Abstract

Motivasi merupakan suatu pendorong bagi karyawan agar bekerja lebih giat dan sungguh-sungguh dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Pemberian motivasi yang tepat akan mendorong karyawan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga diharapkan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan apa saja bentuk motivasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memotivasi kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada BRI Syariah Magetan. Dalam melakukan penelitian penulis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji F dan uji t untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden karyawan BRI Syariah Magetan. Dari ketiga variabel independen yang diuji secara individual, bentuk motivasi yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract should The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the application of occupational safety and health to the productivity of health staff at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The data used in this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with health staff at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the hypothesis test, namely the F test and the T test. This research will later be used as one of the scientific developments in the field of management, especially in the field of human resources. From this study it can be concluded based on statistical tests that overall occupational safety and health variables (simultaneous-F tests) have a positive effect on the productivity variables of health workers.

Abstract

Abstract. Garbage which is in the spotlight of many people has become something of great concern in Ngabar village, especially inorganic waste. Some time ago, when participating in a village competition at the provincial level, they carried out waste collection activities and processed them into handicrafts that had economic value, but after the announcement of the 2nd winner, waste management and processing was not sustainable. This is due to the lack of motivation and knowledge of human resources in processing inorganic waste into a craft that has economic value. In addition, the marketing of the products is also a problem for this Pokja. The output target is to produce handicraft products that are processed by quality inorganic waste and are able to attract local and regional markets through online marketing (e-commers) as well as the emergence of motivation for existing human resources to be more empowered in processing household waste. The method used is counseling on improving human resources for PKK women and forming a small group of DASAWISMA management who are equipped with knowledge related to waste bank management, inorganic waste management and marketing techniques for production. From these activities, management will also be formed Dasawisma who will be the garbage collector and direct buyer of the waste products which will eventually market the product online. Abstrak. Sampah yang menjadi sorotan banyak kalangan menjadi sesuatu yang sangat memprihatinkan di desa Ngabar, utamanya sampah anorganik. Beberapa waktu lalu saat mengikuti lomba desa tingkat provinsi melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan sampah dan mengolahnya menjadi kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis, namun setelah pengumuman pemenang mendapat juara 2, pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah tidak ada keberlanjutan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya motivasi dan pengetahuan SDM dalam mengolah sampah anorganic menjadi suatu kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, pemasaran hasil produksi juga menjadi masalah bagi Pokja ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola organisasi serta secara spesifik menambah keterampilan pengolahan sampah serta pemasaran produk yang dimiliki mitra. Target luaran menghasilkan produk kerajinan hasil olahan limbah sampah anorganik yang berkualitas dan mampu menarik pasar local maupun regional melalui pemasaran secara online (e-commers) serta munculnya motivasi bagi SDM yang ada agar lebih berdaya dalam pengolahan limbah sampah rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dengan penyuluhan peningkatan SDM terhadap ibu-ibu PKK dan dibentuk kepengurusan kelompok kecil DASAWISMA yang dibekali pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan bank sampah, pengolahan limbah sampah anorganik dan teknik pemasaran hasil produksi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam hal organisasi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan lebih tertatanya system dan proses kerja organisasi. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan adalah souvenir bunga yang terbuat dari limbah plastic. Selain itu, keterampilan mitra dalam membuat strategi perencanaan pemasaran secara online juga meningkat.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the provision of incentives significantly affects the performance of employees at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of giving incentives to employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. As for the types of data sources, this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source or place where the research was conducted. The population of this research is all employees and managers of PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan totaling 93 people. The sample determination is saturated sampling. Data obtained using SPSS 21 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research that researchers conducted at PT. BPR Ekadharma Magetan that giving incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the results of statistical calculations through partial hypothesis testing which shows that t count > t table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

This study focuses on transformational leadership style variables that moderate the relationship between learning media and performance. This study aims to examine the role of learning media on lecturer performance with transformational leadership style as a moderating variable. This type of research is a quantitative research. The method used is to use survey with purposive sampling sampling with respondent Lecturer Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equational Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of research shows that H1, the perception of the usefulness of instructional media has a negative effect on overwork. While H2, the transformational leadership style variables moderate the relationship between perceptions of the usefulness of instructional media and overloaded work

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Tokopedia pada konsumen Tokopedia di Ponorogo. Sampel dalam penelitiamn ini yakni 96 responden. Tahapan pengujian yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen, uji koefisiensi determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) persepsi resiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (5) kepercayaan, keamanan, kualitas pelayanan, dan persepsi resiko secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan, Keamanan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Resiko, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah berapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja aparat desa Kaibon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja aparat desa Kaibon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis statistika yang tepat digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan 2 variabel penjelas dan 1 variabel respon. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel yaitu: variabel respon berupa kinerja aparat desa (Y) dan variabel penjelas berupa motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2). Adapun jenis dari sumber data, penelitian ini yaitu data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber atau tempat dimana penelitian dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 aparat desa. Penetapan kuota ini berdasarkan pertimbangan jumlah populasi aparat desa yang ada di Kantor Desa Kaibon sebesar 75. Penentuan sampel yang dilakukan adalah sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap varabel kinerja aparat (Y) Desa Kaibon Madiun. Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Aparat.

Abstract

Human Resources is an activity to achieve success in an organization/company. To achieve the goals, targets and the ability to face various challenges, it requires adequate quality of human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Team Work, and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were employees of PT. Cun Motor Ponorogo. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. This study resulted in a partial test (t) as follows: Leadership Style (X1) = 0.002, Team Work (X2) = 0.047, and Compensation (X3) = 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, social support and work stress on employee turnover at the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan Tofu Factory. The population in this study were all permanent and non-permanent employees at the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan tofu factory, using total sampling as a sample. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires with negative statements to all employees of the Rejo Mulyo Pacitan tofu factory. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Job Involvement had a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.007. 2) Social Support has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.000. 3) Job stress has a positive effect on Turnover Intention with a significance of 0.004. 4) independent variables simultaneously affect Turnover Intention by 70.0% while 30.0% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Therefore, the performance of teachers in a school will depend on how the human resources are managed. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore, the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the times. Information technology (IT) has increased very rapidly in the current era, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with increasing reach. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. Work discipline has an important role in achieving national education goals, because with high work discipline teachers can complete work and carry out appropriate learning according to predetermined standards so that high performance of a teacher will be achieved. Including the physical work environment in an organization has an important meaning for individuals who work in it, because the environment will affect individual satisfaction at work. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research because in the process it uses numerical processing to be calculated through statistical tests. The sample in this study was 45 teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Data collection techniques using research instruments, namely questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the ability to use information technology, work discipline, and physical work environment, have a positive effect on teacher performance at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo
