Abstract

Ontology web language merupakan semantic web language untuk merepresentasikan knowledge berbasis web. Walaupun telah banyak tersedia inteface application program dan tools untuk OWL, namun sebuah framework untuk parsing, storing, querying, manipulating, serving and serializing OWL knowledge berbasis web yang dengan mudah dapat dikembangkan untuk aplikasi web hingga saat ini masih belum tersedia. pOWL adalah sebuah platform untuk membangun web semantic yang berjalan dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai framework untuk membangun aplikasi web semantic.

Abstract

Cognitive aspects differ among students. Online learning system today does not take part in any aspects of individual students, ignoring the differences in specific needs or personalization of thecognitive experience. This research carried out on a personalized approach to online learning is based on an ontology. A model is developed to further student’s integration with the ontology, thusallowing the personalization system to guide the learning process of students. The models are developed to monitor the students’ progress, so that it can update the content knowledge of studentsand determine the next content to be taught.Keywords: : online learning, personalization, ontology

Abstract

Much of the latest information is spread through web news portals and has the difficulty of finding a desired content. It takes time to browse through many portals and identify the desired content. To track any updates from a web portal can be used Really Simple Syndication (RSS) technique. By using the technique of syndication it can be made a search engine that allows to bring the desired content from the number of news web portals. Implementation of AJAX-SOAP web service will make the resulting search engine responsive and have good interoperability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe main obstacle in making a mobile app is the variety of platforms and operating system versions of mobile devices, as a result the application must be adjusted accordingly. In a long period of time web programming techniques have developed into progressive web apps that can be used for hybrid apps. Hybrid application is an application that can run on many platforms. Abstract

Every participation in the activity is always proven by the presence of a certificate. Issuance of certificates requires fees for paper, printing and distribution. The emergence of the era of paper less should be able to transform the presence of the certificate. Paper less is stopped by the presence of digital documents that can be accessed independently (portable), easily and across platforms. Portable Document Format or abbreviated as PDF one of the popular documents that can be distributed via the internet. So that PDF can be used as a document base to realize e-Certificate. However, it is necessary to develop a good application to facilitate the presence of the e-Certificate, and present solutions related to the authenticity of the certificates produced.

Abstract

Website adalah realisasi dari teknologi internet. Saat ini, seperti yang terlihat dari tren penggunaan, situs web telah berevolusi. Pada awalnya, situs hanya mengadopsi kebutuhan untuk mencari dan browsing informasi. Langkah awal peningkatan website sering dikenal sebagai teknologi 1,0 web. Saat ini, teknologi web 2.0 telah memungkinkan interaksi baik antar web-ke-web. Jenis interaksi seperti mengubah in formasi (sharing), dalam bentuk dokumen (SlideShare), gambar flickr), atau video (Youtube), informasi eksploitasi (wikipedia), dan juga penciptaan komunitas online (weblog, forum web) terutama layanan yang melibatkan masyarakat (inti dari web 2.0). Hal ini membawa dampak dan disebabkan oleh peningkatan interaksi sosial di dunia maya yang luas (internei) yang diikuti oleh munculnya interaksi pembelajaran dan pelatihan di mana seja-kapan saja yang disebut sebagai e-Learning. Pada dasarnya, belajar online memerlukan metode belajar mandiri dan kebiasaan belajar, yang sayangnya dimiliki oleh beberapa sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Kondisi yang terburuk dengan adanya sistem e-Learning sistem adalah karena e-Learning hanya bei fokus pada proses pengiriman konten substansi pembelajaran yang sama terhadap pelajar, meninggalkan aspek kognitif dan tidak menawarkan pendekatan atau pengalaman sendiri belajar interaktif dan juga meninggalkan adaptasi aspek pengguna dengan sistem. Oleh karena itu, agar e-Learning di Indonesia sukses diperlukan sistem e-Learning yang menerapkan teknologi web 2.0 agar para pelajar secara aktif berpartisipasi dan sistem yang menekankan personalisasi seperti kemampuan komprehensif, adaptif untuk tingkat kemampuan pelajar dan pengetahuan yang memiliki dukungan sumber daya. Dalam sistem e-Learning yang dibangun, ontologi akan diterapkan sebagai representasi makna pengetahuan dibentuk oleh para pelajar yang menggunakan sistem.

Abstract

E-Learning content being a barrier for ELearning is no longer true on today’s Internet. The currentconcerns are how to effectively annotate and organize available content (both textual and non-textual) tofacilitate effective sharing, reusability and customization. In this paper, we explain a component-orientedapproach to organize content in an ontology. We also illustrate our 3-Tier E-Learning Content ManagementArchitecture and relevant Interfaces. We use a simple yet intuitive example to successfully demonstrate thecurrent working prototype which is capable of compiling personalized course materials. Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi web telah banyak dimanfaatkan dalam dunia pendidikan, sebut saja elearningyang telah menjadi tuntutan dalam menciptakan learning online. Dalam perkembangannya ternyata elearningini memerlukan faktor pendukung intelligent sehingga dapat menciptakan learning yang cerdas.Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) atau dapat diartikan sebuah system cerdas pembelajaran menerapkanstrategi pembelajaran secara pedagogical menerangkan urutan content, macam dari feedback yang diterimadan bagaimana materi ajar diberikan atau dijelaskan. Abstract

As the internet technology’s growth, many universities have developed online access integratedacademic system (IAS). Viewing student’s transcript online is one of many important IAS’ outputs. In fact, thatcapability can not eliminate paper based transcript, because it’s based on HTML which is downloadable,modifiable and unstandard layout. The solution for the last problem is XML document format, since it is easierto use especially for data interchange. Meanwhile, for the first two problems which can cause securityproblems, Crypthography can not ensure that the information is authentically and originally created by anauthorized user.
