Abstract

With the passing of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) (MBKM), all campuses and universities must include the productivity agenda of lecturers and students' scientific work in the level of achievement of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU). One of the triggering factors for the low productivity of lecturers and students' scientific work is the low academic culture at the student level starting from the initial level lectures to the level of the final project course. As an agreement with FMB URINDO partners at the last meeting on October 23, 2021 by zoom, the forms of this PKM activity are 1) Reviewing Webinars & Intensive Coaching Clinic simultaneously. The activity was carried out on Friday 12 November 2021 at 13 – 15 PM by zoom and youtube. Participants in the activity were students who had taken thesis and research methods. The output of the activity is a student final project proposal draft which is more suitable to become a thesis final project or a proposal draft to be accepted in future Kenmendikbudristek competition events. The main ingredient of PKM activities will use the Piching Research Platform from Prof. Robert Faff (The University of Queensland, Australia) which has been widely used in interdisciplinary fields and has proven to be effective. The Pitching Research Platform consists of four main parts, namely; big picture framing; three basic building blocks; two kew questions and unique contribution. Indirectly, these four components of the Pitching Research Platform form the structure of the proposal content for the final thesis, thesis and dissertation. By making the best Pitching Research Platform, the quality of final project proposals for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students will increase because it is easier for each student to make a narrative on the item structure of the proposal content.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability. The population in this study used a sample of 40 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016-2020. The method used in this research is purposive sampling which is taken with certain criteria. Profitability is measured by the Return on Asset (ROA) formula. The data analysis method used is Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Classical Assumption Test, while the Hypothesis Test used is Partial Test, Simultaneous Test, as well as Test of Determination. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility Economic Indicators have a positive influence on Profitability as evidenced by a significant value of 0,013, while Corporate Social Responsibility Environmental Indicators do not have a positive effect on Profitability as evidenced by a significant value of 0,949. Meanwhile, Corporate Social Responsibility economic and environmental indicators simultaneously has a positive influence on profitability as proven by a significant value of 0.036, and R square (R^2) which obtained 11% Profitability which can be influenced by Economic and Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility and 89% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction on grilled chicken restaurants of Pak Atok Bakom, Ciawi Bogor. This study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who visit the Grilled Chicken Restaurants of Pak Atok Bakom, Ciawi Bogor. Meanwhile, the sample used was based on the Accidental method, which is a technique for determining the sample based on needs only, members who were met by researchers and were willing to become respondents. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data which obtained through an online questionnaire, namely the Google Form. Questionnaires are used to obtain respondent data regarding service quality, price and customer satisfaction with data sources obtained directly from consumers or customers who have been or are now customers of Pak Atok Bakom's Grilled Chicken Restaurant in Ciawi Bogor. Moreover, the data analysis carried out by several test, namely Validity test, Reliability test, and Hypothesis test. The finding reveals that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Likewise, service quality and price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, it is proven by path coefficient value of service quality and price on customer satisfaction which are 0,000 and the t-statistic is 5,381, hence the t-statistic is significant because > 1,96 with p value < 0,00.

Abstract

Permintaan dan kebutuhan bawang merah yang tinggi menyebabkan komuditas ini memberikan keuntungan untuk diusahakan. Fluktuasi harga bawang merah cenderung mengikuti jumlah produksi, apabila produksi meningkat harga cenderung turun. Rendahnya produksi bawang merah di Kota Parepare menyebabkan pedagang harus mendatangkan dari luar kota untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, sehingga dibutuhkan pola distribusi pemasaran yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola distribusi pemasaran bawang merah di Kota Parepare, menganalisis margin pemasaran pada setiap pola distribusi pemasaran bawang merah di Kota Parepare. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analisis margin pemasaran pada masing-masing saluran distribusi pemasaran.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola distribusi bawang merah yang berasal dari Kab. Enrekang terdiri atas 3 pola distribusi pemasaran sedangkan bawang merah yang berasal dari Kab. Bantaeng terdiri atas 2 pola distribusi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua saluran pemasaran bawang merah didesa Banti Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang yaitu: Saluran I : Petani ke Pedagang pengumpul kemudian ke Pedagang pengecer lalu Konsumen akhir Saluran II : Petani ke Pedagang pengecer kemudian ke Konsumen akhir, Marjin pemasaran tiap lembaga pemasaran yaitu saluran I Petani memperoleh keuntungn sebesar Rp 2.997 /Kg, pedagang pengumpul sebesar Rp 1.562 /Kg, pedagang pengecer sebesar Rp 1.572 /Kg dan saluran II Petani memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.942 /Kg pedagang pengecer Rp 2000 /Kg. Tingkat efisiensi saluran pemasaran bawang merah desa Banti menunjukkan bahwa saluran II lebih efisiensi debanding saluran I dengan nilai 3,85% dan saluran II 4.59%.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak yang besar bagi perkembangan para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Mereka harus memikirkannstrategi terbaik agar dapat tetap bertahan. Salah satu strategi yang paling relevan di masa pandemi ini ialah strategi digital marketing yang memungkinkan para pelaku usaha memasarkan produknya. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat tetap dapat memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan walaupun  Indonesia masih dalam kondisi Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu secara online berjudul  “talkshowpreneurs” dengan menggunakan media platform zoom guna memaksimalkan jumlah peserta. Kegiatan ini meliputi beberapa sesi yaitu sesi pembukaan, sesi paparan materi dan sesi pertanyaan / diskusi serta yang terakhir sesi penutupan. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada pelaku UMKM yang akan memasarkan produk mereka dengan menggunakan teknologi di era digital dan pandemi. Hal tersebut dilihat dari antusias peserta dan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai pemasaran di era digital dan pandemi serta legalitas usaha yang diperlukan bagi para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

The success of a company hinges on the collective performance of its employees. Thus, it becomes imperative for companies to enhance the quality of their workforce's performance. Numerous factors exert influence over employee performance, among them are teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction. These factors collectively kindle individuals' commitment towards accomplishing tasks to their fullest potential within the company. This study is conducted to reveal the impact of teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance, specifically examining the case of the J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa office. Employing an associative research approach with a quantitative methodology, this study encompasses the entire employee population of the Sibuhuan-Sosa J&T office, totaling 30 participants. The analysis employs multiple linear regression via SPSS 22. The findings of the partial analysis reveal that both teamwork and work motivation yield a positive and noteworthy influence on the performance of J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa employees. Conversely, job satisfaction appears to lack significant impact on these employees. Notably, when taken together, teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction demonstrate a significant effect on the employees of J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa.
