Abstract

AbstrakWebometrics merupakan sistem pemeringkatan Perguruan Tinggi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kinerja global sebuah universitas. UNRI sebagai institusi yang memiliki visi untuk menjadi universitas yang unggul di bidang riset terus berupaya meningkatkan peringkat Webometrics-nya. Namun dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, peringkat Webometric UNRI menurun dari peringkat 8 menjadi peringkat 35 dalam dua tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan benchmark sehingga dihasilkan strategi TIK untuk meningkatkkan peringkat Webometric UNRI berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami menggunakan metode SWOT dan Gap Analysis. Beberapa faktor utama yang menyebabkan menurunnya peringkat Webometric di antaranya adalah kurang efektifnya mekanisme tata kelola website sehingga banyak konten-konten yang tidak dapat diindek dengan baik oleh mesin pencari. Selain itu perubahan metodelogi penilaian Webometric juga memberikan pengaruh, dimana pada tahun 2019 Webometric menyeimbangkan porsi komponen aktifitas dan impact website. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa strategi yang kemudian diturunkan menjadi rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan peringkat UNRI di antaranya penguatan tata kelola website, implementasi kebijakan SEO dan Open Access, dan penggunaan aplikasi MY UNRI sebagai media berbagi tautan untuk meningkatkan nilai Visibility. Setelah melakukan implementasi beberapa strategi tersebut, maka peringkat Webometric UNRI periode Januari 2021 mengalami peningkatan dari peringkat 35 menjadi 31. Kata Kunci: Analisa Gap,Peringkat Universitas, SEO, Strategi TIK, SWOT, WebometricAbstractWebometrics is the largest academic ranking of Higher Education Institutions by analyzing publicly available web data, combining the variables into a composite indicator, and with truly global coverage. UNRI, as Higher Education Institutions that has the vision to excel in research continues to strive to improve its webometrics ranking. However, in the last few decades, UNRI's Webometrics ranking has declined. This study aims to carry out analysis, benchmarks, and ICT strategy formulation to increase UNRI's ranking using SWOT and gap analysis. Some of the main factors that caused this decline in ranking include the ineffective website governance mechanism that causes much content to be indexed properly by search engines. Besides, the changes of the Webometrics ranking methodology also affect, wherein 2019 the Webometrics balance the portion of the activity component and website impact. The proposed strategy is implemented in the action plan to increase UNRI Webometric rank. Therefore strengthening website governance is very important to increase activity and implementation of SEO, Open Access policies, and the usage of MY UNRI, which are expected to increase the Impact and Excellence of UNRI. Abstract

When predicting data streams, changes in data distribution may decrease model accuracy over time, thereby making the model obsolete. This phenomenon is known as concept drift. Detecting concept drifts and then adapting to them are critical operations to maintain model performance. However, model adaptation can only be made if labeled data is available. Labeling data is both costly and time-consuming because it has to be done by humans. Only part of the data can be labeled in the data stream because the data size is massive and appears at high speed. To solve these problems simultaneously, we apply a technique to update the model by employing both labeled and unlabeled instances to do so. The experiment results show that our proposed method can adapt to the concept drift with pseudo-labels and maintain its accuracy even though label availability is drastically reduced from 95% to 5%. The proposed method also has the highest overall accuracy and outperforms other methods in 5 of 10 datasets.

Abstract

Quality test is a crucial phase in the system development process to ensure that system work as its requirement. Therefore, the Portal Kukerta (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) Universitas Riau, an information system to manage data and activities of Kukerta, needs to assess. In this research, Portal Kukerta has been assessed using the McCalls software quality framework. The aspect that is focused on this research is product operation. Product operation consists of correctness, usability, integrity, reliability, and efficiency. The data collected by distributing questionnaires to 67 participants. The results show that users give a positive response to two aspects, namely  efficiency 99.90% and usability 64%. However, for the reliability factor 43%, correctness 48%, integrity 56% get a neutral value that there are aspects that are considered less by the user. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Kukerta portal is very efficient in managing the data of Kukerta University of Riau and can be easily used by users. However, in terms of reliability, correction, and integrity need to be improved. The implication of the research are (1) providing a reference in assessing quality of a software and (2) specifically providing a recommendation for Portal Kukerta Universitas Riau for their system improvements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang daerah rawan titik api di Provinsi Riau.  Kebakaran hutan menjadi ancaman pada hutan di Indonesia. Mengingat faktor timbulnya dan dampak yang akan ditimbulkan dari kebakaran hutan, maka sangat penting untuk mengetahui daerah yang rawan terhadap titik api. Konsep data mining sangat cocok diterapkan untuk mengetahui status daerah rawan titik api. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengelompokkan data dengan menggunakan Chebysev Distance K-Means. Data yang digunakan adalah data titik api di Provinsi Riau pada tahun 2016. Data dikelompokkan menjadi tiga cluster, yaitu 133 titik yang masuk kedalam cluster daerah sangat rawan titik api, 101 titik kedalam cluster daerah rawan titik api, dan 77 titik kedalam cluster daerah yang tidak rawan terhadap titik api,  dengan nilai DBI (Davies Bouldin Index) 0,361 menandakan bahwa pengklasteran Chebysev K-Means sebanyak 3 cluster sudah optimal. Hasil clustering divisualisasikan dengan Google Maps Api.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service is to apply a performance-based real work lecture implementation model with an adaptive program in the new normal period at the implementation of the Riau University Real Work Lecture (Kukerta). Implementation will be carried out in 2021 in all Kukerta locations for Riau University students in 2021. The focus of the model applied is the basis of indicators for assessing Kukerta implementation based on community service performance for universities. In addition, the programs that are prepared are also adaptive during the new normal. The results of the application show that there is a potential for increasing service performance outcomes through the implementation of this Kukerta, namely in the indicators (a) service with non-DRPM funding, (b) publication in the mass media, (c) partners with legal entities, and (d) books.

Abstract

Spatial Data Clustering merupakan salah satu teknik penting pada data mining yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi atau pengetahuan pada data spasial dalam jumlah yang besar dari berbagai aplikasi. Salah satu teknik yang menjadi pelopor perkembangan algoritma clustering pada data spasial adalah Density-Based Spatial Clustering Algorithm with Noise (DBSCAN). Pada umumnya algoritma ini diaplikasikan pada data-data spasial pada objek 2 dimensi. Pada paper ini akan dibahas bagaimana melakukan clustering pada objek 3 dimensi berdasarkan density antar objek. Hasil percobaan yang didapatkan adalah dengan memodifikasi untuk mendapatkan fungsi region distance maka algoritma DBSCAN dapat diaplikasikan pada objek 3D dengan hasil yang optimal. Tidak terdapat perubahan signifikan mulai dari tahap-tahap algoritma dan performa algoritma DBSCAN pada Object 3D.

Abstract

The office of the Wali Nagari Simpang has a proposal for village activities. The evaluating proposals is carried out directly in the field and is done manually, so it is possible for errors to occur. For that we need a decision support system using the VIKOR method. The final result of the five proposals submitted with the specified criteria, provides a recommendation that the proposal Jembatan Kp. Batuang - Bukik Putuih is the best proposal and deserves to be funded

Abstract

School libraries should be accredited with the aim of improving the quality of libraries. Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (DISPUSIP) in determining a school library that deserves to be accredited is still done manually, namely DISPUSIP went directly to the field to monitoring the library in the school and the data collection still used manual entries. Meanwhile, a lot of data must be collected, causing the data to be inaccurate and take a long time. For this reason, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The data used are nine junior high schools both public and private as an alternative. While the criteria refer to the school library accreditation instrument issued by the National Library (Perpusnas) consisting of six criteria, namely collections, library facilities and infrastructure, library services, library staff, library administration and management, and reinforcement. Data analysis using the TOPSIS method by steps of determining the decision matrix, normalization matrix, calculating both positive and negative ideal solutions, calculating the distance to the ideal solution, calculating preference values, and ranking. The results obtained for the SMP library are Sek 4, Sek 1 and Sek 5 which are eligible for accreditation.
