Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh upah, supervisi, semangat kerja dan k3 terhadap Produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Mitra Unggul Pusaka dengan jumlah sampel 104 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode  analisis deskripsif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan mengunakan uji t dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis Variabel yang digunakan adalah upah, supervisi, semangat kerja dan k3 sebagai variabel bebas, produktivitas karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Upah, Supervisi, Semangat Kerja,K3

Abstract

Guna mengatasi kesulitan dalam berbelanja online, Shopee perlu meninjau pengaruh online consumer review, keamanan dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh online consumer review, keamanan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang populernya situs online Shopee, jumlah pengunjung yang masih sedikit dibandingkan situs lainnya, dan berbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan online consumer review, keamanan, dan persepsi risiko. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan f untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel online consumer review, keamanan dan persepsi risiko mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online di Shopee. Abstract

Salah satu sektor wisata pancing Desa Mentulik Kec. Kampar Kiri Hilir, Kab. Kampar yang terdampak pandemi covid 19 adalah UKM AA Pancing. Beberapa persoalan yang ditemukan pada UKM AA Pancing terdiri dari aspek permodalan dimana kurangnya jumlah kapal yang memiliki mesin yang layak guna, aspek teknologi pemasaran dimana pemasaran dan penjualan UKM AA Pancing masih dilakukan secara manual dan aspek manajerial dimana tidak pernah dilakukan pencatatan kas masuk dan kas keluar bagi mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja UKM AA Pancing, selain itu juga kurangnya kepedulian UKM AA Pancing dan masyarakat sekitar untuk mengikuti protokol kesehatan dan juga keselamatan. Bagi memberikan solusi atas persoalan yang di hadapi, beberapa solusi yang di tawarkan yakni : 1) Penambahan mesin sampan, baju pelampung dan alat pancing, 2) Pembuatan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan 3) Pemberian pelatihan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan. Kegiatan ini dirasa mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam pengelolaan bisnis wisatanya. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan meliputi sosialisasi manajemen usaha dan keselamatan usaha pancing dan pemberian beberapa peralatan usaha seperti mesin, alat pancing dan pelampung. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat membantu keberlangsungan dan pengembangan usaha mitra serta mampu meningkatkan pariwisata pancing desa mentulik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention di PT Cahaya Indah Sang Surya Pekanbaru baik secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Persamaan Regresi Linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang karyawan di PT Cahaya Indah Sang Surya Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian keseluruhan variabel konflik dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention di PT Cahaya Indah Sang Surya Pekanbaru, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention di PT Cahaya Indah Sang Surya Pekanbaru. Variabel konflik, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja telah berkontribusi sebesar 91,6% terhadap variabel turnover intention, walaupun masih terdapat 8,4% pengaruh pada faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk didalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Konflik, Stres Kerja, Keuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Research is to identify and analyze the effect of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously at the tax consultant office of Dr. Sudarno, S.Pd., M.M., BKP and partners Pekanbaru. The research sample was all clients of the tax consultant office of Dr. Sudarno, S.Pd., M.M., BKP and partners in Pekanbaru city as many as 86 clients consisting of 44 corporate income tax and 42 income tax clients. Determination of the sample using the census method or saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS Windows 19. The independent variables are product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The results showed that product, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence had a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. However, the results of the study also show that the price variable has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction and the location variable has an insignificant negative either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the tax consultant office Dr. Sudarno, S.Pd., M.M., BKP and colleagues Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. It also aims to explore the role of OCB as a mediating variable in the relationship between Locus of Control, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance among personnel in the Accounting Department of Panca Eka Pekanbaru (Naval Base V Pekanbaru). The research design adopts a causal approach with a quantitative methodology. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, and primary data is collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Square method. The study involves fifty accounting staff members from Panca Eka Pekanbaru. Evaluating Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the accounting staff is crucial due to its significance in defining the responsibilities of Navy personnel across different units. Job Satisfaction also plays a vital role in enhancing work performance. The accounting department of Panca Eka Pekanbaru emphasizes the importance of optimal employee performance. This emphasis is rooted in the perspective of the accounting staff regarding their control over internal and external events in their lives. The findings of the study are as follows: (1) Locus of Control does not significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (2) Job Satisfaction positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (3) Both Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction have an impact on Employee Performance; (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) does not significantly influence Employee Performance; (5) Locus of Control and Job Satisfaction do not significantly affect Employee Performance through the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Employee motivation serves as an indicator of the level of enthusiasm, commitment, and originality that employees direct towards their job responsibilities. This study aims to investigate the effects of both interpersonal skills and technical skills on employee performance, while also examining whether work motivation plays a role in the Clinical Skincare context in Pekanbaru. The study encompasses all personnel associated with the Skincare Clinic in 2019. Using a comprehensive approach, a total of 32 individuals from the clinic were chosen as the study's participants. Data essential for the research was gathered through surveys administered to the clinic's staff. To assess the hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was conducted utilizing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results demonstrate that: (1) Interpersonal skills have a positive influence on work motivation. (2) Technical skills have a positive impact on work motivation. (3) Interpersonal skills positively affect employee performance. (4) Technical skills have a favorable effect on performance. (5) Work motivation significantly contributes to performance. (6) Motivation serves as a partial mediator between interpersonal skills and performance. (7) Work motivation does not act as a mediator in the relationship between technical skills and performance. As a suggestion, future researchers are encouraged to explore alternate mediating variables that could impact the association between technical skills and employee performance.
