Artificial Neural Networks is a computational paradigm in which the way it works mimics the biological nerve cell system based on the characteristics of the function of the human brain. One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used, especially in dealing with the problem of identification, prediction, recognition of complex patterns because this method is able to predict what will happen in the future based on patterns that existed in the past. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. Sawahlunto City Government, West Sumatra prioritizes the development of Silungkang songket craft business, which is a regional specialty, to enter the export market. At the initial stage, the regional government's priority is to increase the production of crafters by facilitating the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those engaged in songket, to continue to be developed by improving quality and creativity. The city of Sawahlunto can help several parties such as the government, micro, small and medium enterprises in making good handling and decision making efforts to increase the production of Songket Silungkang MSMEs in Sawahlunto City.

Forecasting methods can predict the values of a variable based on the known value of that variable or other related variables. In the quantitative category forecasting method, especially the time series model, several smoothing methods are known, namely average and exponential smoothing. A trended series is defined as a time series that contains a long-term component that represents growth or decline in the series, and whose average value changes up or down over a period of time. The average method is that a number of values that are given an equivalent weight (or smoothed) are included in the calculation of the average. A double moving average, also known as a linear moving average, is designed for time series data with a trending pattern or a linear trend. The time series data used is poverty line data by area of residence in West Sumatra based on the ability to meet basic needs (basic needs approach). With this approach, poverty is seen as an economic inability to meet basic food and non-food needs as measured from the expenditure side. So the poor are people who have an average monthly per capita expenditure below the poverty line. So that the double moving average time series method is used. This study aims to determine the monthly per capita public expenditure forecast in West Sumatra.

Along with the rapid development of information technology, which can help the processing and reporting of data, it is very helpful for humans in completing work. Every aspect of life is attached to technology, the system does not have human activities that are separated from the role of technology. Information system is a system within an organization which is a combination of users, facilities, technology, media, procedures and controls aimed at obtaining complex information.The diverse hospitality sector with its uniqueness and supported by facilities and transportation facilities available in tourist areas can provide a very large government income. The Padang City Government has carried out promotions through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlets. However, this method is not enough to inform hospitality widely to local and foreign tourists. The tourists will have difficulty in determining the planning of the selection of lodging. Therefore, through the design and manufacture of a hospitality GIS, it is hoped that it can display an overview of the Padang City hospitality map so that it is more attractive and can be enjoyed by the wider community. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for the public to access it.Geographic Information System (GIS) technology has developed rapidly. GIS is created using information derived from processing a number of data, namely geographic data or data relating to the position of objects on the earth's surface. GIS technology integrates database-based data processing operations that are commonly used today, such as capturing unique visualizations and the various advantages that geographic analysis can offer through map images. Teknologi Internet telah terbukti menjadi salah satu media informasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam menyebarkan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh siapa saja, kapan saja dan dimana saja. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan aplikasi web sejak munculnya teknologi internet sangat membantu dalam kemudahan dan kecepatan pengiriman, penyampaian dan penerimaan informasi. Selama ini Toko Iim bergerak dibidang pemesanan makanan yaitu rendang telur minangkabau, promosi yang ada masih menggunakan fasilitas kertas, brosur, dan fasilitas lain yang sejenis. Kendala tersebut membuat promosi produk kurang efektif, dan pelanggan yang ingin melihat informasi makanan rendang telur di Toko Iim harus datang langsung ke alamatnya. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi berbasis web untuk promosi dan pemesanan rendang telur. Sehingga dapat memenuhi keinginan pengguna informasi yang menginginkan kecepatan waktu.

The use of computers in people's lives is growing as is the case with companies that provide scholarships for the children of employees who work at the company. The scholarship selection system is still done manually so it is ineffective and inefficient and requires a long time. By using a new system design to assist in data processing of spare part goods, producing a desired system a system is created. In this study the authors used the method of field research, interviews, library research and laboratory research, in conducting analysis using UML (Unified Model Language). The new system will be implemented later to improve the quality of information generated so that these designs can be useful for the company concerned.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system that can simplify the process of handling various human resource management activities in a company in a structured and comprehensive manner. HRMS can assist management in carrying out their duties and assist companies in achieving goals and minimizing the risk of loss due to errors in managing employee data, especially in terms of payroll. The number of components in managing employees in a company will make the management in carrying out their duties a little more complicated and complex. So it is necessary to have a system that can manage all components of employee management in one centralized system. In this study, a web-based HRMS has been designed that can be used by employee management and also the employees themselves. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of HRMS at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Lingga Regency can assist employee management in managing all employee data including data collection, planning, management, and directing activities effectively and efficiently and can minimize the human error factor.

The continuous flow of information has become a necessity for organizations. The internet moves information quickly to support the activities of its users, PT. Graha Cipta Bangko Jaya. These organizations must keep running their business even when internet service is unavailable. There are several ways to overcome this problem, one of which is to use at least two different internet sources, which will be combined with failover techniques on the internet connection so that if one internet source is disconnected, it will be automatically transferred to another internet source. The failover technique is usually combined with the load balance technique, and there are several methods for the load balance, one of which is PCC (Per Connection Classifier). The PCC load balance and failover method are commonly used in the gateway check feature on the ip route menu. However, when implementing the gateway check feature, it can only check on the gateway device so that if there is a problem at the provider, it will not be able to be monitored by the router side. So that the router can check directly with the provider, it can add a recursive gateway technique to failover. A device that can support the above method is the Mikrotik Router. A Mikrotik router is a device or operating system specifically designed for routing in computer networks. Later the results of this research can ensure the availability of the internet within the organization and increase the operational productivity of the organization

Salah satu metode untuk menganalisa sistem yang mengandung ketidakpastian adalah dengan Logika fuzzy. Pada penelitian ini digunakan fuzzy inference system metode tsukamoto dan Mamdani dalam pemberian modal usaha mikro pada PNM Mekaar yang mana data yang diperoleh yaitu penentuan calon nasabah mempunyai kriteria-kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbangunnya sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu para karyawan PNM Mekaar Cabang Bungus dalam memberikan modal usaha mikro terhadap nasabah berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan secara baik dan cepat. Abstract One method to analyze systems that contain uncertainty is fuzzy logic. In this study, the Tsukamoto and Mamdani method of fuzzy inference system was used in providing micro-enterprise capital at PNM Mekaar, where the data obtained was that the determination of prospective customers had criteria that must be considered. The result of this research is the establishment of a decision support system that can assist the employees of PNM Mekaar Bungus Branch in providing micro business capital to customers based on well and quickly determined criteria.
