Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan desa dapat dijadikan kekuatan pembangunan tingkat nasional. Hal ini dapat terwujud apabila desa mampu melaksanakan pembangunan secara mandiri, sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menetapkan produk unggulan desa Langonsari dan menetapkan manajemen strategi badan usaha milik desa dalam mewujudkan produk unggulan kawasan perdesaan di Desa Langonsari. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan survey, wawancara serta pelatihan mengenai manajemen bisnis yaitu memanfaatkan peluang potensi yang dimiliki. Dalam mewujudkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini yang menjadi produk unggulan di desa Langonsari adalah produk peci berdasarkan identifikasi peluang dan kekuatan dengan skor 2,62 lebih besar dibandingkan ancaman dan kelemahannya dengan skor 2,38. Analisis internal eksternal, menujukkan badan usaha milik desa di Desa Langonsari berada pada kuadran V yaitu strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Program yang dapat dilakukan antara lain, meningkatkan pemasaran di daerah wisata dan komunitas daerah sekitar, promosi visual melalui video, melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial, membuat variasi produk, bermitra dengan pengrajin aksesoris khas sunda dan menjalin dengan masyarakat sekitar membentuk kemitraan. Kata kunci: AHP, Bonus Demografi, Manajemen Strategi, Produk Unggulan, SWOT Abstract: Village development can be used as a force for national development. This can be done by the village being able to carry out independent development, so that the welfare of the village community can be carried out properly. The purpose of this research is to determine the superior products of Langonsari village and to determine the management strategy of village-owned enterprises in realizing superior products in rural areas in Langonsari Village. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, the method used in this study with surveys, interviews and training on business management that is to take advantage of potential opportunities. In a descriptive qualitative approach using the AHP method and SWOT analysis. The results of the research which became the superior product in Langonsari village were products based on opportunities and strengths, a score of 2.62 was greater than the threats and weaknesses with a score of 2.38. Internal external analysis, shows that village-owned enterprises in Langonsari Village are in quadrant V, namely the market penetration strategy and product development. Programs that can be carried out include increasing marketing in tourist areas and local communities, visual promotion through video, marketing through social media, making product variations, partnering with Sundanese accessories craftsmen and establishing partnerships with the surrounding community. Abstract

ABSTRAK             Pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan usaha yang tampil sebagai salah satu kelompok usaha yang dapat dijadikan penentu atau andalan dalam mengelola tata kota usaha daerah. Dengan demikian UMKM mendapat perhatian dari semua kalangan, karena dianggap mampu menggerakkan minat usaha yang berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan dan mampu memotivasi dalam mengembangkan potensi daerah dalam menyongsong era globalisasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai pentingnya manajemen keluarga sebagai pembentuk keberhasilan wirausahawan, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai inovasi sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai kreativitas sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, memberikan implementasi digital marketing dalam mengembangkan usaha selama pandemi corona. Target materi pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masayarakat ini tercapai dengan cukup baik karena materi webinar dan implementasi digital marketing agar dapat mengembangkan peluang usaha terbatas menjadi peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan profit secara maksimal. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan,Implementasi, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga saham Pada PT. Delta Dunia Makmur, Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Earning Per Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham sebesar 81,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,716 > 2,179). Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham sebesar 36,2%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,607 > 2,179). Earning Per Share dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 0,277 + 0,459X1 + 0,002X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 82,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (25,884 > 3,590).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diselenggaran dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kebijakan pemerintah dalam pemberian insentif pajak; pemahaman atas masa pembayaran, penyetoran dan pelaporan pajak; dan perhitungan atas pph (pajak penghasilan).Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Materi kegiatan mengenai Tax Planning (insentif pajak) sebagai strategi UMKM dalam menghadapi dampak COVID-19 dengan harapan  memberikan pemahaman bagi UMKM yang nantinya dapat diterapkan dan ditularkan ke masyarakat luas. Target materi pada kegiatan penyuluhan PKM tercapai dengan cukup baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil pemahaman dari materi kegiatan. Untuk menerapkan hasil dari kegiatan masih diperlukan UMKM binaan KADIN di sektor kuliner dan fashion dapat melaksanakan pengadministrasian keuangan yang baik, merencanakan strategi keuangan yang baik dan perencanaan perpajakan tepat guna dan tertib administrasi.Kata Kunci : Tax planning, insentif pajak, Covid 19,  UMKM Community service activities are held with the aim of providing an understanding of government policies in providing tax incentives; understanding of the payment period, deposit and tax reporting; and calculation of pph (income tax). The implementation of community service activities is carried out by means of lectures, tutorials, and discussions. Activity material regarding Tax Planning (tax incentives) as a strategy for MSMEs in dealing with the impact of COVID-19 with the hope of providing understanding for MSMEs which can later be applied and transmitted to the wider community. The target material in PKM extension activities was achieved quite well, it can be seen from the results of the understanding of the activity material. To implement the results of these activities, KADIN-assisted MSMEs in the culinary and fashion sectors are still required to carry out good financial administration, plan a good financial strategy and plan taxation in an efficient and orderly manner.Keywords: Tax planning, tax incentives, Covid 19, UMKM

Abstract

Sales activity plays an important role and needs to be controlled because it affects to the revenue. Sales control requires sales analysis that reveal undesirable developments need to be corrected. Internal Auditors who are not directly involved in operational activities can, therefore, assess all activities. Internal Auditors also provides objective information regarding sales data that will be the basis for management decision making. The purpose of this study is to: determine whether the internal audit on sales activities conducted by the company has been done adequately; determine whether the internal control over sales has been implemented effectively; and determine the role of internal audit in supporting the effectiveness of internal control sales. The authors perform hypothesis testing by doing descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Based on the results, the effectiveness of internal control can be explained by the Internal Audit role of 63.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Peci industry's creative management training towards the Peci center in Langonsari Village, Pameungpeuk District, Bandung Regency specifically in the field of creative economy management. The study was conducted for 6 months in Langonsari Village, Pameungpeuk, Bandung. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation with research subjects, namely the Village Head, BUMDES Manager, Mitra Peci Harmoni and some Desa Langonsari users of BUMDES services. In order to guarantee the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation techniques. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model that is analysis using data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusions, the results of this study indicate that the creative management training for the peci industry to the peci center has succeeded in having a positive impact on improving the economy of the community.

Abstract

Perilaku masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap lingkungan untuk mengurangi volume sampah. Unit pengelolaan sampah yang dibangun di Desa Sukaresik Kecamatan Sidamulih Kabupaten Pangandaran ini menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga. Dengan keterampilan dan ide kreatif, sampah rumah tangga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menambah nilai ekonomi dan membuka peluang bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah appreciative inquiry dan working out loud. Hasilnya adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap lingkungan dengan pengelolaan sampah, perbaikan sistem administrasi dan struktur organisasi BUMDes, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menambah nilai ekonomi dari pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of interpersonal communication and motivation on team member performance. The sample of this research is PT Soka Cipta Niaga Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The sample in this study was 62 respondents. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing with the T-test, and data processing assisted with SPSS software tools version 27.0. The findings of this study prove and provide results that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on team member performance, and motivation has no positive or significant impact on team member performance. Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of trading days and systematic risk on the daily standard deviation of stocks in LQ-45 companies. This study includes a sample of 45 companies listed on the LQ-45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses purposive sampling as the participant selection method. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS version 26, with secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has identified a significant relationship between trading days and systematic risk, which in turn affects the standard deviation of stocks. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of trading days and systematic risk on the daily standard deviation of stocks owned by companies listed in the LQ-45 index. Based on the results, it is concluded that trading days have an influence on the daily standard deviation of stocks, with Friday showing a significant impact. There is a positive correlation between the level of systematic risk and the magnitude of a stock's daily standard deviation. Keywords: Trading Days, Systematic Risk, and Annual Standard Deviation
