Abstract

 Presensi merupakan salah satu aktivitas penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dapat digunakan sebagai data dan monitoring kehadiran mahasiswa. Sistem Presensi yang sedang berjalan pada proses belajar mengajar di lingkungan Politeknik dan STMIK LPKIA Bandung masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu memanggil satu demi satu mahasiswa oleh Dosen, sehingga proses presensi menjadi lebih lama. Di sisi lain, Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa agar lebih optimal dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, dengan cara membangun perangkat lunak presensi dengan teknologi QR-Code yang langsung diintegrasikan dengan sistem akademik, sehingga rekapitulasi data presensi dapat tercipta secara otomatis. Perancangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype, sedangkan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan teknik pemrograman berorientasi objek, serta menggunakan tools pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Keluaran penelitian ini berupa aplikasi presensi berbasis android dengan mengoptimalkan QR Code yang diterapkan pada Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses rekapitulasi presensi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Presensi; QR-Code; Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa; Unified Modelling Language AbstractAttendance is one of the important activities in the process of teaching and learning activities that can be used as data and monitoring student attendance. The presence system that is currently running in the teaching and learning process at the Polytechnic and STMIK LPKIA Bandung still uses the manual method, namely calling students one by one by the lecturer, so the attendance process becomes longer. On the other hand, Student Identity Cards can be used optimally during teaching and learning activities. This study aims to implement the use of Student Identity Cards so that they are more optimal in the process of teaching and learning activities, by building attendance software with QR-Code technology which is directly integrated with the academic system, so that attendance data recapitulation can be created automatically. System design uses the prototype method, while software development uses object-oriented programming techniques, and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools. The output of this research is in the form of an android-based presence application by optimizing the QR Code that is applied to Student Identity Cards, so that it can speed up the student attendance recapitulation process.

Abstract

The application of the Inventory System in goods and services companies must be considered so that the implementation of the system work is measurable and directed. In order to quickly record and process the procurement of goods in the warehouse, Information Technology support is deemed necessary to help the system run. At PT. Nushada, the current implementation of the procurement of goods does not use a computerized system. This can hinder the company's good performance, such as printing data on the same item multiple times. The aim of this research is to assist the management of procurement of goods in companies with a computerized system assisted by the Odoo platform application. The method used in making the inventory application is the prototype development method. The result of this implementation is the formation of a goods procurement inventory application with the Odoo platform to facilitate work on the warehouse section. In further development, this application can be added a payment transaction feature.Keywords: Application Software; Inventory System; Odoo, Prototypes AbstrakPenerapan Sistem Inventory pada perusahaan barang maupun jasa harus diperhatikan agar implementasi kerja sistem terukur dan terarah. Agar cepat dalam mencatat maupun memproses pengadaan barang di gudang, dukungan Teknologi Informasi dipandang perlu untuk membantu jalannya sistem. Pada PT. Nushada, pengimplementasian pengadaan barang yang berjalan saat ini belum menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut dapat menghambat kinerja baik perusahaan, seperti mencetak data barang yang sama secara ganda. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu pengelolaan pengadaan barang pada perusahaan dengan sistem terkomputerisasi yang dibantu dengan aplikasi platfrorm Odoo. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi inventory adalah metode pengembangannya prototype. Hasil dari pengimplementasian ini yaitu terbentuknya aplikasi inventory pengadaan barang dengan platfrorm Odoo untuk memudahkan pekerjaan pada bagian gudang. Pada pengembangan selanjutnya, aplikasi ini dapat ditambahkan fitur transaksi pembayaran.

Abstract

Futsal Rooftop BTM is a company engaged in the field of futsal field rental services in Bandung. The problem that occurs in management management is the number of complaints from customers due to the absence of an application to manage information regarding match schedules, prices, criticisms and suggestions. The Odoo application is a platform or a collection of business applications that can help companies become more. The Odoo application is applied to futsal field information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The purpose of this study is to implement CRM using the Odoo application as a futsal field management information system and to apply a CRM approach to improve relations between the company and consumers, so that customers can view match schedules through the Odoo application website. The system development methodology used is the prototype method. The results of the study allow customers to more easily find information about the futsal field and can see rental schedules without having to come to the field.Keywords: Odoo application; Information Systems; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Prototype AbstrakFutsal Rooftop BTM adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan lapangan futsal di Bandung.  Masalah yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan manajemen adalah banyaknya keluhan dari pelanggan karena tidak adanya aplikasi dalam mengelola informasi mengenai jadwal bertanding, harga, kritik dan saran. Aplikasi Odoo adalah suatu platform atau kumpulan aplikasi bisnis yang dapat membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih. Aplikasi Odoo diterapkan pada informasi lapang futsal dengan menggunakan Customer Realtionship Management (CRM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan CRM menggunakan aplikasi Odoo sebagai Sistem informasi pengelolaan lapangan futsal dan mengaplikasikan sebuah pendekatan CRM dalam meningkatkan relasi antara pihak perusahaan dengan konsumen, sehingga pelanggan dapat melihat jadwal bertanding melalui website aplikasi Odoo. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype. Hasil Penelitian memungkinkan para pelanggan lebih mudah mengetahui informasi seputar lapang futsal serta dapat melihat jadwal penyewaan tanpa harus datang ke tempat lapangan.
