Abstract

This study aims to examine the Pugung Raharjo Archaeological site as a source of learning history. The location of the Pugung Raharjo Archaeological site is located in the village of Batanghari, Sekampung, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses source triangulation, for data analysis using interactive model analysis. The Pugung Raharjo Archaeological Site is a site protected by the Cultural Conservation Preservation Agency. As a source of learning the history of the ancient site Pugung Raharjo has historical values in the Praaksara/nirleka era with its relics, namely; Punden terraces, earth forts, stone with holes, stone axes, stone corpse complex, megalithic pools, beads, and household utensils. Classical era or Hindu-Buddhist relics, namely; Bodhisattva statues, Polynesian type statues, Humpback Inscriptions, and Ceramics. During the Islamic period, his relics were; Dalung Inscription, and Tombstone. The Pugung Raharjo Archaeological Site can be used as a source of history learning, one example is by learning history through the arrival and spread of early people in Sumatra, especially Lampung because this is the forerunner to the formation of a province of Lampung or often called the earth of Lampung. The process of utilizing the Pugung Raharjo site as a source of learning local history can be done by means, students can directly visit the object by doing/field trips. Thus the Pugung Raharjo archaeological site is very important for students, where students can participate in caring for and preserving historical relics in the vicinity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji situs Purbakala Pugung Raharjo sebagai sumber belajar sejarah. Lokasi situs Purbakala Pugung Raharjo terletak di desa Batanghari, Sekampung Kabupaten Lampung Timur, Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber, untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Situs Purbakala Pugung Raharjo merupakan situs yang dilindungi oleh Badan Pelestarian Cagar Budaya. Sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah situs purbakala Pugung Raharjo memiliki nilai-nilai sejarah pada zaman Praaksara/nirleka dengan benda-benda peninggalannya yaitu; Punden berundak, Benteng tanah, Batu berlubang, Kapak Batu, Komplek Batu Mayat, kolam megalitik, manik-manik dan peralatan rumah tangga. Zaman klasik atau Hindu-Budha benda peninggalannya yaitu; arca Bodhisatwa, arca tipe Polinesia, Prasasti Bungkuk, dan Keramik. Pada Masa Islam benda peninggalannya yaitu; Prasasti Dalung, dan Batu Nisan. Situs Purbakala Pugung Raharjo dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber pembelajaran sejarah, salah satu contohnya adalah dengan pembelajaran sejarah melalui kedatangan dan penyebaran masyarakat awal di Sumatera khususnya Lampung, karena ini merupakan cikal bakal terbentuknya sebuah provinsi Lampung atau sering dikatakan juga bumi Lampung. Proses pemanfaatan situs Pugung Raharjo sebagai sumber belajar Sejarah Lokal dapat dilakukan dengan cara, mahasiswa dapat langsung mengunjungi obyeknya yang dilakukan dengan melakukan karya wisata/fieldtrip. Dengan demikian situs purbakala Pugung Raharjo sangat penting bagi para mahasiswa, dimana para mahasiswa dapat turut serta dalam merawat dan melestarikan peninggalan-peninggalan bersejarah yang ada di sekitarnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk merekonstruksi peristiwa sejarah mengenai kolonialisme Belanda di Kasunanan Surakarta pada abad ke-19, dalam konteks permasalahan mengapa dan bagaimanakah cara yang ditempuh pemerintah kolonial Belanda menguasai wilayah Kasunanan Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah yang meliputi langkah-langkah: heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Adapun kerangka pikir yang dipergunakan adalah bahwa penguasaan wilayah Kasunanan Surakarta oleh pemerintah kolonial Belanda diasumsikan dalam rangka usaha pemerintah kolonial Belanda untuk menopang keberhasilan industri perkebunan komersial yang ada di wilayah Kasunanan Surakarta pada abad ke-19. Pembentukan pos tundan yang dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan Kadipaten Gunung Polisi sebagai cara Belanda untuk menguasai tanah-tanah milik Kasunanan Surakarta serta menanamkan pengaruh politiknya di wilayah bekas Kerajaan Mataram II.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah nasional yang sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi. Salah satunya adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah nasioanal berbantuan iSpring Suite 6.2 untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research & Development (R&D) dari Thiagarajan. Prosedur langkah kerja dalam penelitian meliputi: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Develop, serta 4) Disseminate. Uji keefektifan produk dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen.Sekolah SMA N 1 Surakarta dipilih sebagai tempat penelitian. Sebagai kelompok eksperimen dipilih kelas XI IPS 3 dan kelas XI IPS 2 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan analisis hasil uji keefektifan, hasil post test kelas eksperimen (menggunakan media yang dikembangkan) hasil analisis SPSS 16 diketahui signifikan pada 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah diberi perlakuan. Karena rerata nilai tes prestasi kelas eksperimen (kelompok yang dikenai media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan) = 85,71 > rerata nilai tes hasil belajar kelas kontrol (kelompok yang dikenai power point) = 78,75 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um033v2i12019p082

Abstract

A professional teacher must have four competencies, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence. Professional competence, namely the ability of teachers to master knowledge in the field of science, technology or cultural arts that they teach. Mastery of these abilities should be expressed by the teacher, one of which is by making or writing scientific articles. There are many things that educators need to pay attention to in writing scientific books and articles in order to achieve proper scientific books and articles and become references for other educators. However, it cannot be denied that there are still many school teachers who do not know how to make textbooks and scientific articles. This unfavorable reality occurs not only as an error as educators who do not know or understand but because of limited knowledge, limited resources that make it difficult for them to make textbooks or scientific articles. In addition, the lack of training provided at whole level on how to make scientific books and articles makes it more difficult for educators to gain knowledge about these matters. Therefore, the team conducts training for elementary school teachers on how to write scientific books and articles whose material includes explanations of textbooks and scientific articles, ways of making, the structure of each compilation, the language used, how to find references and how to publish an article. scientific papers and examples of journals that can serve as a forum for publication of scientific articles. After community service was carried out regarding training on how to write books and scientific articles, there was an increase in the teacher's understanding of textbooks and articles, namely the average before service was 47.14% after training there was a significant increase in an average of 63.57%.

Abstract

ABSTACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the similarities between Alibaba's economic policies during the Ali Sastroamidjojo 1 Cabinet and the policies of China's First 5-Year Plan. The research method used is historical research. The results show that there are similarities between Alibaba's economic policies and China's First 5-Year Plan economic policies. The equation studied is in the economy of the agricultural sector and medium industry. In the field of agriculture, China is making more modern agriculture for the advancement of its country's agricultural system, this is also done in Alibaba's cabinet, namely by modernizing the agricultural system in Indonesia. In the industrial sector, companies in China are granted credit licenses to nationalize industry in China. In addition, the procurement of taxes and a government system that is centralized to the center makes it easier for the government to regulate the process of nationalizing the economy in China. The conclusion of the study is that the policies in Indonesia and China have many similarities, including the similarity in the ideals of eliminating oppression and realizing social justice. Abstract

Abstract: The Importance of West Irian for Indonesia. Historically, Indonesia was a former colony of the Dutch East Indies or the former Dutch East Indies. The issue of West Irian as a continuation of the dispute between Indonesia and the Netherlands officially only arose at the enda of 1949. At the time, Indonesia was making vigorous efforts to find a away out through negotiations to resolve political disputes between the two sides, by the intercession of the United Nations (UN). The research method used in this study is, History research method, as for the stages of Historical research, namely, heuristics, criticsm, interpretation, and historiography. The data analysis techniques used are historical data analysis techniques. Using documentation and library data collection techniques. A dispute with the Dutch Colonial Government as a result of the colonialist’s appetite to occupy Indonesian territory was resolved in the hague through the round table conference in 1949 which resulted in Dutch recognition of Indonesia’s sovereignty and independence. However, in the conference there is still an unresolved issue, namely the status of West Irian. The purposw of The Liberation Of West Irian from dutch neo-capitalists was Sukarno did not want to be indifference again if West Irian was freed and became the henchman of the liberal capitalist imperialist state that Sukarno considered could harm the existence of the Republic Of Infonesia social democratic state at that time.Keywords: West Irian, Strategy, Profit, Loss.

Abstract

During the Indonesian revolution, newspapers have an important role because newspapers were able to express their views, attitudes, and positions in a firm and frontal manner. At this time, the Indonesian national press could be categorized into two groups, namely the revolutionary national press and the contra-revolutionary national press. The purpose of this research is to examine the pro and contra of the national press in maintaining independence during the Indonesian revolution. The research used historical method, data collection techniques using documentation techniques and literature techniques. The results showed that the revolutionary national press wanted to defend Indonesia's independence was carried out by means of fighting and the contra revolutionary national press wanted to defend Indonesia's independence was carried out by means of negotiations. The two presses competed with each other to gather public opinion in making decisions to defend Indonesia's independence. In the end, efforts to defend Indonesia's independence were carried out by negotiating/diplomacy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the history of the sugar industry in the Dutch East India during the period 1830-1929, the impact of the cultuurstelsel on the sugar industry, the implementation of the 1870 agrarian law, and the impact of the economic crisis on the production of the sugar in the East India. The method used in this study is the historical method, Including heuristics or collection of sources, source criticism or reviewing the truth of existing sources, interpretation of data or historical interpretation, and historiography or the preparation of qualitative descriptions that can be justified. In this research it was explained that the sugar industry in Dutch East India during the period 1830 to 1929 growth fastly. Even the period 1840-1849 the sugar industry occupied the second largest profit after coffe. The enactement of the agrarian law in 1870 had a impact on the entry of foreign capital which resulted in a drastic increase in sugar production in the Ducth East India to become one of the largest sugar exporters in the world. World War I caused economic chaos and the decline of the New York stock market resulted in a slowdown in the market, especially the sugar industry, known as the malaise crisis. The Malaise crisis has caused the sugar industry to reduce its production drastically and have an effect on the migration of plantation workers to other regions and shift to industrial and service sectors.
