Abstract

The study aims to review the performance of e-commerce in the operation of agricultural SMEs so that the view for developing and implementing e-commerce can be improved. The method used in this research is an approach is carried out through the literature study, namely research that critically examines knowledge, ideas or findings and provides theoretical and methodological contributions to the object of study. Originality/value – This study identifies, explores, analyzes and summarizes the main themes that contribute to deepening the literature by identifying the potential of e-commerce as a marketing method for agricultural businesses MSME scale.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of freight forwarder companies in Jakarta as well as human resource management literature. This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the relationship between the variables studied, namely service leadership, training, employee performance, and employee engagement in freight forwarder companies in Jakarta. The population in this study is all freight forwarder companies operating in DKI Jakarta, which number 337 companies. From this population, 6 freight forwarder companies were selected that were considered representative and able to represent the characteristics of the population as a whole. Sample selection is carried out by purposive sampling, namely selecting companies that meet certain criteria such as company size, operational volume, and geographical location. Of the 6 companies, a sample of 105 respondents consisting of EMKL (Sea Cargo Expedition) operational staff was taken. The selection of respondents was carried out by stratified Random sampling to ensure that each sub-group in the population was proportionally represented. Servant Leadership has a significant positive influence on the Employee Performance variable, Training has a positive but not significant influence on the employee performance variable, Servant Leadership shows a significant positive influence on the Employee Engagement variable, Training also has a significant and positive influence on Employee Engagement, as well as Employee Engagement has a significant positive influence on Employee Engagement Employee Performance variable. No Effect of Servant Leadership through Employee Engagement on Employee Performance, and No Effect of Training through Employee Engagement on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of leadership, employee performance, motivation and information technology on employee job satisfaction which moderated by the age of employees at Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research where the object used is all employees who work at Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bekasi. The number of samples used as many as 209 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the structural equation model (SEM) – Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership, employee performance and motivation have a direct effect on employee job satisfaction significantly, (2) There is no direct effect of information technology on employee job satisfaction, (3) Leadership and motivation have no effect on employee job satisfaction if moderated by employee age, (4) Motivation and information technology have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction if moderated by employee age.

Abstract

Strategic planning is a dynamic process that can help organizations define long-term goals and develop strategies to achieve them. The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the use of related systems in relation to human resource (HR) management in organizations. This study uses a qualitative design with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the use of strategic planning in human resources (HR) management has a positive effect on the achievement of organizational goals. From mission definition to performance evaluation, the strategic planning phase has proven to be a solid foundation for effective human resource management. The result is increased employee motivation and commitment, better use of human resources, and organizational adaptation to environmental changes. Additionally, a continuous evaluation process helps identify areas for improvement and improvement, leading to a smooth and efficient work environment. Overall, this study confirms the importance of integrating planning with human resource development planning for organizational sustainability and success.

Abstract

Talent is considered as the potential or ability that varies from person to person when planning organizational development programs and is a concept that is still debated in modern times. If managed well, talented human resources will support the implementation of the organization's growth strategy and contribute to achieving organizational goals and economic growth. The research method uses SLR based on the reporting items selected for the systematic review. The findings show that talent management and retention is considered a top business priority, and organizations want to evaluate the performance of these employees to increase organizational commitment and avoid market defection.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive and detailed insight into the role of competence, motivation, and technology in determining employee productivity, as well as how organizations can effectively manage these three factors to achieve greater success and competitiveness. The research method used in this scientific article is a structured literature review. Relevant scientific articles are selected, identified, and evaluated during the literature review process. The determination of the study scope was carried out using the PICO framework (population, problem, intervention, comparison), which provides a score to establish the study limitations. A collection of relevant scientific articles is selected, excavated, and reviewed during a literature review. Using the PICO framework (population/problem, intervention, comparison), the scope of the study is determined by the score. The results of the paper provide valuable insights for human resource management practitioners and other stakeholders in managing and improving employee productivity in various types of organizations. Recommendations for practitioners include developing strategies to increase employee engagement, encouraging more flexible work practices such as teleworking, as well as strengthening motivational practices such as training and development, performance-based rewards, and knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Studi literatur semantik ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kompetensi, budaya kerja, dan teknologi informasi di era endemi terhadap kinerja guru di SMK XYZ. Dalam menghadapi tantangan yang disebabkan oleh endemi, kompetensi guru menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga kualitas pendidikan. Budaya kerja yang positif dan dukungan teknologi informasi yang tepat juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara signifikan. Selain kompetensi, budaya kerja juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja guru. Budaya kerja yang positif, di mana kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan dukungan antar guru dan staf sekolah dihargai, dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang memotivasi guru untuk memberikan yang terbaik dalam menghadapi tantangan endemi. Manajemen sekolah perlu menciptakan atmosfer yang mendukung budaya kerja yang positif. Hasil penelitian literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja mereka di era endemi. Guru yang memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam dalam mata pelajaran dan keterampilan pedagogis yang kuat cenderung memberikan hasil pembelajaran yang lebih baik kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru harus menjadi prioritas dalam manajemen sekolah.

Abstract

After graduating from vocational school, students must make decisions about their career plans that will be adjusted to their abilities. This career plan can be based on the influence of their education through internship and entrepreneurship activities, because in internship activities, students are required to become employees or workers in a company. Thoughtful career planning decisions will help students develop potential areas of expertise and prepare them for work. The research design used is quantitative correlation with data collection using literature research from journals, books, documents and other relevant sources. The results of this research also show that vocational school graduates who are involved in internship activities and study entrepreneurship have sufficient skills, but they still think as workers, not as business actors. The government is expected to be tougher in telling vocational school graduates that they can create their own jobs.

Abstract

An important task of the HR council is to help the association achieve its goals. To achieve the hierarchical goal of performing authoritative tasks proficiently and actually, techniques/procedures or HR boards are required. The existence of HR value in an association can be a significant resource in the organization that later in the future can be an ally of hierarchical progress. With the aim that the presence of HR value (HR) can determine human nature as a significant holder of employment in encouraging the association concerned. The contest that occurs will affect how the association works. This is due to the longing in each association to turn into an association that succeeds in terms of execution.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives on employee performance within organizations qualitatively using Systematic Literature. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within organizations have been proven through existing research with a correlation between variables and employee performance. This scientific article uses a structured literature review as its research approach. The literature review process involved the selection, identification, and analysis of relevant research publications. The PICO framework (Population/Problem, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) was utilized to determine the study's scope by assigning scores to define research boundaries.  During the literature review, pertinent scientific publications were chosen, located, and examined. Scores were used to identify the study scope using the PICO framework. The study scope boundaries are listed in Table 1 along with reviews of the literature from other journals. Metrics from scientific journals are used in Table 2, which will be explained and provided with the results in this article.  The results show that DEI initiatives positively impact employee performance, with diversity enhancing creativity and innovation, and equity and inclusion improving employee morale and commitment.
