Abstract

The study aims to determine the effects of efficiency, risk perception and ease in purchasing decisions ( a shopee consumer study in Ponorogo). The population in this study was that of online Shopee shop in Ponorogo, with a sample of 97 people. The method of sampling taken on this research uses the probability sampling with an technique simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this study is analysis of validity tests, reliability, multiple linear regression, classic assumption tests, t test, F test, and determinative coefficient R2. This shows that: 1) Variable X1 efficiency, positive for variable Y Shopee online shop purchase decisions in Ponorogo, 2). Variable X2 positive decision perceptions of Shopee purchasing decisions in Ponorogo, 3). Variable X3 a positive level of participation on the purchase decision of Shopee online stores in Ponorogo, 4). The independent variable consisted of efficiency, risk perception, and simultaneous success rates related to the decision to purchase Shopee's online store in Ponorogo.Keywords: efficiency, risk perception, ease levels, purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Word of Mouth and Perceived Value on Polygon Bike Purchase Decisions in Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in this study was the bicycle community in Ponorogo. The sample in Tian's research amounted to 100 using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between Brand Image on the decision of Polygon bicycles in Ponorogo. (2) There is an influence between Word of Mouth on the decision to purchase a Polygon bicycle in Ponorogo (3) There is an influence between Perceived Value on the decision to purchase a Polygon bicycle in Ponorogo. (4) There is an influence between Brand Image, Word Of Mouth and Perceived Value on the decision to purchase Polygon bicycles in Ponorogo

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the success of the Ponorogo reyog digital marketing system using the Wijayanto Information System success model approach, and the value of millennial culture as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative research approach, with a sample of 250 respondents, namely users at start-up reyogku.com and ukmreyog.solution17.com. data analysis using SEM. The results showed that product quality had an effect on use, use had an effect on benefits, and millennial cultural values moderated the quasi, influence of product quality on digital marketing use of Reyog Ponorogo devices. recommendations from the results of this study are the need for digital literacy for reyog Ponorogo craftsmen so that they are able to do marketing through digital marketing, millennial culture in trading products that have historical or cultural values has an important role, so it is necessary to instill cultural values in the millennial generation through digital media.

Abstract

Human Resources is an activity to achieve success in an organization/company. To achieve the goals, targets and the ability to face various challenges, it requires adequate quality of human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Team Work, and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were employees of PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. This study resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: Leadership Style (X1) = 0.002, Team Work (X2) = 0.047, and Compensation (X3) = 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence interest in entrepreneurship in oil palm entrepreneurship in the village of Green Valley 1, Ketapang district. The population used in this study were all village people who work as oil palm farmers with a sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to village communities who work as oil palm farmers. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Family business has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.002. 2) Work experience has no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.354. 3) The social environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.047. 4) the independent variables jointly affect the interest in entrepreneurship by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Emotional Intelligence, Support Team Work, serta Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru MAN 2 Ponorogo. Adapun sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 80 guru MAN 2 Ponorogo. Kemudian langkah-langkah pengujian yang dipergunakan yaitu uji instrument, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis. Analisis yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Emotional Intelligence berpengaruh positif sebesar (2,661) dan signifikan (0,009 < 0,05) terhadap Kinerja guru, (2) Support Team Work berpengaruh positif sebesar (2,017) dan signifikan (0,047 < 0,05) terhadap kinerja guru, (3) Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif sebesar (3,170) dan signifikan (0,002 < 0,05) terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Emotional Intelligence, Support Team Work, serta Komunikasi Interpersonal secara simultan berpengaruh positif sebesar (20.436) dan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan Resto Atmosphere, Word of Mouth, dan Millenial Culture, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada restoran cepat saji di wilayah Ponorogo. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung warung gacoan Ponorogo. Rumus Rao Purba digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner secara online memakai google form. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur data dalam penelitian ini, dengan poin mulai dari 1 sampai 5, dan keterangan “1 = sangat tidak setuju sampai 5 = sangat setuju”. Teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang nantinya digunakan untuk menguji model pengukuran dan hipotesis penelitian digunakan untuk memasukkan data yang terkumpul ke dalam software SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan Ponorogo dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Resto Atmosphere, Word of Mouth, dan Budaya Milenial. Diperkirakan perusahaan makanan cepat saji akan menggunakan temuan studi ini sebagai referensi dalam mengembangkan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penjualan.

Abstract

Riset inivbertujuan buat mengenali pengaruhvmotivasi kerja, keahlian berinovasi, serta budaya kerja terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda Mlilir. Metode pengambilan ilustrasi yang digunakan merupakan total sampling, seluruh anggota dari riset ini digunakan selaku ilustrasi peneltian, sehingga seluruh pemuda yangvberjumlah 35 orang yang dijadikan responden. Metode analisis regresi liniervberganda serta uji hipotesis dengan tarafvsignifikan 5% ialah metode analisis data yang digunakan pada riset ini. Hasil pengujian membuktikan kalau (1) antara variabel motivasi kerja dengan keberhasilan usaha pemuda ada pengaruh yang positif serta tidak signifikan; (2) antara variabel kemampuan berinovasi dengan keberhasilan usaha pemuda ada pengaruh positif serta tidakvsignifikan; (3) antara variabel budaya kerja dengan keberhasilan usaha ada pengaruh positif serta signifikan. Perihal ini membuktikan kalau budaya kerja pengaruhi secaravpositif serta signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda sebaliknya motivasi kerja serta kemampuan berinovasi pengaruhi secara positif serta tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pemuda serta variabel yang sangat dominan pengaruhi keberhasilan usaha pemuda merupakan variabel budaya kerja.
