Abstract

Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kuantitatif yang merupakan salah satu dari metode analisis dengan cara data disusun dan dikelompokkan, kemudian dianalisis sehingga diperoleh gambaran tentang masalah yang dihadapi dan untuk menjelaskan hasil perhitungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Telkom medan yaitu sebanyak 110 orang, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampelnya sebanyak 80 responden. Instrumen penelitian  menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.    F hitung 45,853 dan nilai Sig. adalah 0,000. Diketahui nilai F hitung 45,853 > F tabel 3,105 dan nilai Sig adalah 0,000 < 0,05, maka kedisiplinan kerja, balas jasa secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.Hal ini diindikasikan oleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R-Square) adalah 0,522. Nilai tersebut dapat diartikan variabel kedisiplinan kerja, balas jasa mampu mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan sebesar 52,2% sisanya sebesar 100% - 52,2% = 47,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to determine and analyze the effects of service quality, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 100 subjects. The results indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with t-counted value of 5.304 > t-table value of 1.985, and significance value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05). Brand awareness has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with t-counted value of 3.067 > t-table value of 1.985, and significance value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05). Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with t-counted value of 7.052 > t-table value of 1.985, and significance value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05). Service quality, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty, with t-counted value of 52.284 > t-table value of 2.700, and a significance value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05).

Abstract

Community Service aims to foster micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is to provide input on what businesses can be developed in accordance with the conditions in the environment and in accordance with current conditions, namely the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the city of Medan and the world in general. The community that will be trained are people who live in Environment IV, Sidomulio Village, Medan Tuntungan District, totaling 25 people whose livelihoods are as farmers and as farm laborers. The availability of adequate academics in giving lectures on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Methodist University, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the Village Head and the Head of the Environment for the implementation of activities and supporting funds from UMI are supporting the implementation of this PPM activity. The problem is the limited time for coaching. It is hoped that this training will benefit the community. The benefits that participants get from this PPM activity include being able to understand and develop micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Community Service aims to provide understanding and the importance of collaborating in entrepreneurship in Lumban Pea Timur Village, Toba Regency. In this case, the method used is the lecture, discussion, and question and answer method. Through this, there are many ways that can be done to collaborate in developing a business or entrepreneur. In this meeting, it is known what business is being carried out, what business will be carried out and what problems are faced in developing an entrepreneur. In the end, it was discovered that the most pressing problem in recent times is business capital and the need for a regional regulation to support and protect businesses.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and this activity is very beneficial to the community and to the lecturers who carry out these activities. The Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program carried out this activity at the Damai Prosperous Community Self-Reliance Agency (BKM) in Sukaraja Village - Medan Maimun District with the topic "Tips for Starting a New Business". The method used is lectures and guided discussions. The conclusions that can be formulated are the need to know the reasons for having a business, what to think about when opening a business, types of business fields that have prospects in the future, various successful strategies for starting a business venture, high enthusiasm is needed to become an entrepreneur, and practical matters in starting a business, as well as what competencies an entrepreneur/entrepreneur must have

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Medan Distribusindo Raya Kabanjahe. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational culture have a significant influence on turnover intention. This is indicated by the Fcount (7.752) > Ftable 2.72 with Sig-p (0.000) < (0.05). The transformational leadership style partially has a positive and significant influence on turnover intentions. This is indicated by the values of tcount (2.061) > ttable (1.991) and Sig (0.029) < (0.05). Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This is indicated by the values of tcount (3.908) > ttable (1.991) and Sig (0.000) < (0.05). Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant influence on turnover intentions. This is indicated by the values of tcount (2.111) > ttable (1.991) and Sig (0.038) < (0.05). Transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational culture have an influence on turnover intentions of 44.2%.
