Abstract

The use of social media as a new medium in marketing has been considered quite effective. The users obtain plenty of marketing benefits through social media. TikTok social media has been recently famous amidst the society. This social media with a short video has the advantages to draw the attention of the viewers. The use of social media in marketing creates comments in the form of E-WOM which enables it to impact the image of an organization or company. This research uses a quantitative research method, taking 100 members of the campus tour of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo in 2021 as the sample. The marketing strategy using social media is executed by the technical implementation unit  of the new student admissions of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo by creating a short video uploaded in its Instagram account. The organizational image becomes a dependent variable of this research which will be tested by the use of TikTok as an independent variable and E-WOM as a mediator variable. The result of this research shows that E-WOM has a positive influence in mediating the impact of TikTok use toward the organizational image of Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

Abstract

Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases. All data used in the analysis is data obtained from observations, interviews and various literatures concerning Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying in Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period. Based on research that Shopping Lifestyle has an effect on impulse buying for the purchase of Rabbani brand hijab in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.961> 1.985), Fashion Involvement has an effect on impulse buying for Rabbani brand hijab purchases in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2,499 > 1,985), Hedonic Shopping Value has an effect on impulse buying for the purchase of the Rabbani brand hijab in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2,130 > 1,985). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period, which can be proven by F count > F table (34.3949 > 2.70 ). And the magnitude of the influence of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on the Purchase of Rabbani Brand Hijab in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period is 51.8%. While the remaining 48.2% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Employee Engagement pada Karyawan Ekpedisi Anteraja Cabang Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Ekspedisi Anteraja sebanyak 33 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 33 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,0802,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0460,05. (2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 2,2812,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0300,05. (3) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung2,1472,045 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0400,05. (4) Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung 5,391f tabel 2,930 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0050,05.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Employee Engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1). To find out whether work skills have a significant effect on employee performance in the Home industry. Jali-jali sambit woven bag ponorogo: 2). To find out whether Reward has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Home Production of Jali-Jali Woven Bags in Ponorogo: 3). To find out whether Teamwork has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees in the Home Industry of Jali-Jali Sambit Woven Bags, Ponorogo: 4). To find out what are work skills , Reward, and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees producing the Jali-Jali Sambit Home Industry of Woven Bags, Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative methods. relationships to avoid indefinite scope. The subjects used in this study as respondents were employees at the Home industry of the Jali-jali Sambit woven bag industry, Ponorogo. The results of this study indicate that work skills have a significant positive effect on employee performance, Rewards have a significant positive effect on employee performance, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and for work skills, rewards, teamwork have a simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian guna melihat Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Stres Kerja Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan Supermarket Luwes Ponorogo. Populasinya yakni karyawan Supermarket Luwes Ponorogo sebanyak 120 orang, dan sampel sejumlah 30 responden. Tekhnik pengambilan melalui data kuesioner. Regresi linier berganda dipergunakan sebagai metode analisis. Kesimpulannya bahwa 1) Work Life Balance mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,013. 2) Stres Kerja mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,020. 3) Beban Kerja mempunnyai pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention 0,000. 4) Secara simultan Work Life Balance, Stres Kerja Beban Kerja berpengaruh tehadap Turnover Intention sebesar 63,2%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan didesa sidomukti dimana rata rata masyarakat terutama ibu rumah tangga yang juga sebagai kader PKK. Ibu rumah tangga disini mempunyai kegiatan yaitu membuat anyaman bahan dasar dari bambu, dimana saat ini mengalami kesulitan bahan baku dan murahnya harga jual anyaman tsb. Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan pembuatan tas anyaman berbahan dasar plastic. Model pelatihan ini dibuat kelompok dimana per kelompok terdiri dari 5 orang yang didampiangi satu mentor yang berasal dari pengrajin tas jali jali. Kegiatan ini diikuti 20 orang kader PKK. Waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 3 jam dimana 30 menit pertama berupa sambutan dari ketua PKK dan ketua pengabdian, menit berikutnya langsung praktek membuat anyaman dimana terdapat beberapa tahapan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu ada 5 peserta yang bisa menyelesaikan tas, 10 peserta yang lain mampu menyelesaikan namun belum sampai finishing dan 5 peserta belum mampu menyelesaikan tahap akhir. Antusias peserta sangat bagus dari kegiatan ini, para peserta sangat berharap ada kegiatan lanjutan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta mampu menambah ekonomi keluarga dengan memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan produk anyaman berupa tas.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui “Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Pabrik Tahu UD. Untung Tahu Ponorogo”. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Pabrik Tahu UD. Untung Tahu Ponorogo, sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah merupakan seluruh karyawan Pabrik Tahu UD. Untung Tahu Ponorogo yang berjumlah 33 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Lazismu Kantor Layanan Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Ponorogo dalam membantu pasien kurang mampu di RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Ada dua macam data penelitian, yaitu primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang diambil dari sumber pertama dari Lazismu RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Data sekender data dari sumber kedua yakni studi pustaka atau penelitian lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Lazismu kantor layanan RSU Aisyiyah memiliki beberapa program dalam membantu pasien diantranya di bidang kesehatan, keagamaan, sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi. Abstract This study aims to determine the role of Lazizmu Aisyiyah Ponorogo Hospital Service in helping underprivileged patients at Aisyiyah Ponorogo, General Hospital. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. There are two kinds of research data, namely primary and secondary. Primary data taken from the first source from Lazizmu RSU Aisyiyah Ponorogo. Secondary data is data from the second source, namely literature studies or other research relevant to this research. The results of this study revealed that the Lazizmu service office of the Aisyiyah General Hospital had several programs in helping patients among them in the fields of health, religion, social, education and economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-service quality and information quality on online consumer purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. This study uses the Non Probability Sampling technique using the Accidental Sampling approach. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis, statistical test with linear regression test, determination test and t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that the E-service quality variable has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The information quality variable has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. E-service quality and information quality simultaneously have a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency. The value of the R Square when converted into percent is 58.7%. This percentage explains that the variables of e-service quality and information quality are able to influence the variables of consumer online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, Madiun Regency by 58.7% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study, which is 41.3%, so there is still a chance variables outside the study that affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

"This research was conducted to partially and simultaneously observe whether leader member exchange, work discipline, and work motivation influence the loyalty of employees at LPP RRI Madiun. This is because in today's digital era, the role of radio has started to lag behind other mass media. In order to remain competitive, employee loyalty in the company must be improved to achieve this goal. The population in this study is all employees of LPP RRI Madiun, totaling 64 employees. The technique uses a nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique (census). The data source applies primary data through the use of a questionnaire instrument. The testing of data quality analysis applies validity and reliability tests. The testing of constant and unbiased regression results applies the classic assumption test. Hypothesis testing applies the partial regression coefficient test (t-test) and simultaneously (f-test). It can be concluded that the partial test (t) consisting of independent variables Leader Member Exchange (X1) = 3.019, Work Discipline (X2) = 4.412, Work Motivation (X3) = 3.243, simultaneously (f), the three independent variables simultaneously influence Employee Loyalty (Y) by 103.725. This research proves that leader member exchange, work discipline, and work motivation are significant factors influencing employee loyalty. Of the three independent variables, work discipline has the greatest influence on employee loyalty, followed by work motivation and leader member exchange. Therefore, the researcher recommends that leaders and employees improve the quality of work relationships, discipline, and work motivation to create high employee loyalty.
