Abstract

Kasus KSP Indosurya kembali mencuri perhatian saat ini karena terduga pelaku selaku pendiri KSP Indosurya divonis bebas oleh Hakim Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat atas segala dakwaan pada dengan peryataan bahwa terdakwa terbukti melakukan perbuatan yang didakwakan tetapi bukan merupakan tindak pidana, melakukan perkara perdata yang kemudian menyita perhatian publik serta mengundang reaksi masyarakat diberbagai media sosial bahkan sempat menjadi tranding topik dimedia sosial twitter Indonesia. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian ini guna mengetahui dan mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat pada kasua KSP Indosurya menggunakan metode Naïve bayes. Dimana hasil tertinggi didapatkan oleh sentimen negative, sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan sentimen publik terhadap topik kasus KSP Indosurya di twitter Indonesia adalah negative dengan jumlah parameter 1200 berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode Naïve bayes.The KSP Indosurya case has again stolen attention at this time because the alleged perpetrator Henry Surya as the founder of KSP Indosurya was acquitted by the Chief Judge of the West Jakarta District Court Syafrudin Ainor for all charges on Tuesday (24/1/2023) with a statement that the defendant Henry Surya was proven to have committed an act who was charged but did not constitute a crime, carried out a civil case which then seized the public's attention and invited public reaction on various social media and even became a trending topic on Indonesian Twitter social media Therefore, this research was carried out to find out and classify public sentiment in the KSP Indosurya case using the Naïve Bayes method. Where the highest results were obtained by negative sentiment, so it was concluded that public sentiment on the topic of the KSP Indosurya case on Twitter Indonesia was negative with a total of 1200 parameters based on analysis using the Naïve Bayes method.

Abstract

Twitter has become a major platform for disseminating disaster news, providing people with disaster information quickly and precisely. A lot of essential and valuable information can be obtained from this online platform. Twitter users might be able to help with warnings and submit specific and accurate information in a disaster situation. This research attempts to examine factors that affect disaster information-sharing behavior. Furthermore, this study aims to integrate personal, environmental, and information platform factors to gain more insight into the factors influencing Twitter users' willingness to share disaster information. The hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result showed that Altruism, Self-efficacy, Community Identity, and Information Platforms significantly influence people's decisions to share disaster information on Twitter.

Abstract

Abstrak. Desa Kranggan Kecamatan Pekuncen selama ini memiliki permasalahan didalam mempublikasikan kegiatan yang sudah terlaksana sebelumnya kepada Masyarakat luas melalui website yang sudah disediakan oleh Kominfo. Sehingga, Desa Kranggan ini sendiri masih memiliki kesulitan dalam menyebarluaskan media informasi terkait kegiatan atau aktivitas serta informasi dikarenakan website milik Kominfo tersebut tidak bisa dikelola terutama hal dalam penginputan kegiatan atau aktivitas sesegera mungkin. Website yang akan dibuat ini bertujuan hanya bisa diakses oleh stakeholder Desa Kranggan yakni Kades, dan bagian Sekretaris Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambahkan informasi mengenai aktivitas atau kegiatan pada website Desa Kranggan agar Masyarakat umum mengerti apa saja kegiatan atau aktivitas yang pada Desa Kranggan. Dalam perancangan website ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) ini memiliki 3 tahapan dimulai dengan tahap Requirement Planning, Design Workshop, dan Implementation. Didalam metode RAD ini akan mempermudah dalam menghasilkan informasi objektif agar memudahkan Masyarakat dalam pencarian informasi mengenai kegiatan atau aktivitas yang ada di Desa Kranggan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan database sistem informasi berbasis website Desa Kranggan yang dapat menginput kegiatan atau aktivitas warga pada Desa Kranggan dan informasi mengenai Desa Kranggan.Kata kunci: Desa Kranggan, Website, RAD

Abstract

Final Judgment is a process of consideration to declare a student has met the academic and administrative requirements to hold a scholarship academic degree from the college. The Final Judgment management process business in universities involves many processes and stakeholders. Based on the result of observations and interviews, it is known that Final Judgment Management at the Informatics Faculty of ITTP is currently done manually by filling out the registration form and takes a long time for its processing. This study aims to develop Information Systems using User-Centered Design (UCD) methods that can meet the users' needs in implementing and managing Final Judgment processes. The developed system was tested for usability using a questionnaire to users with the Nielsen Attribute Usability (NAU) method. The method consists of five criteria, they are Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction. Usability test results showed: Learnability rate of 3.60, Memorability of 3.35, Efficiency of 3.90, Errors of 3.12, and Satisfaction of 3.63. Therefore, the average usability level of the Final Judgment system is 3.52. The user agrees that the developed Final Judgment information system has met the expected functional needs and is considered more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi era industi 4.0, lulusan perguruan tinggi dalam rumpun ilmu Informatika dan Komputer dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan teknologi industri saat ini. Keterhubungan dan keselarasan (link and match) antara dunia pendidikan dan industri menjadi kunci dalam optimalisasi penyerapan tenaga kerja terampil. Tanpa adanya link and match, lulusan bisa menganggur. Industri pun juga berpotensi kehilangan peluang dalam penyiapan tenaga kerja. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, program studi S1 Sistem Informasi Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto, SUHU dan T-Lab menyelenggarakan Webinar Series “Link & Match Teknologi Informasi antara Dunia Akademik dan Kebutuhan Industri” dengan topik Digital Business Roadmap: Menggali ide kreatif bisnis digital. Kegiatan webinar ini dilakukan dengan metode presentasi atau ceramah dan metode pendampingan serta membagikan pengetahuan baru kepada peserta tentang Digital Business Transformation dan bagaimana menggali ide kreatif bisnis digital. Hasilnya peserta mampu memahami transformasi bisnis digital kemudian menggali ide kreatif bisnis digital untuk dapat dikembangkan dalam suatu proposal bisnis. Kemudian peserta juga didorong dan dimotivasi untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi ide bisnis digital.

Abstract

Social networks have proven to be an essential marketing tool for the success of any product, service, or business. User participation affects the increase in revenue gain and creates long-term profit. The User Engagement Scale (UES) is one of the tools developed to measure user engagement and has been used in various digital domains. The UES intends to compute six dimensions of engagement: aesthetic appeal, perceived usability, focused attention, novelty, felt involvement, and endurability. This study investigates and verifies the three-factor structure of the UES. We used PCA to perform the analysis. The original data will be reanalyzed using UES, which consists of 220 valid responses. The result shows that the UES examination indicates good reliability in three factors. Factor 1 encompasses the feeling of involvement (FI), aesthetic appeal (AE), novelty (NO), and endurability (EN). Factor 2 aggregates the perceived usability (PU) elements. Factor 3 pertains to focused attention (FA) items. Our findings indicate that the User Engagement Scale is a valuable and suitable measurement tool for assessing user engagement in the context of social media within small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi, khususnya teknologi informasi, telah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk usaha rumah kost. Namun, banyak UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, seperti yang dialami oleh Kost Mbah Joko di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Meskipun baru berdiri, kost ini belum menerapkan sistem informasi yang mengakibatkan proses bisnisnya masih manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi rumah kost dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang dapat memberikan solusi perancangan aplikasi dengan efisien dan murah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang dirancang menggunakan framework next js dan juga database postgre sql dengan fitur booking kamar dan juga admin dashboard.

Abstract

The advancement of the digital era provides many conveniences in various fields. This is because its presence can support the sharing of human activities. One of the conveniences that can be felt is the digital transformation in the implementation of English certification to improve the effectiveness and quality of its implementation. English certification through a web-based English Competency Test (ECT) is a form of digital transformation used to certify English at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto. However, in practice, the use of the English Competency Test (ECT) system still has several shortcomings, such as the appearance on the English Competency Test (ECT) is less attractive and difficult to understand, the access process is less responsive and some features are not functioning properly. Therefore, to correct the existing deficiencies, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of use. This study is here to analyze the quality assessment of the English Competency Test (ECT) system. By using the Computer System Usability Questioner (CSUQ) instrument in the form of a questionnaire to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and convenience provided by ECT. The results showed that the usability of the English Competency Test (ECT) system was “Neutral” with a feasibility percentage of 58%. Neutral indicates that the English Competency Test (ECT) can be used, but still cannot be said to be good. Based on the research results, improvements can be made to the Information Quality section by providing error messages and improvements and improvements to the Interface Quality section to make it more user friendly.
