Abstract

Since April 2020 The Ministry of Education stated the “Learning from Home” policy, that’s why The research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic in the academic year of 2020-2019 starting in April 2021. Where learning is learning process have been held virtually with the support of internet and some communication and computer-based device. As a matter of fact, distance learning is not as simple as it should be. So the purpose of this research is to improve grammar skills through interactive learning media so that it is interesting and does not make students bored while following the distance learning. Therefore, the authors conducted research by knowing the use of learning media based on Kahoot as an effort to improve students' English grammar skills. The research method applied is the Classroom Action Research Method which goes through 2 cycles with the final results showing that the use of kahoot as an alternative learning media is very effective in growing up the enthusiasm of students to attend lectures so that it has an impact on improving students' English grammar skills with the finding of the average score of students with The number of 70 in the first cycle and 80 as the average value in the second cycle, these results significantly increased from the average score of 60 before the implementation of kahoot as learning media.

Abstract

The background of this research is distance learning which utilizes media in the form of android-based applications in connection with the global covid-19 pandemic experienced by various countries, one of which is Indonesia. This condition affects the movement of various sectors, including the education sector. After going through several months with this global pandemic condition, with all teaching-learning activities from various levels carried out from home, the use of appropriate methods is a very serious concern. Learning from home is one way that is expected to be able to suppress the spread of covid-19. Many distance learning media are available, so it is necessary to know the effectiveness of using these media to be used in distance learning. The method used in this research was qualitative-quantitative with a sample of 30 students chosen at random with the student record "technology literate". The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire using electronic media and internet networks. The results of this research indicate that not all android-based applications can be used effectively in distance learning. This research is expected to provide new views and references on the effectiveness of the use of electronic media in learning, so as to increase the effectiveness of distance learning for various levels of Education. Key Words: Distance learning, electronic media, covid-19

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 membuka tantangan besar bagi para guru adalah meningkatkan kompetensi memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pembelajaran online atau yang dikenal Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Kompetensi Guru dan dukungan Orang Tua dalam menyediakan fasilitas pembelajaran online merupakan dua hal penting yang dimungkinkan saling mempengaruhi karena keduanya berdampak pada keberhasilan penyampaian materi ke siswa. Selain Guru dan Orang Tua, siswa merupakan tolok ukur utama dalam suksesnya belajar online. Kemampuan siswa dalam menerima materi belajar dari Guru yang disampaikan secara Daring. Oleh sebab itu, siswa memerlukan motivasi dari Guru melalui kreatifitas Guru dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar yang interaktif. Guru dapat menyediakan alternatif belajar melalui Video Pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa dan juga orang tua siswa karena keberadaan orang tua pada saat mendampingi siswa belajar dirumah juga menjadi hal yang penting. Video sebagai media pembelajaran siswa sekolah dasar dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep sehingga meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang disertai dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa selainnya itu Video Pembelajaran juga memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar berada pada fase operasional konkret. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka ditemukan permasalahan para guru di SDN 011 Lenteng Agung memerlukan pelatihan pembuatan Video Pembelajaran bagi siswa tingkat sekolah dasar yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and learning independence on students' speaking skills in English. The research method used is a survey method with correlational analysis conducted on semester one students of the informatics engineering study program for the even academic year 2020/2021. The sampling technique is simple random sampling technique of 70 students. The instruments used are questionnaires and tests. The data was analyzed first by testing the data analysis requirements met, namely normality test, regression linearity test and multicollinearity test. After the test data requirements are met, a differential analysis is carried out to test the research hypotheses using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy and independent learning together on students' English speaking skills; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on students' English speaking skills; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of learning independence on students' English speaking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya belajar terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Mardi Yuana Bogor. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah terdapat perbedaan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik dengan gaya belajar auditori, kinestetik dan visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik dengan dibantu SPSS 16.0. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 64 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Mardi Yuana Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan SPSS 16.0 pada taraf signifikansi ?= 0,05 diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhit > Ftab atau 16,544 > 3,148. Maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris peserta didik.  Kata Kunci: Gaya Belajar, Auditori, Kinestetik, Visual, Kosakata

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh skema dan pemberian tugas membaca ekstensif terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Inggris peserta didik di SMA PGRI Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu, dengan populasi seluruh SMA PGRI di Jakarta Selatan, dan Sample dua SMA PGRI di Jakarta selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa instrument dan tahapan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dibantu dengan SPSS 15.0. pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka diperoleh semua data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Dan diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara skema dengan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris, Pengaruh yang cukup signifikan antara pemberian tugas membaca ekstensif dengan tidak membaca ektensif terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Inggris, dan terdapat sinergi atau pengaruh yang sangat signifikan secara bersama-sama antara skema dan membaca ekstensif terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Inggris peserta didik.

Abstract

Math Domino Learning Media game is developed to meet the needs of students, because it has not been the availability of learning media to help the process of learning mathematics. The research aims to determine the existence of learning media to improve the development of game media through the learning media of Domino math game, the feasibility of Domino math learning. The subjects of this study were 7 th grade students of JHS 209 Jakarta which consisted 25 students. This research type is Research Development (R&D) with ADDIE model. This watchfulness consists of several steps, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Validity test was done by 6 validators. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that development of learning media MATMINO can be used on mathematics subjects The results show that the average gained from material experts is 4,33 (very decent) and the average gained by media experts is 4,37 (very decent). Student's response to learning media of MATMINO in very good category with 4.33 average score. Based on these results it is stated that domino mathematics learning media on algebra material can be used in the process of learning mathematics activities.

Abstract

Perancangan pengelolaan uang kas mencakup kumpulan prosedur yang melaksanakan, mencatat, mengkalkulasi, membuat dokumen dan informasi untuk keperluan manajemen dan bagian lain yang berkepentingan, mulai dari pemasukan sampai pengeluaran. Manajemen catatan, dan laporan yang dikoordinasi sedemikian rupa untuk menyediakan informasi uang kas yang dibutuhkan oleh manajemen guna memudahkan pengelolaan uang kas di RT 02 RW 03 Cimanggis Depok. Kualitas pelayanan sangat tergantung pada kelancaran pendanaan untuk membiayai semua aktivitas yang dilakukan. Dalam hal ini Ketua RT 02 RW 03 Cimanggis Depok harus dapat mengelola uang kas sumber daya yang dimilikinya dengan sebaik mungkin. Proses manajemen pengelolaaan uang kas di RT 02 RW 03 Cimanggis Depok masih secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan double booked pada waktu yang sama. Perancangan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan mempermudah RT 02 RW 03 Cimanggis Depok dalam mengelola uang kas untuk memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya kepada publik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research Development. Sehingga perancangan sistem tetap sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada pada RT 02 RW 03 Cimanggis Depok.

Abstract

Basically every school that is in its environment will always compete with other schools in achieving a goal, therefore to realize a goal of the organization and to win a healthy competition, a vision and mission is indeed needed as a work guideline in achieving its goals. The aims of this study to determine and analyze the extent to which organizational culture and interpersonal communication have an effect on improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta. The research method used was a descriptive survey conducted on teachers in December 2021-February 2022. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 22 teachers. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire compiled by the researcher. The data was analyzed first by testing the data analysis requirements, namely normality test, regression linearity test and multicollinearity test. After the test data requirements were met, a differential analysis was carried out for testing the research hypothesis using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication together on improving teacher performance; (2) there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on improving teacher performance; (3) there was a positive and significant effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred in the last two years has become a big challenge for teachers, not only teachers in formal school education, but also for teachers in non-formal education, one of which is Sunday school. Many do not realize that Sunday schools have also been severely affected by this pandemic, where Sunday school children cannot worship directly, cannot do various events directly and cannot listen to stories to the fullest due to limited media. So, it is very difficult to understand the story or material delivered by their teacher. In this case, teacher competence and parental support are very influential on the development of every Sunday school child. In this case, measuring the success of learning can be seen from the child's ability to accept the material presented boldly. Therefore, children need to have high motivation and enthusiasm in participating in distance learning (PJJ) and teachers need to provide interesting and innovative learning media. Video as a learning media is considered to be very effective for use in both formal and informal education for children from kindergarten to elementary school. by utilizing video media which is considered to be able to increase children's motivation and enthusiasm for learning, so that it affects children's learning outcomes. Overall, it can be expected that this activity can achieve its goal, namely making videos that can increase motivation and attract children's learning interest.
