This study aims to develop an ethics index of education services at universities in Indonesia with an approach to marketing education services. This is because service ethics is a long-term investment to build trust by providing services that can create ethical education. This research was calculated using the Ã¢â‚¬Å“weighted average valueÃ¢â‚¬Â of each indicator of service ethics, with a population of students from State and Private Universities in Banjarmasin and Makassar. Based on findings obtained from two major groups of the University, namely Higher Education in the City of Banjarmasin and Higher Education in the City of Makassar, the University has a Good Higher Education Ethics Performance (KEPT). Each University, whether Higher Education in Banjarmasin City or Higher Education in Makassar City has different characteristics, for Higher Education in Banjarmasin and Makassar City have similarities with the highest aspects in the Education Service Ethics Index in Higher Education, namely Lecturers provide opportunities for students to apply the lowest questions and aspects, namely the campus building does not provide facilities for students with disabilities or special needs (there are no block or road markers, there are toilets for people with disabilities, names or room numbers using braille).

The Role Career Development, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Leadership on Teacher Performance: An Empirical Study on Elementary School in Bandung Yusuf Arifin

This study aims to analyze the relationship of career development, organizational citizenship behavior and leadership to the Head of elementary school performance. This research method is quantitative with data processing tools using SPSS software. Data was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 212 elementary school teachers in Tangerang who were selected using the simple random sampling method. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that career development has a positive effect on teacher performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on teacher performance, leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance and career development, organizational citizenship behavior and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

This research aims to represent empirically the implications of transformational leadership and knowledge management towards the e-government service performance through change management at the local governments which get the e-government assistance program from the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. Research conducted at the local government organization in 7 local governments in 6 provinces. Using survey research methods, type of research is Descriptive Research and Verificative-explanation-Research. Data analysis tool using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with second-order approach. This research concluded, The local government organization do not feel the direct role of transformational leadership and knowledge management to increase the e-government performance services.Transformational leadership role as agents of change to the mindset transformation through change management, to support “energy” from the implementation of knowledge management. Adaptive change management role as performace drivers to increase the e-government service performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the condition of the existing SMP potential in achieving the National Education Standards (SNP), 2) analyze the gap / gap between the real conditions Potential SMP with National Education Standards, 3) formulate an implementation strategy of the National Education Standards to Potential Junior High School. The unit of analysis in this study is 6 Potential Secondary Schools in the city of Bandung, which are in cluster 1 (1 Junior High School), cluster 2 (2 Junior High School) and cluster 3 (3 Junior High Schools). The results showed the level of the gap between the real conditions Potential Secondary Schools in Bandung with National Education Standards are as follows: standard financing is the largest gap compared with other standard is 59.2%. The next largest gap in a sequence is the standard of infrastructure (46.1%), the standard process (39.6%), the standard assessment (29.7%), teachers and education personnel standards (25%), the standard management (23.3 %), content standards (23.2%), and the smallest value of the average gap is competency standards (11%).

Kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi merupakan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja akan berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya bagi kinerja karyawan kontrak nonmedis di klinik layanan primer. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat dan pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari beberapa variabel. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak nonmedis pada salah satu klinik layanan primer di Cimahi, Jawa Barat, yang berjumlah 22 subjek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, dan wawancara pada bulan September 2014. Data penelitian diuji secara statistik menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja mendapat penilaian baik. Kepemimpinan tranformasional memiliki pengaruh langsung yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak nonmedis. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak nonmedis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan kepada manajemen klinik agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja karyawan kontrak nonmedis.

Leaders in organizations including company managers who have a goal to increase production and efficiency in order to maximize results for the organization they lead. A leader must be able to bring the organization or company and all its employees with a clear vision. Only with a clear vision, concepts and organizational goals can be described properly, but leaders must also be able to mobilize all resources within the company to move together and work together to achieve goals effectively. Leaders must have a clear vision in building and developing a business, especially those related to product quality improvement. A clear vision and mission of the company and implemented together is the key to the company's success to compete in the business world, such as PT. Inalum Coal North Sumatra which produces quality products and is able to compete in the world. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the role of leadership in continuous improvement and its implications for the quality of the product division of PT. North Sumatra Coal Inalum; 2) to determine the factors that affect the improvement of product quality in the Division of PT. North Sumatra Coal Inalum. This research is a case study which was analyzed with a qualitative approach. This research shows that the role of leadership is very large in making continuous improvements so as to produce quality products that can compete in the business world on a national and international scale.

Background: The development of the digital world has snowballed since the 2000s and has accelerated since the 2010s. Social media is a part of everyday life, and the COVID-19 pandemic has been a significant catalyst for digital life. Despite this, the healthcare industry is lagging compared to other industries in terms of digital marketing. Aims: The output of this research is a design of a digital marketing plan for a dental hospital based on a robust theoretical foundation and ongoing practical research in dental hospitals. Methods: This study utilized a qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe the existing condition related to the challenges and the use of digital marketing in dental hospitals. The focus of this study was the development of a digital marketing plan for a dental hospital. Results: The study obtained several data related to digital marketing activities that have been carried out, challenges in digital marketing, and the preparation of digital marketing development plans at dental hospitals. Conclusion: The proposed model includes situation analysis, goal analysis, strategy planning, action, and control based on the existing marketing plan. A novelty in this model emphasizes technology components including technoware, hardware, software, infoware, humanware, and organiware.

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana meningkatkan “perilaku ekstra peran” yang diistilahkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior atau disingkat dengan OCB melalui proses pemberdayaan SDM, juga mengkaji faktor yang menghambat dalam peningkatan OCB. Lokus penelitian dilakukan dibeberapa perusahan distributor farmasi di Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif eksploratif, dimana data sekunder dan primer dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumen yang melibatkan sejumlah informan secara purposif (snowball). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi sedang mengalami peningkatan talenta SDMnya melalui pemberdayaan SDM, namun masih perlu dioptimalkan dimana proses pemberdayaan SDM yang sudah dilaksanakan secara baik yaitu dimensi keinginan (desire), dimensi kepercayaan (trust), dimensi kepercayaan diri (confident) dan dimensi komunikasi (communication). Sebaliknya yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah dimensi kredibilitas (creability) dan dimensi tanggungjawab (accountability). Dari kajian 5 dimensi OCB karyawan menunjukan bahwa karyawan memiliki perilaku OCB yang cukup besar khususnya pada dimensi perilaku membantu (Alturism), perilaku rasa bangga (sportsmanship) dan perilaku sopan santun (courtesy), namun masih memerlukan upaya perbaikan adalah pada dimensi perilaku patuh (civic virtue) dan perilaku ekstra(Conscientiousnes). Dalam penelitian ini terkonfirmasi bahwa strategi pemberdayaan SDM akan berdampak pada peningkatan OCB dan peningkatan OCB akan berdampak pada pencapaian nilai karyawan yang merupakan cerminan dari pencapaian nilai perusahaan. Tentunya dengan mereduksi faktor penghambat dalam peningkatan OCB karyawan.

Work Environment and Compensation on Nurse’s Job Satisfaction and Its Implication on Extra Role Behavior in Efarina Etaham Hospital, Purwakarta Bertie Riyestavani; Yusuf Arifin

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of work environment and the compensation on nurse‘s job satisfaction and its implications on extra role behavior in Efarina Etaham Hospital, Purwakarta. The method used was descriptive and verificative analysis. The data collection was an interview by using a questionnaire along with observation techniques. The population is 70 nurses. Field data collection was conducted in 2014. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that work environment, compensation, job satisfaction, and extra role behaviors generally are relatively good. Meanwhile, the work environment and compensation partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on extra role behaviour of nurses.

This study aims to identify and analyze the external and internal environment, opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses of the management potential of agro, agro potential strategic management priorities, along with appropriate management programs that can be implemented by the manager. The results are expected to contribute in the development of tourism management, especially management. The study was conducted in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District of Bandung Regency. The research method used was survey with descriptive and qualitative approach. Method analysis used were IE (Internal-External) analysis, SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis, and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The results showed that the management of agro potential in the growth stage requires the manager of the Ciburial Village to cooperate with the various stakeholders involved in the management of agro potential mainly through increased community participation.
