Abstract

The policy for the appointment of new teachers, whether teachers in the formation of civil servants or honorary teachers, should be based on an analysis of teacher needs. The parameters for determining the needs of teachers were proposed by Cooper and Alvarado (2006: 4) based on three main components, namely pupil enrollment, pupil-teacher ratios, and turnover. The first component is that prospective students can be explained as registrants of prospective students in an educational institution, the more applicants, the more prospective students who are interested in the school are quite high. The second is the comparison between teachers and students, the presence of teachers and the number of students who must be served are the main considerations for determining the number of teacher needs. The ideal comparison between teachers and students generally uses the composition of 1 teacher serving 30 students. The research method in this research is qualitative research with direct study on the object of research. The analysis of the results shows that the needs of teachers require careful calculations regarding the calculation of needs and interests, fulfillment of rights, and others. This can be done with employee management science. Associated with the world of education, employee management is to regulate various matters relating to the management of education employees themselves. Educational personnel in a broad sense include teachers and employees or commonly referred to as Educators and Education Personnel. Edwin B. Flippo defines employee management as the management function itself, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the procurement of manpower, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and termination of employment with human resources to achieve individual, organizational and community goals. . Human resource management has several functions which include planning, organizing, directing, procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline, and dismissal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the branding strategy at MTsN Purbalingga Regency and to determine the level of effectiveness of branding management strategies at MTsN Purbalingga Regency in 2018 to 2020. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This method is used to describe and analyze branding management strategies at MTsN in Purbalingga Regency and describe user responses to branding management strategies at MTsN Purbalingga Regency. The places chosen to conduct the research were MTsN 01 Purbalingga, MTsN 02 Purbalingga, and MTsN 03 Purbalingga. Informants from this research are principals, teachers, staff, and students. Then to select and determine the informants in this study, the researchers used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research are using content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1). the branding strategies that have been carried out by MTsN in Purbalingga Regency between one MTsN and other MTsN are the same and some are different, this of course depends on the branding management carried out by each school. MTsN 1 Purbalingga, namely by improving the quality both in terms of achievement and non-academic namely character building, MTs Negeri 2 Purbalingga emphasizes efforts to attract interest in terms of performance and community service, while MTs Negeri 3 Purbalingga in an effort to attract interest by achieving good academic achievements and non-academic and performance services for both teachers and employees; 2). The effectiveness of the branding strategy carried out at MTs Negeri Purbalingga Regency in 2018 to 2020 is quite effective in increasing public trust.

Abstract

The current state of education has drastically changed, maintaining virtual learning and teaching, educators adapting to utilizing existing technology by implementing information transformation. The fact shows that educators face problems to be able to present interesting learning for students, and interactive learning, especially learning for early childhood aged 3-4 years (Play Group) and 4-6 years (Kindergarten), so creative teachers are needed. and innovative (Ahmed et al., 2020). The implementation of online learning in PAUD is better known as PAUD from home (PFH). PFH is an early childhood activity held at home by families with children with remote teacher guidance and assistance. Of course, PFH is different from online learning at the elementary, junior high, high school, and university levels. Previously, PAUD services focused more on the relationship between families and schools, then Covid-19 teaches all parties to implement real PAUD by paying attention to the reciprocal relationship between institutions, families, and the environment. This research is carried out with a qualitative approach, with the type of case study, because the research carried out examines one field of study or variables in depth, namely learning management from home. The results of the study show that online learning at the Kindergarten level is not necessarily carried out without careful planning, following the stages of implementing PFH which are carried out in three stages: 1. Preparation stage; this stage starts from checking the condition of the students' families, then choosing the type of learning whether online, offline, or blended learning. Furthermore, preparing children, preparing parents, preparing themed lesson plans, and preparing communication guides between teachers and students' families. 2. Implementation stage; families discuss with children about the activities to be sent, families also look for various learning resources (books, videos, pictures related to themes, etc.), children are free to follow the teacher's ideas or their own ideas, there is interaction, children play, and documentation of activities. 3. Post-implementation stage; families report PFH results by documenting children's activities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe governance in the formation of the character of madrasah students in Magelang City in 2021, to describe student responses to the governance of student character building by madrasas in Magelang City in 2021, and to describe the evaluation of governance in character building of madrasah students in Magelang City which including Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to describe and explain madrasa management in shaping the character of students in madrasas in the Magelang region. The places chosen to conduct the research were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Aliyah. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) includes MI Muhammadiyah Terpadu Harapan Magelang City and MI Al Iman City Magelang. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) include MTsN 1 Magelang City and MTsN 2 Magelang City. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) includes MAN of Magelang City and MA Al Iman of Magelang City. Data collection techniques in this research are using content/document analysis techniques, in-depth interviews, and events/observations. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. The results showed that: 1). Governance in shaping the character of madrasa students in Magelang City in 2021 is generally carried out by the madrasah through various habituation and extracurricular activities as well as positive self-development such as reading Asmaul Husna, Tahfidzul Qur'an, Tilawatil Qur'an, Sunnah fasting and others. has gone well; 2). Student responses to the management of student character building by madrasas in Magelang City are generally very good and positive, students carry out various activities implemented by the school enthusiastically and consistently; 3). The evaluation carried out for the formation of student character applied to madrasas in Magelang City was successful and as expected because in general the students had good morals and carried out various positive activities both within the madrasa and outside the madrasa environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the managerial competence of madrasah principals in developing the performance of teachers and education personnel (management study of the principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati in Pati Regency). This research was conducted on the implementation of pedagogic competence development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati which was carried out by the head of madrasah to develop the performance of teaching staff and education personnel. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, interviews and documentation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the triangulation method. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati management of pedagogic competence development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati included: a) Planning for the head of the madrasah in developing the competence of teachers and education personnel at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati by preparing a work program that was initiated. by deliberation with the teaching staff and education staff in accordance with the regulations set by the government. b) The organizing that was carried out by the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati was to realize the school development policy, especially the development of the competence of teachers and education staff in forming a work team for the quality of decision making. c) the implementation of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati, where teaching staff and education personnel realize several main aspects in the program of competency development for teaching staff and education personnel, by disseminating the implementation of competency development for teachers and education personnel, d) Supervision of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati realized all the activities that were attended by educators and education staff in developing the competencies they mastered.

Abstract

Konsekuensi perilaku dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar intrinsik dan ekstrinsik akan berbeda pada kondisi penguatan dnn hukuman. Siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar intrinsik mempunyai hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi pada kondisi hukuman daripada penguatan. Sebaliknya, pada siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar ekstrinsik, penguatan mempunyai efek yang lebih baik daripada hukuman dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Untuk ltu penggunaan konsekuensi perilaku sebagai cara meningkatkan hasil belajar harus mempertimbangkan karakteristik motivasi belajar siswa. Pada kelompok siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar lntrinsik, hukuman dianjurkan digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Sedang pada kelompok siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar ekstrinsik penguatan dianjurkan digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Intelligence is a common and potential capability. Theorist have not agreed in its concept yet. Their definitions are not identical. They also do not agree with factors which contribute to intelligence. They try to correlate intelligence with talent, creativity and achievement. Their theories contain different elements. Some theorist are Lewis Terman, Charles Spearman, Sternberg, Louis Thurstone, James P Guilford and Howard Gardner. Intelligence is measured by a test and scaled in IQ. IQ score is interpreted by comparing one’s IQ with his peer or norm group. ABSTRAKIntelegensi merupakan kemampuan yang bersifat umum dan potensial. Para ahli tidak mencapai kesepakatan dalam banyak hal mengenai intelegensi. Definisi-definisi yang dikemukakan menunjukkan batasan yang tidak serupa. Mereka juga tidak sepaham dalam melihat apakah intelegensi merupakan heriditas atau modifikasi. Beberapa mencoba menghubungkan intelegensi dengan bakat, kreativitas, dan prestasi. Para ahli juga berbeda dalam melihat komponen-komponen yang terdapat dalam intelegensi. Hal itu tampak dalam teori-teori yang mereka ajukan. Beberapa ahli yang mengajukan teorinya mengenai intelegensi, di antaranya adalah Terman, Spearman, Sternberg, Thurstone, Guilford, dan Gardner. Intelegensi diukur menggunakan tes intelegensi dan diskala menggunakan ukuran yang dikenal dengan IQ. Skor IQ diinterpretasikan dengan membandingkan IQ seseorang dengan kelompok sebaya atau kelompok norma.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on religious behavior, as well as emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together on religious behavior in MTs students in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research method used is the correlational method. The population in this study were all students of class VIII as many as 194 students. The sample is some of the Madrasah students in Jumantono District as many as 130 students. The results showed: 1) there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and religious behavior because the results obtained a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05; and the value of rX1Y is 0.269 > r table = 0.1779. 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and religious behavior because the results obtained a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05; and the value of rX2Y is 0.268 > r table = 0.1779. 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence variables together with religious behavior with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. The contribution of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to religious behavior is 7.5%. The relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together with religious behavior is shown by the regression line equation = 64.266 + 0.183X1 + 0.170X2. In conclusion, there is a positive and significant relationship between each variable, namely emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on religious behavior and jointly emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are related to religious behavior. Abstract

All elements of life in the unitary state will not be separated from the national legal system, in the theory of legislation it is known as the statutory hierarchy, this contains the content that all the rules under it are used as implementing rules for the rules above and there are no conflicting rules between the two. Recently, the public was surprised by the government's policy through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 regarding the elimination of Pancasila and Indonesian language education as compulsory curriculum content. Whereas government regulations are used as derivatives of the law on the national education system and the law on higher education. The research method used is the use of normative juridical critical analysis methods and viewed from various points of view in giving disapproval of government policies through Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 precisely in Article 40 Paragraphs 2 and 3. The results of this study are to present 3 basic reasons why it is necessary to include Pancasila in the Government Regulation, namely First, the need to consider the previous regulations, second, the need for the formulation of this policy through an open political process, third, the need to review it from the point of view of Education Reformulation, both philosophically and ideologically. Thus, it is very necessary to review this legal product so that it is relevant to the law as the parent law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the competence of students based on information technology. This research is a qualitative research case study model (case study). The study was conducted by direct observation and in-depth interviews at the IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School. Observations were made during information technology-based learning from marketer, multimedia, and programmer programs. Then an open interview was conducted to obtain data on the digital effectiveness of the students' competence. The results of in-depth observations and interviews in this study indicate that the use of information technology as the main learning in addition to learning religious knowledge is very effective in helping students benefit when they enter the community. Information technology-based competencies increase income when entering the entrepreneurial world or become a plus when working in the e-commerce world.
