Abstract

Rubber auction cooperatives are cooperatives whose main function is to auction rubber agricultural products for these member communities. Currently, among the problems that exist in the auction process, namely: first, auction entrants must come to the auction site even if only to bid a price. Second, the auction administration process has redundant of entrant data due to having to fill out a form every time they participate in the auction. From these two problems, this research will conduct application development as an auction medium for related parties. The application developed is a mobile-based application so that it can be accessed easily by all parties. The method used in the development process is the adaptive software-development method with three major stages of speculation, collaboration, and learning which was tested using black box testing. The Research Results are an application with the main feature of conducting the auction process from the cooperative's side, and auction participants can bid prices through the application. The application developed also functions properly in accordance with existing features as evidenced by the results of application testing using the black box technique so that it can help the rubber auction process for related parties.

Abstract

In reporting road damage to the Palembang Bina Marga, the road broom team did still have shortcomings because the reporting that was done was not efficient because the reports in the form of photographs had to be printed first and then given to the officers in the bina marga. The purpose of this study was to design and build a road damage reporting system at the Highways of Palembang city with reports that in the form of direct report photos can be sent to the website and officers can display reports that have been received directly to the DGH field. With the existence of web-based road damage reporting using Google maps the API that activates GPS can make it easier to find location points about road damage so that people can immediately report via smartphone which was developed using web-responsive methods aimed at providing an optimal surfing experience in various devices and expected can help the government and the people of Palembang city in an effort to pay attention to the road conditions around. "Design and Implementation of Community Reporting Information System for Road Damage in Palembang Using Google Maps API". Dalam pelaporan kerusakan jalan Bina Marga Palembang, tim sapu jalan memang masih memiliki kekurangan karena pelaporan yang dilakukan kurang efisien karena laporan berupa foto harus dicetak terlebih dahulu kemudian diberikan kepada petugas di bina marga. . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan di Bina Marga kota Palembang dengan laporan yang berupa foto laporan langsung dapat dikirim ke website dan petugas dapat menampilkan laporan yang telah diterima langsung ke Bina Marga. bidang. Dengan adanya pelaporan kerusakan jalan berbasis web dengan menggunakan Google maps API yang mengaktifkan GPS dapat memudahkan dalam menemukan titik lokasi kerusakan jalan sehingga masyarakat dapat segera melaporkan melalui smartphone yang dikembangkan dengan metode web-responsive yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Pengalaman berselancar di berbagai perangkat dan diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dan masyarakat kota palembang dalam upaya memperhatikan kondisi jalan di sekitar. Abstract

In the process of data collection of agricultural food products and horticulture consists of several data covering the time, area, area of land, crop yields, and types of plants stored in the form of files with large amounts of data. The large amount of data can cause errors in compiling information for the process of analysis and evaluation for the agriculture department. The analysis process can be faster and more precise by implementing Business intelligence. Business intelligence is a concept and method for managing and analyzing data and facts into more effective information to improve the quality of organizational evaluation and decision-making processes. One form of information that can be provided from the application of business intelligence is a visual dashboard that can help display information that makes it easier to analyze the development of agricultural products efficiently and interactively. Processing data for analysis in this study using the Pentaho application. By implementing Business Intelligence, it is expected to be able to assist the Department of Food Agriculture and Horticulture in South Sumatra Province in analyzing the development of agricultural products

Abstract

Pencatatan kehadiran pegawai merupakan hal penting dalam perusahaan. Data kehadiran pegawai akan digunakan sebagai salah satu aspek dalam penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai. Pencatatan kehadiran manual sendiri yaitu pencatatan kehadiran dengan menggunakan lembaran yang akan diisi oleh seorang pegawai pada saat masuk kerja. Sistem yang sedang berjalan ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan diantaranya terbukanya peluang kemungkinan terjadinya ketidakjujuran karyawan dimana rekan sekerja yang lain mencatatkan waktu kerja yang bukan dirinya (buddy punching). Oleh karena itu untuk memperbaiki sistem maka diimplementasikan sistem presensi sidik jari, yang lebih akurat dalam mengidentifikasi seseorang lewat sidik jari. Metode pengujian perangkat lunak presensi sidik jari ini menggunakan pengujian alpha dan beta dengan pendekatan metode black box. Dari hasil pengujian beta dan hasil kuisioner dari responden memberikan 54,2% pilihan jawaban setuju terhadap hasil implementasi perangkat lunak presensi diperusahaan. Artinya perangkat lunak presensi berbasis sidik jari dapat membantu pegawai dalam melakukan presensi dengan mudah dan cepat.

Abstract

Abstrak— BRT Transmusi Palembang, merupakan sarana angkutan umum masyarakat kota palembang yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat. Sampai saat ini armadanya sudah mencapai 180 unit dan didukung dengan keberadaan halte yang jumlahnya mencapai 290 halte. Untuk menggunakan jasa BRT TransMusi, masyarakat terlebih dahulu harus menuju ke halte terdekat. Banyaknya halte yang tersebar di penjuru kota Palembang, justru menyebabkan kebingungan bagi pengguna untuk menentukan halte mana yang harus dia tuju. Untuk itu, masyarakat perlu panduan agar bisa menemukan dan menuju halte dengan cepat. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile pencarian halte BRT TransMusi berbasis lokasi. Dengan aplikasi ini pengguna dapat dengan mudah menemukan dan menuju halte terdekat dari posisinya berada karena aplikasi ini akan menampilkan peta jalan untuk menuju ke lokasi halte terdekat. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dalam bentuk mobile, karena pengguna akan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat dalam mengakses aplikasi ini. Selain itu dengan perangkat mobile pengguna bisa mengakases aplikasi ini kapan saja dan dimana saja dalam wilayah kota Palembang.Kata Kunci— Halte, transmusi, mobile, location base serviceAbstract— BRT Transmusi Palembang, a public transportation city of Palembang society that is growing rapidly. The number of bus stops are scattered throughout the city of Palembang, it causes confusion for users to determine which one should stop him going. With this application, users can easily find and headed to the nearest stop of the position is because the application will display a map of the road to get to the nearest bus stop locations. The application was developed in the form of mobile, because users will be easier and faster to access this application. Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah barang serta penempatan lokasi barang yang berbeda-beda pada Universitas Bina Darma membuat proses inventarisasi barang menjadi lebih sulit. Sehingga diperlukan sistem informasi inventaris barang yang dapat membantu proses inventarisasi pada Universitas Bina Darma. Inventarisasi merupakan kegiatan pencatatan data barang berbentuk material baik barang yang masuk maupun barang keluar dan juga pengajuan atau pengadaan barang. Pada penelitian ini sistem informasi inventaris hanya meliputi pencatatan barang masuk, perawatan, hingga barang tersebut keluar. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). RAD adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek untuk pengembangan sistem. Dalam metode ini terdapat 3 (tiga) fase, yaitu 1) Perencanaan Kebutuhan (Requirements Planning), 2) Desain Kerja (Design Workshop), dan 3) Implementasi (Implementation). Alat yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem adalah Sublime sebagai alat coding, CodeIgniter sebagai framework PHP, Bootstrap Sebagai framework CSS dan Javascript, serta XAMPP untuk menjalankan sistem yang dibangun. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Inventaris Barang Berbasis Mobile Web. Dimana sistem dapat diakses melalui browser smartphone maupun browser personal computer (PC) agar sistem dapat menjadi lebih fleksibel.

Abstract

Proses pengembangan aplikasi merupakan salah satu kondisi yang sangat penting agar mendapatkan aplikasi yang baik. Untuk mengembangan aplikasi terdapat berbagai metode pengembangan yang dapat digunakan. Salah satu metode tersebut yaitu rapid application development (RAD). Metode RAD merupakan metode pengembangan yang melibatkan pengguna atau client. Untuk itu di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan implementasi metode RAD dalam proses pengembagnan aplikasi pelaporan kerusakan jalan. Dimana kebutuhan dari aplikasi ini untuk menjawab permsalahan dalam proses pengaduan kerusakan jalan yang selama ini memiliki mekanisme birokrasi yang panjang. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu alternative bagi masyarakat untuk menyampaikan laporan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pelaporan yang dibuat dengan dua antarmuka yaitu mobile yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat dan web yang diperuntukkan bagi pemerintah. selain itu juga aplikasi yang dihasilkan telah dikembangkan secara terstruktur mengikuti proses dari metode RAD mulai dari perencanaan, desain RAD dan implementasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaporan kerusakan jalan dapat dilakukan yang dibuktikan dengan akses pengguna masyarakat dapat melakukan laporan dan akses admin dapat menindak lanjuti laporan tersebut.   The application development process is one of the most important conditions in order to get a good application. To develop applications, there are various development methods that can be used. One such method is the rapid application development (RAD). The RAD method is a development method that involves users or clients. For this reason, in this study, the implementation of the RAD method is carried out in the process of developing a road damage reporting application. Where is the need for this application to answer problems in the process of complaints about road damage which so far has a long bureaucratic mechanism. By making the application, it is hoped that it can become an alternative for the public to submit reports quickly, precisely and accurately. The results of this study are in the form of a reporting application made with two interfaces, namely a mobile which is intended for the public and a web which is intended for the government. Besides that, the resulting application has been developed in a structured manner following the process of the RAD method starting from planning, RAD design and implementation. The implementation results show that the road damage reporting process can be carried out as evidenced by the access of community users who can make reports and admin access can follow up on the report.

Abstract

Test engine try out is an information system used by prospective alumni students to practice the questions in taking the certification exams at Bina Darma University. Exercises that can be done on this test engine are vendor certifications such as Microsoft Technology Associate, SAP, NIIT, PASAS, CISCO, and various other certifications. To ascertain whether the test engine is in line with the expectations and needs of the participants try out then an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation technique used is usability with the system usability scale approach. System usability scale is an information system evaluation technique that looks at three aspects, namely adjective rating, grade scale, acceptability by involving end users in the evaluation process. In the process of evaluating the usability scale system, ten instruments were used as a measure of evaluation. From the evaluation, the final result is 87.33. According to these conditions, it can be concluded that the test engine try out from the side of the adjective rating includes the excellence group, from the grade scale side including B group, and from the acceptability side including the acceptable group.

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja merupakan salah satu tolak ukur untuk melihat bagaimana seseorang dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja banyak cara yang dapat dilakukan baik secara konvensional ataupun terkomputerisasi. Pengukuran kinerja sendiri saat ini telah masuk disemua lini baik pemerintahan, industri maupun pendidikan. Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah merupakan lembaga Pendidikan yang mengedepankan Pendidikan agama islam dalam proses pembelajarannya. Saat ini Pondok Pesantren Qodratullah telah melakukan penilaian untuk menentukan guru terbaik. Namun dalam proses penilaian mulai dari pembuatan form penilaian, pengisian penilaian, dan rekapitulasi hasil penilaian yang membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang tidak sedikit. Sesuai dengan kondisi tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi untuk menentukan guru terbaik sebagai upaya memudahkan proses penilaian. Metode pengembangan digunakan yaitu prototype dengan tiga tahapan pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistem informasi penentuan guru terbaik yang memiliki fitur mulai dari penentuan kriteria, sub kriteria, indikator, guru, proses penilaian guru dan pelaporan hasil penilaian. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, guru terbaik, kinerja, prototype Abstract Performance measurement is one of the benchmarks to see how someone is doing their work. To measure the performance of many ways that can be done either conventionally or computerized. Performance measurement itself is now included in all lines of government, industry and education. Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that emphasizes Islamic religious education in the learning process. Currently Qodratullah Islamic Boarding School has conducted an assessment to determine the best teacher. But in the appraisal process starting from making an appraisal form, filling in the appraisal, and recapitulating the results of the appraisal that requires a lot of time and effort. In accordance with these conditions, this research was carried out the development of information systems to determine the best teacher in an effort to facilitate the assessment process. The development method used is prototype with three stages of development. The results of the study are in the form of an information system for determining the best teachers who have features ranging from determining criteria, sub criteria, indicators, teachers, teacher assessment process and reporting on assessment results.
