecgnique. Data are analyzed by qualitative analysis and correlation multiple regresion statistical.The analysis confirms that there are influences on attribute supermarket , impulse buying at Supermarket  Bandung.  That is, if  attribute supermarket is carefully done, it will increase the impulse buying.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kajian tentang pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas sepatu Tomkins pada PT Primarindo Asia Infrastruktur Tbk Bandung, Pengendalian kualitas menggunakan peta kendali c dan memilih metode yang paling efektif antara peta kendali c dengan pengendalian kualitas yang digunakan perusahaan. Kualitas berkaitan dengan pemenuhan permintaan, atau melebihi permintaan, pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen untuk saat ini dan masa yang akan datang. Hal ini berarti bahwa produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi kebutuhan  konsumen dan cocok dengan penggunaan konsumen. Tipe penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Pengumpulan datanya adalah studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan berkaitan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik penarikan sampelnya menggunakan purposive random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data produksi tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2009. Pengendalian yang dilakukan perusahaan pada saat produksi berdasarkan pada spesifikasi produk yang telah ditetapkan di awal. Pengolahan data menggunakan peta kendali c  menunjukkan semua proses produksi berada dalam batas kendali. Hal ini berarti penggunaan peta kendali c lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode yang digunakan perusahaan.The objective of this research were to determine the quality control processof Tomkins shoes at PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. Bandung.Quality can be defined is meeting, or exceeding, customer requirements now and in the future. This means the product or service is fit for customer’s use. Controlling product quality using c chart.It select the method which one is better or effective for the company. The research methode type is qualitative. Data collection methods are literature and field studies. Field study covers observation and interview.The sampling technique by purposive random sampling. Sample is used that occurred during production years 2007-2009. Control is carried out by Firm, at the time of production based on product specifications that have been established in the beginning. Proceessing data using c-chart showing the production processed are in boundary control limit. It means clarity the use c-chart of which method more effectively done than  used by firm.

Mereka mengeluhkan papan petunjuk yang tidak jelas dan tinggi penempatannya sehingga membuat mereka kebingungan untuk mencarai barang yang diinginkan Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan secara induktif untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat menyeluruh atau holistic dan mendalam. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mennujukkan bahwa Ritel Modern menggunakan jenis tata letak ritel. Penataan tata letak didasarkan untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi konsumen ketika berbelanja. Selain daripada itu penempatan layout yang baik akan memberikan dampak dan meningkatkan daya saing. Abstract

ABSTRACT                Creative Economy will be the world economic trend in the next few years. Stagnation of economic growth and environmental degradation is increasingly alarming, encouraging the whole world to put forward the creativity in economic life that maximizes the added value of a product of goods and services in the framework of the sustainability of human life and civilization. The research method used is a qualitative method of research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written words or oral from the people and behavior that can be observed. With the explorative approach that is digging more detailed description.The result of the research is the formulation of creative economic activation for Bandung based on the requirement by UNESCO. The selection of activation of the creative economy sub-sector, it was found that the first scenario was the most proportional. Furthermore, the first government of Bandung City to develop more extensive network of creative industries to the kecamatan or kelurahan. Second, improve activation of low value, with the training on activation Keywords :Economics, creative, activation.   ABSTRAKEkonomi Kreatif akan menjadi trend ekonomi dunia dalam beberapa tahun mendatang.   Stagnasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan degradasi lingkungan yang semakin mengkhawatirkan, mendorong seluruh dunia untuk lebih mengedepankan kreativitas dalam berkehidupan ekonomi yang memaksimalkan nilai tambah dari suatu produk barang dan jasa dalam rangka keberlanjutan kehidupan dan peradaban manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati .Dengan pendekatan eksploratif yaitu menggali keterangan lebih rinci. Hasil penelitian adalah perumusan aktivasi ekonomi kreatif untuk Kota Bandung berdasarkan yang disyaratkan oleh UNESCO. Pemilihan aktivasi sub sektor ekonomi kreatif, maka ditemukan bahwa skenario yang pertama  adalah yang paling proporsional. Selanjutnya, pertama pemerintah Kota Bandung mengembangkan lebih luas jaringan industri kreatifnya ke kecamatan atau kelurahan. Kedua, memperbaiki aktivasi yang bernilai rendah, dengan adanya pelatihan tentang aktivasi Kata Kunci : Ekonomi,  kreatif, aktivasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerbelanja adalah aktifitas yang menjadi pilihan wisatawan, peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara terutama  dari Malaysia ke kota Bandung, mengisyaratkan perlunya pemahaman kecenderungan perilaku wisatawan sebagai konsumen dalam membeli produk atau berbelanja yang disebut gaya belanja. Dengan menggunakan sembilan gaya belanja yang dicetuskan Sproles dan Kendall (1986) studi komparasi antara kedua kelompok dilakukan, studi ini juga dapat disebut penelitian cross-culture. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen Indonesia dan Malaysia memiliki gaya belanja yang sama yaitu : perfectionistic, brand conscious,  dan impulsive. Perbedaanya adalah konsumen Indonesia cenderung lebih bergaya belanja: price conscious, habitual, dan confused by over choice. Sedangkan konsumen Malaysia cenderung lebih bergaya belanja novelty conscious dan recreational. Pemahaman ini dapat dimanfaatkan pada pemasaran internasional terutama pada industri retail. Kata kunci : Konsumen, Gaya belanja, Studi Komparasi  ABSTRACTShopping is one of most popular tourist activities.  There is an increasing number of domestic and foreign tourists, especially from Malaysia visiting Bandung. It is valuable to understand the tourist’s behavior especially in their buying behavior which called shopping style. This study employed nine shopping styles from Sproles and Kendall (1986) which comparing domestic Indonesian and Malaysian tourist, this study can also be categorized as cross-culture research. The results show that Indonesian and Malaysian consumers have the same shopping style: perfectionistic, brand conscious, and impulsive. The difference is that Indonesian consumers tend to have shopping style: price conscious, habitual, and confused by over choice. While Malaysian consumers indicated to have shopping style: novelty conscious and recreational. This understanding can be utilized in international marketing, especially in the retail industry. Keywords: Customer, Shopping-style, Comparaive Study

Abstract

The implementation of Good Corporate Governance is a concept that emphasizes the importance of the rights of shareholders to obtain information correctly, accurately, and on time. But a thorough understanding of the state-of-art of Good Corporate Governance is needed. Therefore, this article aims to classify, identify scientific publications and conduct thematic analyzes of the current literature to create extensive and detailed understanding in the field of Good Corporate Governance. The research method is carried out by means of the Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) to study scientific publications in the field of Good Corporate Governance which are based on the focus and type of research from time to time. The results of this study resulted in the categorization and quantification of the Good Corporate Governance study in various dimensions as well as an overview of current research topics and trends.Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance merupakan konsep yang menekankan pentingnya hak pemegang saham untuk memperoleh informasi dengan benar, akurat, dan tepat waktu. Namun pemahaman menyeluruh tentang state-of-art dari Good Corporate Governance diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan, mengidentifikasi publikasi-publikasi ilmiah dan melakukan analisis tematik terhadap literatur terkini guna menciptakan pemahaman yang ekstensif dan terperinci dibidang Good Corporate Governance. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) untuk menelaah publikasi ilmiah dibidang  Good Corporate Governance  yang dihasilkan berdasarkan fokus dan tipe riset dari waktu ke waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan kategorisasi dan kuantifikasi studi Good Corporate Governance dalam berbagai dimensi serta ikhtisar topik dan tren penelitian saat ini.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style. The leader, capable of identifying the changes that need to be made, creating a vision to guide the changes through inspiration and implementing them under group commitment. The role of a leader in exerting his/her influences is so important for supporting the company activities, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). A comprehensive understanding of the state-of-the-art of transformational leadership is still needed. Therefore, this article aims to classify, identify scientific publications and carry out a thematic analysis of the latest literature to create an extensive and detailed understanding of transformational leadership specifically in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The research method was conducted by using Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) to analyze scientific publications of transformational leadership in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which were generated based on the focus and type of research from time to time. The results of this study produced a categorization and quantification of transformational leadership studies in various dimensions as well as an overview of topics and trends in transformational leadership research in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) today.

Abstract

 The complexity of business problems in corporate organizations often becomes an unavoidable problem for business people, there are many factors that cause problems to occur but these problems can be avoided by implementing systems thinking as one of the solutions. The system thinking method is applied to connect system elements into a unit to achieve organizational goals. Systems thinking is applied to meet the needs of the organization in solving problems, determining solutions and predicting the sustainability of the organization in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of using systems thinking on consulting firm organizations with a descriptive study method using literature studies to collect data. The results obtained are the system thinking method applied in PT Sampul Kreatif Teknologi for the organization's business activities to be effective in generating profits to achieve goals.

Abstract

Tangerang City as a city that is implementing the Smart City concept to solve city problems and improve city governance. Since 2016 the Tangerang City Government has been running Smart City by creating a Tangerang LIVE Room with the Tangerang LIVE vision of Liveable, Investable, Visitable, and E-City, the vision is based on the use of information, technology and communication to create a public service system and employee work to the community to be more optimal, efficient and effective. Innovations that are being developed by the City of Tangerang have successfully made 174 Applications. The success of the application made 31 City Governments and Agencies in Indonesia adopt applications owned by the City of Tangerang. The principle of the Tangerang Smart City Partnership aims to accelerate regional development at the local level, increase economic growth and community welfare through optimizing the use of regional resources. A qualitative approach was used in this research by collecting data through library research, interviews and documentation of informants who were directly involved in carrying out these activities. The analysis of this study uses Frans Van Waarden's theory model, the results of the study show that: (1) The actors involved have been from all walks of life, but it is better to increase their involvement, (2) The function of each actor should be improved again to achieve the Tangerang policy objectives Live (3) Network structure is already running, but the good Leading Sector is transferred to the Mayor (4) Institutionalization has not been regulated (5) Rules of action have not been regulated in mayor regulations or regional regulations specifically regarding Smart City (6) Power Relations have been running with good (7) The actor's strategy is well underway to manage his dependency.
