Abstract

Abstract Road damages is one of the problems that often occurs, especially on road with potholes. This initially small hole can develop into  a large hole if left without rapair because water will seep in and make the road brittle. One way to overcome road damage such as potholes in the road is to add an added material that can increase the strength of the asphalt layer. The additives that can be used are PVC (polyvinyl Chloride) and rice husk ash. According to previous research, the use of PVC and rice husk ash can improve stability and better resistance to high temperatures and keep road construction flexible. The role of the government is very important in overcoming the damage of this road. The purpose of this community dedication is to apply the result of research using PVC and rice husk ash to handle potholes on the road. The handling of potholes was carried out in 5 (five) points, precisely on the Ujung Berasok street, in Lapang village, accompanied by partner from PUPR Aceh Barat. The result of this activety are roads that are no longker potholes and do not endanger road users. It is hoped that the partner can continue road construction using this material on other potholes so that it can produce a suitable mix and have good performance to improve infrastructure development in Aceh Barat.   Keywords: Handling; road hole; PVC, Rice husk ash Abstrak Kerusakan jalan menjadi salah satu masalah yang seringkali terjadi terutama jalan yang berlubang. Lubang yang awalnya kecil ini bisa berkembang menjadi lubang berukuran besar jika dibiarkan tanpa perbaikan karena air akan meresap dan membuat rapuh jalan. Salah satu cara menanggulangi kerusakan jalan seperti lubang pada jalan yaitu dibutuhkan suatu bahan tambah yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan lapisan aspal. Bahan tambah yang dapat digunakan adalah PVC (polyvinyl chloride) dan abu sekam padi. Menurut riset terdahulu, penggunaan PVC dan abu sekam padi dapat meningkatkan stabilitas dan daya tahan yang lebih baik terhadap suhu tinggi dan konstruksi jalan tetap fleksibel dan lentur. Peran pemerintah sangatlah penting dalam mengatasi kerusakan jalan ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk menerapkan hasil riset menggunakan material PVC dan abu sekam padi untuk menangani lubang pada badan jalan. Penanganan lubang jalan dilakukan sebanyak 5 (lima) buah titik tepatnya berada di jalan Ujung Berasok Desa Lapang yang didampingi oleh mitra dari Dinas PUPR Aceh Barat. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa jalan yang tidak berlubang dan tidak membahayakan pengguna jalan. Diharapkan kelompok mitra dapat terus melanjutkan pembangunan jalan menggunakan material ini pada jalan berlubang yang lain sehingga dapat menghasilkan campuran yang layak dan mempunyai kinerja yang baik untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur pembangunan di Aceh Barat. Kata Kunci: penanganan; lubang jalan; PVC, abu sekam padi

Abstract

Abstrak Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari bencana dapat berupa kerugian materiil maupun jiwa. Bencana tersebut dapat dicontohkan seperti banjir, gempa bumi ada pula bencana non alam seperti kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi standar jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya, mengetahui apakah jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya telah memenuhi standar. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung. Pertanyaan melalui kuisioner diolah menggunakan software SPSS-23, sedangkan data hasil observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung, diolah melalui analisa deskripsi sesuai hasil lapangan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa semua pertanyaan valid memiliki nilai korelasi lebih besar dari nilai product moment/r tabel 0,632. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi standar jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya, belum sesuai standar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.26/PRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan bahwasanya penerapan peraturan sistem jalur evakuasi kebakaran masih pasif pada gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya untuk fungsi bangunan publik serta Kesesuaian fasilitas jalur evakuasi kebakaran yang tersedia pada bangunan gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya sangat sulit dilakukan evakuasi jika sewaktu waktu-waktu terjadi kebakaran Kata Kunci: Jalur evakuasi, bangunan gedung, metode kuantitatif, kuisioner   Abstract The negative impact can be in the form of material and life losses. Abstract

 The scheduling method that is often used in project planning in a deterministic way is the CPM method, the PERT method. However, in reality, uncertainty is often found in project completion, in accordance with the characteristics of a construction project that has a high level of risk. One of the methods used to determine the estimated project time is the monte carlo simulation method. The monte carlo simulation is a statistical sampling technique used to estimate solutions to quantitative problems. The research was conducted on the construction project of the Public Service Center (PSC) building in Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the probabilistic method of scheduling and to explain the application of the monte carlo method for scheduling. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of interviews and project implementation time schedule (curve S). Based on the monte carlo simulation that has carried out the distribution of completion on a public service center building construction project, the minimum value of the total project duration is 86.40 days, the maximum value of the total project duration is 105 days, and the mean value is 96 days. So the project can be completed within 96 days of the 100 plan days. So it can be concluded that the project is completed 4 days faster than the 100 day plan. Based on the above explanation, the Monte Carlo simulation is not significant enough to reduce the project duration, so that more significant work can be added or overtime. Keywords— Scheduling, Probabilistic, Simulation, Monte Carlo

Abstract

ABSTRAKRuas jalan Meulaboh – Tapak Tuan pada Sta 0+115 (diambil dari titik Sta 0+000  Simpang Empat Jeuram) merupakan tipe jalan dua arah dan terbagi (menggunakan median dan median terbuka). Sehingga, untuk mengakomodir pergerakan lalu lintas dari wilayah Timur dan Barat Kota Jeuram, ruas jalan tersebut memiliki beberapa titik bukaan median yang memungkinkan kendaraan merubah arah perjalanan berupa gerakan putar balik arah atau di istilahkan sebagai gerakan u-turn. Dengan persoalan tersebut di atas, maka permasalahan yang diangkat dan juga yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian analisis kajian putar balik arah (u-turn) pada bukaan median terhadap kemacetan ruas jalan adalah seberapa besar volume arus lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, waktu tempuh dan tingkat pelayanan jalan (level of service) yang terjadi. Batasan penelitian dibatasi hanya pada ruas jalan Meulaboh – Tapak Tuan di Sta 0+115 yang berada di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya sepanjang ± 460 meter tepatnya pada Simpang Peukan Jeuram depan SMP Negeri 2 Kuala. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 3 hari terdiri dari 2 pos pengamatan, setiap pos ditempatkan 3 orang operator/personil pengambilan data. Metode yang digunakan MKJI 1997 [1]. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, volume lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi pada hari Minggu 4.165 smp/jam sebelum terjalinnya kendaraan, setelah terjalin maupun tidak terjalin 4.139 smp/jam dengan rasio jalinan 0.67 smp/jam. Kapasitas jalan 4.485 smp/jam dari arah Meulaboh-Tapak Tuan dan dari arah Tapak Tuan-Meulaboh 4.650 smp/jam dengan waktu tempuh rata-rata antara 18 detik sampai 23 detik dengan kecepatan tempuh antara 19 km/jam sampai dengan 20 km/jam. Skala interval tingkat pelayanan jalan, dikategorikan posisi E yakni kondisi volume arus lalu lintas mendekati atau berada pada kapasitas, arus tidak stabil, kecepatan terkadang terhenti.

Abstract

Off Street Parking building  in Pasar Aceh Baru is one of the parking facilities available in the area. Withthe increase of visitors to Pasar Aceh Baru, the need for parking space is also increasing. In this case the authors want to analyze the feasibility in terms of finance based on parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012. The objective of the study is to calculate the number of parking vehicles, vehicles accumulation and to see the financial feasibility level of the parking facilities based on Laws Banda Aceh city regulated by Qanun No. 4 year 2012, so the results obtained when the parking facility has a period of turnover point of payback (Payback Period). This study uses 3 methods, namely NPV, BCR and IRR and discount rate of 10%, 12%, 15% and 18%. From the data processing using 3 methods, resulted in Net Present Value (NPV) largest value is Rp. -3,853,539,000, - at 10% discount rate while the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) is 0,809 at discount rate 10% and IRR value equal to -1,149%. This proves that with parking rates using Qanun Banda Aceh City No. 4 year 2012 the parking facilities are not feasible to be built financially. Keywords: Financial Feasibility, Parking Rates, NPV, BCR, and IRR

Abstract

Building school as a means of education for the smooth process of teaching and learning. With the maintenance of poor buildings cause the various functions of building facilities decreases and affects the quality and comfort of building users. If the damage to building components is left then slowly the service life of the building will decrease. View function of High School building Bina Generasi Bangsa Meulaboh, then it should be this building gets good maintenance for the reliability and feasibility of buildings in the architecture, structure, and utilities remain awake and function optimally. The purpose of this research is to know the priority of building maintenance. The method of analysis used statistical methods and  Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The result of analysis of priority sequence of maintenance of asitektur element can be first priority that is roof covering, while second priority on structural element that is column, beam and floor plate. Abstract

Parking problems are very important to study more deeply, because almost all activities in the open space require parking facilities. The required parking space must be adequately available. On street parking is parking that takes place along the road. This has a negative impact on the smooth flow of traffic, because it causes a reduction in the width of the road being traversed. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of motorized parking and the shape of parking angle patterns by considering the occurrence of side barriers. The research was carried out on the Singgah Mata I Road in Kuta Padang Village, West Aceh Regency, for 3 days Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 07.00-09.00 WIB, 11.00-13.00 WIB until 15.00-17.00 WIB. The data needed in the primary data research by direct survey in the research location, including side barriers survey, parking vehicle and road geometric. Data on the number of parking vehicles were analyzed to obtain parking characteristics, parking angle and side barriers. The highest peak fluctuations occur at 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evidenced parking capacity and HV vehicle parking time as much as 321 pcu/hour going on Monday, while the LV, MC and MT vehicles have the highest fluctuations on Sunday, which is detailed (LV 1519 pcu/hour) , (MC 600 pcu/hour) and (MT 311 pcu/hour). Based on this, the parking area of the vehicle's average daily peak volume is LV 1084 pcu/hour, HV 225 pcu/hour, MC 412 pcu/hour and for MT vehicles is 217 pcu/hour, able to accommodate the available parking volume, every point-point of the research location with parking index value <100%, which means that demand can still be fulfilled / still able to accommodate every vehicle parked with a parking angle of 300. The highest peak of side barriers occurs on Sunday 529 occurrence of side barriers which are evidenced by the condition of the commercial area with the second activity high side of the road. Keywords: on street parking, characteristics, parking impact.

Abstract

The Meulaboh City Government under the leadership of the Regent H. T. Alaidinsyah (in the period of 2012 - 2017) has a high concern on the use of bicycles as an alternative transportation tool that is cheapand environmentally friendly because it can help reduce congestion, air pollution, and have a positive impact on the health of its riders. The application of special bicycle lanes can be applied but often private vehicles, motorbikes and rickshaws stop blocking the bicycle lane. The use of bicycle lanes for parking vehicles should not be allowed, so cyclists are forced to use dangerous sidewalks or public roads. The problems raised and also become the purpose of research are how much influence the performance of bicycle lanes specifically on the lane of motorized vehicles and the level of effectiveness of their use in the city of Meulaboh. The research boundary was at the data collection location on Tgk Chik Ditiro Street, Pocut Baren, Teuku Umar and Sudirman Street, which is in Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict, West Aceh District (Meulaboh), with a length of 1635 meters of bicycle lanes. The calculation uses the BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method. Based on the results of the research on the Tgk Chik Ditiro road rating of BLOS 3.7 and Teuku Umar road, the rank rating of 4.3 is based on the BLOS < 4.5 value limitation rating, categorized as rank D with the BLOS description of the two road environments that are not feasible for cyclists. Jalan Pocut Baren value generated 3.1 < 3.5 set by BLOS, stated rating C with the  description  of the  environment  on the  road  segment  is  good  enough  for  cyclists.  Whereas  for Sudirman road the rating of 1.8 < 2.5 which was set by BLOS, was stated as rank B with the description of the environment on the road section was good for bicycles.

Abstract

Secara geografis, tempat didirikannya gedung Puskesmas Kajeung merupakan area pegunungan. Dimana area tersebut merupakan area yang rawan terhadap longsor, oleh sebab itu salah satu hal terpenting dalam merencanakan sebuah konstruksi gedung adalah merencanakan pondasinya. Puskesmas Kajeung telah dibangun 1 lantai dengan luas 794,448 m2. Dimana, gedung Puskesmas Kajeung dapat dibangun dengan menggunakan pondasi dangkal maupun pondasi dalam tergantung dari hasil penyelidikan tanah dilokasi. Hasil uji sondir atau Cone Penetration Test (CPT) dilapangan diperoleh kondisi tanah keras pada kedalaman 12 meter, karena tanah keras berada pada kedalaman lebih dari 3 meter, maka pembangunan gedung Puskesmas Kajeung menggunakan pondasi dalam yaitu bored pile. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui daya dukung pondasi bored pile dan kelayakan penggunaan pondasi bored pile terhadap pembangunan gedung Puskesmas Kajeung. Data-data perhitungan diperoleh dari CV. Brosis Indobeta Consultant. Dalam pembangunannya pondasi bored pile yang digunakan pada gedung Pukesmas Kajeung berdiameter 30 cm dengan Panjang 12 m. Dari hasil Perhitungan diperoleh nilai daya dukung pondasi bored pile menggunakan metode schmertmann dan nottingham sebesar 673,008 KN dan mengunakan metode meyerhof sebesar 538,357 KN. Maka dengan beban gedung Puskesmas Kajeung pada titik B1 = 156,98 KN, B2 = 292,54 KN dan B5 = 371,66 KN dapat disimpulkan bahwa pondasi bored pile pada pembangunan gedung Puskesmas Kajeung mampu menahan beban gedung Puskesmas Kajeung serta layak dan aman untuk dijadikan pondasi gedung Pukesmas Kajeung. Abstract

Membangun infrastruktur transportasi yang berkualitas membutuhkan kepadatan tanah/material yang kuat di mana infrastruktur tersebut dibangun. Oleh karena itu, kepadatan tanah/material tempat infrastruktur dibangun harus diuji untuk memastikan kualitasnya baik dan kuat. Jalan Kabu Tunong - Cot Gud merupakan moda transportasi bagi masyarakat Nagan Raya, khususnya masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui nilai dari kepadatan lapangan pada lapis pondasi kelas B yang tidak menggunakan timbunan pilihan dengan metode Sand Cone AASHTO T191-96, pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 13 titik yang berbeda, mulai dari STA 0+025 – 1+175, dan untuk hasil akhir nilai densitas untuk setiap nilai STA didapatkan hasil > 100%. Nilai kepadatan kering dari masing-masing titik tersebut semuanya memiliki rata-rata 2,185 gr/cm³, dengan nilai OMC (Optimum Moisture) adalah 6.52%. Nilai kadar air pada pemadatan ini dilakukan menggunakan alat Speedy Moisture Content dengan nilai rata-rata 6,3%.
