Abstract

Kopi adalah minuman dengan cara di seduh dengan air panas, ada beberapa jenis kopi yang tumbuh di wilayah Kab. Kediri yaitu kopi robusta dan lebrika. Berkaitan dengan hal pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Kab. Kediri yaitu transfer teknologi proses sangrai biji kopi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan karakter yang dimiliki oleh kopi yang tumbuh di daerah gunung kelud agar memiliki citra rasa yang khas. Salah satu transfer teknologi yang dilakukan yaitu membuat mesin sangrai kopi untuk penyangrai kopi dengan pemanas kompor berbahan bakar LPG. Sangrai biji kopi sendiri di bedakan menjadi beberapa warna tergantung dari lama  waktu sangrai dan temperatur yang digunakan pada saat sangrai biji kopi, semakin besar temperatur yang digunakan saat menyangrai kopi otomatis mempengaruhi waktu yang digunakan semakin sedikit untuk menyangrai biji kopi. Hasil dari sangrai terdapat 3 pilihan warna yang pertama light, kedua medium dan yang ke 3 dark. Dengan variasi temperatur 1000 C sampai dengan 2200 C begitu juga dengan lama waktu penyangraian mulai dari 10 menit sampai dengan 30 menit.

Abstract

Potensi kunyit untuk diolah menjadi berbagai macam aneka produk obat atau makanan sangat besar, karena masihbanyak masyarakat yang mekomsumsi obat-obatan maupun minuman tradisional secara alami sekarang ini contohnyaminuman kunir asem. Salah satu daerah penghasil kunyit adalah Kecamatan Slahung karena kondisi geografis yangcocok untuk komoditi kunyit. Dalam pengolohan kunyit mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pengeringan kunyitkarena dalam proses pengeringan mitra memanfaatkan energi matahari, apabila mendung atau hujan mitramengumpulkan lagi seringkali timbul jamur karena kadar air di kunyit masih cukup tinggi. Sedangkan standar untukkunyit kering kadar airnya maksimal 12 %. Sehingga tim membuat pengering kunyit dengan bahan bakar LPG yang bisadikontrol kecepatan udara maupun temperatur yang ada didalam box pengering dan dilengkapi kaca transparan untukmelihat fisik kunyit di dalam box pengering

Abstract

Composite represent a number of systems of multi phase is nature of alliance that is alliance matrix materials or fastener with lasing. Of the merger will yield composite materials which have the nature of mechanical and different characteristic of its material, so that can be planned a composite material which wanted. Coconut coir is found abundantly but it’s exploiting which still less, besides their mechanical properties of this fibre still hanging in doubt. Pursuant to consideration of matter above, hence research about composite with materials filler of fibre of palm tree so that can know the mechanical properties of the each fibre of palm tree composition and matrix. From result of research which to be got highest composite interesting strength equal to 5.538kgf/ mm2 heavy fraction fibre of palm tree 40 %. And highest interesting strength mean equal to 5.128kgf/mm2 heavy faction fibre of palm tree 40 %. Strength of highest composite impact equal to 33.395Joule/mm2 with strength of mean impact 11.132Joule/mm2 heavy fraction fibre of palm tree 40 %.

Abstract

Most of common public equalizes term chrome metal bedding type cum all. When we call elektroplating which meraka intention is chrome. Chrome is metal bedding but in the application of his(its is applied in the form of solit like: mobil/motor, engine block awning, bumper and other aksesoris. Fundamental bedding applies nipple plating, that is layering metal with nipple base material this thing aim to get smooth equiamplitude surface and gleams. Just nipple doesn't make equiamplitude surface of metal arranged in layers gleams. After arranged in layers with chrome then equiamplitude surface of metal arranged in layers gleams glittering like at a mirror. In bedding of hard chrome it is important to know how big level of hardness to be gotten better bedding result, besides need to be known thickness of deposit so that can protect substance from friction with other substance. At this research done various current when bedding process of hard chrome. Current applied is 15 Amperes, 20 Amperes, 25 Amperes at temperature 450 C. Is expected with existence of various current can yield level of varying hardness and thickness, so that knowable influence various current at process chrome at gear product. From result of research it is got that ever greater of current given increasingly downwards level of the hardness. So do with the thickness is ever greater is current which in giving, increasingly the chrome layer thick.

Abstract

Confluence channels are often found in open channel network system and is the most important element. The incoming flow from the branch channel to the main cause various forms and cause vortex flow. Phenomenon can cause erosion of the side wall of the channel, the bed channel scour and sedimentation in the downstream confluence channel. To control these problems needed research into the current width of the branch channel. The incoming flow from the branch channel to the main channel flow bounded by a line distributors (dividing streamline). In this paper, the wide dividing streamline observed in the laboratory using a physical model of two open channels, a square that formed an angle of 30º. Observations were made with a variety of flow coming from each channel. The results obtained in the laboratory observation that the width of dividing streamline flow is influenced by the discharge ratio between the channel branch with the main channel. While the results of a comparison with previous studies showing that the observation in the laboratory is smaller than the results of previous research.

Abstract

If during the two partners just sell fabrics, it should be developed to sell in some form of hand made products. It is made from batik, all of which can be categorized as a souvenir. Batik in the form of souvenirs still has its own market share, that is the purpose of domestic tourists, foreign tourists as well as for celebrations such as weddings. The next obstacle is related to the production of a narrow space. Ideally batik production has space sized sufficiently broad and flexible to produce it. But in both partners, it is very narrow production space. Production stages are still allows for optimized drying stages using a drying design of effective and efficient, so it can be argued that the drying apparatus in accordance with the terms intensive. However, the increasing production to be followed without by having the expansion of space / area. In addition, to design those things need to be considered in making the selection of material drying apparatus. Because when using the metal material will result corrosion process. The next obstacle was until recently run marketing is conventional marketing that relied on information 'word of mouth' is through the information passed from neighbor to relatives or friends, or just by using the card. Consumers are loyal employees, teachers and the general public who want batik for uniforms purposes. The resulting agreement between the partners and the proposer of activities in an attempt to overcome the problems that arise in the partner. The activities are doing the training and mentoring the design and manufacture of souvenirs made from batik, as well as the drying equipmemt needed to support the improvement of the production process. And also training on consolidation marketing theory and application of on-line marketing.Keywords: souvenir, online marketing, diversification and intensification

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi koefisien hambat adalah dengan menambahkan obyek kecil yang dinamakan pasif kontrol. Tiga pasif kontrol, terdiri satu pasif kontrol berbentuk silinder tipe-I diletakkan di depan dan dua silinder sirkular diletakkan di belakang silinder sirkular utama. Diameter silinder sirkular utama adalah D dan tiga silinder pasif kontrol berdiameter . Rasio jarak antara pasif kontrol di depan dengan silinder sirkular utama adalah  dan dua pasif kontrol di belakang silinder sirkular yaitu  dan besar sudut α= 15°, 30°, 45° dan 60°. Bilangan Reynolds yang digunakan adalah Re = 1000. Konfigurasi yang tepat untuk menurunkan koefisien hambat terjadi ketika rasio jarak  dan  dengan . Koefisien hambat yang diterima silinder sirkular dapat berkurang hingga 42.98%

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan manusia yang mendapatkan perhatian khusus untuk dipenuhi. Suatu kompleks perumahan tentu menginginkan tidak timbulnya masalah pada pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersihnya. Masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam pemenuhan ke- butuhan air bersih adalah waktu pemenuhan yang kurang baik atau terlalu lama. Hal ini salah satunya dapat disebabkan oleh debit yang kurang optimal dari PDAM yang menuju kompleks perumahan tersebut, dan jumlah rumah yang terlalu banyak dalam kompleks pe- rumahan tersebut. Karena itu perlu dibuatkan model matematikanya untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Didalam penelitian ini digunakan persamaan kontinuitas dan persamaan Bernoulli untuk pembuatan model matematika dari pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih di suatu kompleks perumahan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa tekanan air berbanding terbalik dengan waktu pemenuhan.

Abstract

Interaksi antara aliran fluida dengan suatu benda sering ditemui di alam. Aliran laminar maupun turbulen yang melewati suatu permukaan benda, maka partikel-partikel di sekitar permukaan bergerak lambat akibat gaya viskos, sehingga kecepatan partikel tersebut relatif nol. Pada paper ini akan mengkaji solusi numerik untuk menyelesaikan persamaan Navier-Stokes yang diterapkan pada persegi sirkuler yang dialiri fluida.

Abstract

TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICES USING SOLAR PANELS TO REDUCE MORTALITY RATES IN CATFISH HATCHERIES IN KEDIRI REGENCY. Pelemahan District, Kediri Regency is one of the centers of catfish breeding that is visited by many industry players in the field of catfish enlargement for consumption. This nursery has been done for a long time in this region because of the good geographical and topographic conditions for catfish hatchery, so many entrepreneurs’ enlargement catfish for the consumption of buying catfish seeds in Kediri Regency. From the results of a survey of the Malang National Institute of Technology’s dedicated team for Pelemahan Subdistrict, there were several problems with the catfish breeding business, namely poor environmental conditions so that the number of dead fish caused by temperature changes caused the fish to become stressed. Water quality is a factor that must be cleaned because it is contaminated with catfish food and catfish feces. So that water circulation needs to be done, so a tool is made that can reduce the temperature of the water in the pool between 28-30 °C. The workings of the tool first measure the temperature of the water in the pond when the high temperature of the water pump will automatically turn on, until the temperature drops and to maintain clean water in the pool the water pump automatically turns on every three hours. Because the place of catfish is maintained which is sometimes far from home and to facilitate the maintenance of catfish, this tool is made easy to move, and using solar energy that is easily available. From the results of observing using a temperature controller in the pool can reduce the death rate due to stress and lack of oxygen.
