Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop multimedia developed using Lectora Inspire software based on the Self-Learning method to increase high school students’nationalism awareness. The multimedia development uses the 4D model. To see the improvements students’ nationalism awareness, appropriate media are integrated into construction exposition texts learning and researched using classroom action research. The result is a Self-Learning method multimedia product built using the Lectora Inspire software feasible and inspiring student awareness to internalize the values of nationalism with an average score of 61.8 (cycle 1) and 84.5 (cycle 2).

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to determine the difference of student ability in arranging short story text with and without using Hypnoteaching technique toward short story test arrangement ability of students grade VII. This research is quantitative research with quasi experimental design and used Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population of this research was students grade VII SMP Negeri Satu Atap Merjosari Malang. The research samples were VII-A and VII-C class. The data collection technique used short story arrangement test, observation, and interview. Instrument validity used in this research are content validity. Reliability test was conducted with alpha cronbach. The result calculation shows the reliability value is in a number of 0,902 > from coefficient 0,6. The data analysis technique was conducted by using T-test technique by considering homogenity and normality terms. The result shows that the lowest score in control group that was 15, the highest score was 25, and mean 20,67. Meanwhile, the lowest score in experimental group that was 21, the highest was 32, and mean 27,73. It shows that there was significant difference of ability in arranging short story between control group and experimental group. T-test score result of pretest and posttest in experimental group was in the value of –tcount< -ttable (-11,599 < -2,048). According to the result, Hypnoteaching technique affect the short story arrangement learning in grade VII. Keywords: Effect, Hypnoteaching technique, short story arrangement ability. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh teknik Hypnoteaching terhadap kemampuan menyusun cerpen siswa kelas VII. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan ancangan eksperimen semu dan menggunakan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri Satu Atap Merjosari Malang. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas VII-A dan VII-C. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes menyusun cerpen, observasi, dan wawancara. Validitas instrumen yang digunakan adalah validitas isi. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan koefisien alpha cronbach. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas 0,902 > dari koefisien 0,6. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik uji-t dengan memerhatikan syarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok kontrol skor terendah yang didapatkan siswa 15, skor tertinggi 25, dan mean 20,67. Sementara itu, pada kelompok eksperimen skor terendah yang didapatkan siswa 21, skor tertinggi 32, dan mean 27,73. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan menyusun cerpen yang signifikan antara kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Hasil uji-t skor pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen menghasilkan nilai thitung < -ttabel (-11,599 < 2,048). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, teknik Hypnoteaching memiliki pengaruh pada pembelajaran menyusun cerpen di kelas VII. Kata kunci: pengaruh, teknik Hypnoteaching, kemampuan menyusun cerpen.

Abstract

Wayang is a type of theatrical performance that is typical in Indonesia. Wayang Wali is one of the new puppet creations developed by Ki Sudrun from Blitar. This puppet is unique because it has several characteristics that are different from the wayang in general. These characteristics include: First, Wayang Wali has the names of characters that are different from other types of puppets. Second, raw materials from leather and wood. Third, the story play is not standard. Fourth, the songs sung in wayang wali are not limited to Javanese songs. Fifth, the musical instruments used to accompany the wayang wali consist of Javanese gamelan, modern musical instruments (guitar, keyboard, drums), and flying.This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained by recording stories, observations, in-depth interviews, transcription (transfer from oral to written), and translation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by looking at the wayang wali performance, studying, understanding the characteristics of the form and content of the performance, as well as the form of acculturation of Javanese Islam in the wayang wali.Based on the results of the research, the Wayang Wali in terms of its shape has the characteristics of its material using leather and wood. Judging from the characteristics of its contents, the wayang wali with the story "Without Play" has the theme and mandates obedience to Allah SWT. The acculturation of Javanese culture with Islamic culture in the wayang wali performance with the play "Lakone Without Play" can be seen in various aspects, namely (1) in terms of shape and color, namely the use of colors that are in accordance with the meaning of Islam. The form of the gunungan is adapted to Islamic philosophy (2) in terms of themes, namely the theme raised is the war of humans against their own desires, (3) in terms of characters and characterizations, namely the punokawan figures (Semar, Petruk, Gareng and Bagong) in Javanese wayang which are juxtaposed with Sunan Bonang figure (wali in Islam). (4) in terms of language, the language used includes three languages, namely (a) Javanese, (b) Indonesian, and (c) Arabic. (5) Acculturation in terms of musical instruments, namely the musical instruments used are (a) traditional musical instruments; a set of gamelan, (b) Islamic musical instruments; flying jidor, (c) contemporary musical instruments; piano, drums, bass drums. (6) in terms of the accompaniment song, the songs used are (a) Sholawat which contains the nature of Allah, (b) Suluk Pangkur Longing, (c) Prayer of Salvation, (d) Suluk Abdul Jalil, (e) Sholawat Asy Saydzili, (f) ) Song Lir Ilir, (g) Sholawat Badr, (h) Song Singer Cirebon, (i) Song Singer Tegal, and closed with (j) Sholawat Badr.

Abstract

Menurut Permendikbud No. 18 Tahun 2007 tentang Sertifikasi Guru dalam Jabatan, guru harus selalu berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya. Salah satunya dengan karya pengembangan profesi berupa artikel ilmiah. Artikel ilmiah menjadi syarat wajib guru dengan pangkat III/b dan kenaikan pangkat guru dari golongan IV/a ke IV/b. Untuk itu, keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah menjadi penting bagi guru saat ini. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 dan 15 Agustus 2015 pada guru SMP Shalahuddin Malang. Pelatihan tahap I difokuskan pada kegiatan interogasi yaitu pemahaman kaidah penulisan artikel ilmiah dan kegiatan elaboratif dengan fokus mengembangkan ide menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis PTK. Selanjutnya pada tahap II, pelatihan difokuskan ke praktik penulisan dan penyuntingan artikel ilmiah berbasis PTK. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis penelitian tindakan kelas, meliputi tahap 1) interogasi, 2) elaboratif, 3) penulisan, dan 4) penyuntingan, baik dari segi proses maupun hasil. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah guru telah mahir menulis artikel ilmiah berbasis PTK pada bagian judul, abstrak, kata kunci, hasil penelitian, simpulan, saran, dan daftar rujukan. Namun, para guru masih mengalami hambatan pada bagian pendahuluan, metode, dan pembahasan.

Abstract

In Sidomulyo Village there is a weaving craft industry that has the potential to be international. This weaving industry is AJZ's weaving industry, owned by Mrs. Asih Tri Tanti, a full-time female worker. According to the results of an interview with Ms. Asih Tri Tanti on April 13, 2017, it is known that her weaving skills are currently acquired while working as a migrant worker in Brunei Darussalam. Then in 2013, this craftsman returned to Sidomulyo Village to develop the potential of weaving craft in his village. However, there were many obstacles. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Bu Asih worked with businessmen from the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam and had been contracted for 10 years by this country. Each sheet, this woven fabric is sold at Rp. 5,000,000. The potential of Asih bu is very likely to be developed. The development of these handicrafts can open employment opportunities from local residents and certainly improve the welfare of the community, especially vulnerable women and women with disability. This service aims to (1) increase the availability of human resources from diffable groups and vulnerable women, (2) shape the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, (3) establish coordination between the government and the community regarding the development of weaving potential, and (4) provide a place for people with disabilities who are members of PPDI to develop their skills. The method of implementation is carried out through seminars and weaving training for vulnerable women and women with disabilities. The results show that UB's community service activities in this weaving training are able to (1) improve Human Resources (HR) (disabled and vulnerable women) in Sidomulyo Village, Blitar Regency, (2) improve the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, and (3) able to change the mindset of the local community to not be ashamed to work in weaving in their own neighbors.

Abstract

Desa Toyomarto Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang dengan berbagai potensi daerah yang bernilai ekonomis serta potensi pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan. Pada sektor pendidikan yang berada di daerah terpencil multi potensi seperti Desa Toyomarto pun kurang begitu mendapat perhatian pemerintahan setempat di dalam upaya mengembangkan kegiatan sumber daya manusia. Kurangnya fasilitas IT dalam dunia pendidikan terutama di sekolah-sekolah yang berada di desa berakibat lemahnya perkembangan IT dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. Pemilihan tema untuk penguatan mutu pendidikan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia terutama tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik. Penguatan mutu pendidikan berbasis potensi kearifan lokal daerah terutama Desa Toyomarto ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan terutama peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menerapkan potensi yang ada di Desa Toyomarto ini. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian merencanakan sebuah konsep penguatan mutu pendidikan di Desa Toyomarto Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang berupa mengadakan workshop/pelatihan pengembangan mutu pendidikan dengan berbasis potensi daerah yang bisa dimaksimalkan dalam peningkatan pendidikan. Lebih jauh, perencanaan sinergi pengembangan mutu pendidikan ini akan berdampak positif dalam peningkatan strategi, perencanaan, media, dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia.

Abstract

The instructional media used in online learning for reading folklore lacks variety. Additionally, folklore derived from the cultural wisdom of the surrounding area has not been utilized in teaching folklore reading and remains unknown to learners. In response to these issues, learners require more diverse instructional media that can incorporate folklore from Toyomarto Village. This research aims to develop instructional media based on the wisdom of Toyomarto Village for teaching folklore reading in terms of content appropriateness, language, and presentation systematics. This development research employs the ADDIE model. The results of this research, including validation tests for content appropriateness, language, presentation systematics, practitioner evaluation, and small- and large-scale trials, all received a 'very good' category. The final percentage for each test was 96.88%, 92.86%, 100%, 98.39%, and 88.12%, as well as 85.12%. Based on the validation and product testing results, Yuk Bariya comic is deemed suitable for teaching folklore reading.
