Abstract

Standar operasional prosedur adalah pedoman atau referensi untuk melekukan tugas pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan fungsi dan alat penilaian kerja waiter/waitress di restoran. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan Standar Oprasional Prosedur yang diterapkan oleh waiter/waitress di restoran Anambas Beverly Hotel Batam. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data yang diperoleh melalui Teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informasi kunci ,informasi non kunci dan observasi serta dokumentasi yang akan lakukan oleh peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Penerapan SOP oleh waiter dan waitress di restoran Anambas Beverly Hotel Batam tampak bahwa mereka menerapkan SOP dengan baik. Misalnya, mereka selalu mengenakan seragam yang rapi dan bersih, menyapa pelanggan dengan sopan, dan memberikan rekomendasi menu dengan pengetahuan yang baik tentang makanan dan minuman yang disajikan. Selain itu, mereka juga menunjukkan keterampilan yang baik dalam melayani pelanggan, Dari penilaian yang di ambil, terlihat waiter dan waitress di restoran Anambas Beverly Hotel Batam bekerja sesuai dengan SOP. Mereka menunjukkan profesionalisme dan dedikasi dalam pekerjaan mereka, yang mencerminkan pelatihan dan pedoman yang mereka terima.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the appearance and taste of products from the best seller menu on customer satisfaction at the Luar Garis Cafe Tiban, Batam City, in this case the best seller menu used is the typical Luar Garis Fried Rice. The research method used was a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis method. By using multiple linear analysis, namely partial influence test and simultaneous influence test. The results of the research show that the significant value for the appearance and taste of the product is 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05 in the partial influence test and in the simultaneous influence test the appearance and taste of the product shows a fcount value of 85.158 which is greater than f table 3.09 so that the appearance and taste of the product have an influence simultaneously. There is also a coefficient of determination test which shows that 63% of the product appearance and taste variables simultaneously influence the customer satisfaction variable. The conclusion of this research is that the appearance and taste of the product have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

A restaurant is a business in the food service industry or part of a tourist accommodation business whose role is to meet the needs of tourists or customers. In this case, good service quality really determines the development of restaurants outside of food and drink. Free. Kelong Baba Batam Restaurant is a restaurant that provides quality service. This research aims to see the application of service quality and what improvements can be made in the management of the Kelong Baba Batam Restaurant, so that the quality of the restaurant's service can be improved or reduced. This research will be carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. Kelong Baba Restaurant itself has a modern concept and has an attractive interior that makes guests comfortable eating there. Not only is the interior attractive, Kelong Baba Restaurant is also very sensitive to what guests need to make the guests themselves comfortable.
