Abstract

This study analyzes several variables that affect consumer satisfaction at the Gambir Tiga Putri Kediri Cracker Company. Some of these variables are consumer confidence and customer satisfaction. By analyzing a sample of 86 consumers who bought Gambir Crackers from the Tiga Putri Kediri company and analyzed using multiple linear regression, the results showed that consumer trust had a significant effect on consumer loyalty by 0.257, and consumer satisfaction influenced consumer loyalty by 0.525. The results of the analysis also show a coefficient of determination of 0.833 which means that consumer confidence and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: consumer trust, consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of Internet Marketing based on the Android application "FEUNISKAMarket". This quantitative study conducted descriptive approach using the help of questionnaires in accordance with the research variable indicators. The process of dissemination and data collection is given randomly, sampling accidental non random probability non sampling by giving a questionnaire to 25 students who posted their products in the Android application "FEUNISKAmarket" and were willing to fill out questionnaires in May and June 2018. The results of this study indicate that all the most respondents are female students with the age range between 20 to 30 years as users of the Android Internet Marketing application "FEUNISKAmarket" stated agree and simply agree with the quality statement of the android application that has fulfilled aesthetic elements, user convenience, multimedia techniques and content that are interesting to see. However, disagree with the statement that the android application is already known by many people. It is expected that respondents can help socialize this android application to many people and researchers can then expand the population and sample if you want to examine the same variables and objects.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas Internet Marketing berbasis aplikasi android “FEUNISKAMarket”. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melakukan pendekatan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan bantuan angket/kuesioner sesuai dengan indikator variabel penelitian. Proses penyebaran dan pengumpulan data diberikan secara acak yaitu sampling accidental non random probability non sampling dengan memberikan angket pada 25 mahasiswa yang memposting produknya di aplikasi android “FEUNISKAmarket” dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner pada bulan Mei dan Juni 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden terbanyak yaitu mahasiswa perempuan dengan rentang umur antara 20 s/d 30 tahun sebagai pengguna aplikasi android  Internet Marketing“FEUNISKAmarket” menyatakan  setuju dan cukup setuju dengan pernyataan kualitas aplikasi android sudah memenuhi unsur estetika, kemudahan pengguna,  teknik multimedia dan menu (konten) yang menarik untuk dilihat. Namun, tidak setuju dengan pernyataan bahwa aplikasi android sudah dikenal oleh banyak orang. Diharapkan responden dapat membantu mensosialisasikan aplikasi android ini pada banyak orang dan peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas populasi dan sampel jika ingin meneliti dengan variabel dan objek yang sama

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research was conducted in a company engaged of snack foods amanda brownies branch sidoarjo. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchase decisions and to determine the most dominant influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. From the results of multiple regression analysis can be taken the regression equation as follows: Y = 15,041 + 0,483 X1 + 0,369 X2 Based on the magnitude of the coefficient of determination ( ) is known that the variable contribution of product quality and service quality on the purchase decision is 0.309 or 31% Based on the results of the calculation simultaneously or the test F shows F count = (21.704)> Ftable (3.09) and the result of signification is 0,000 <0,05, so the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable. While the partial calculation or t test shows the significance of 0.000 and t arithmetic 4,514 means that the quality of the product influence the purchase decision with the significance of 0,000 <0.05 and t count (4.541)> t table (0.677). And the result of t test shows sig. 0.000 and t count 2,931 mean that service quality influence on purchasing decision with signification equal to 0,000 <0,05 and t count (2,931)> t table (0,677). So, it can be concluded that the product quality is the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions with a t value of 4.541.Keywords: product quality, service quality, purchase decision ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan di perusahaan makanan ringan amanda brownies cabang sidoarjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang paling dominan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dari hasil analisis regresi berganda diambil persamaan regresinya sebagai berikut: Y = 15,041 + 0,483 X1 + 0,369 X2 Berdasarkan besarnya koefisien determinasi ( ) diketahui bahwa, besaran kontribusi variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 0,309 atau 31%. Sedangkan pada perhitungan secara parsial atau uji t menunjukan signifikasi  0,000 dan t hitung 4,514 yang berarti Kualitas produk  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (4.514) > t tabel (0,677). Dan hasil dari uji t menunjukan sig. 0,000 dan t hitung 2.931 yang berarti kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (2.931) > t tabel (0,677). Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.514.Kata kunci: kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of style of leadership, competencies, and school atmosphare toword the teacher performence in seven group own state Prelementry School City District-Kediri City. Analysis instrument use in this study uses multiple linear regression analyse, which consist of teacher performance as dependent variables and style of leadership (X1), competencies (X2), and school atmosphare (X3) as independent variables. Determine the most independent factors that influence the teacher performance the researcher use T-test analyse, data collected from questioners, observations and school document. In this study, we found that teacher competencies is the most factors which influence the teacher performances. In this study, we found too that style of leadership, competency, and school atmosphere significant influence the teacher performance.

Abstract

The main factor of employee assesment performance is very important to plan and evaluate of company overall. This study aims to analyze several variables that influence the performace employees of “Mekar” Departement store Kediri. The variables that referred to is dicipline and compenzation employees. Research methods that were used of these tests are quantitive within 73 people, “Mekar” depertment store Kediri as sampels. Statistic analysis technique that is used is using the tools of multiple regression with SPSS software.Based on calculation on obtained that the regression coefficient of 59.1% for variable compensation and 40.1% for dicipline variable. The results of this proves that employees will be had more a good performance , if all employees appreciated be compensated according to his job. The remembrance of compensation is the variable who is influential dominant on the performance of employees , so bloom supermarkets in the kabupaten kediri , it is expected that besides prioritizing financial compensation also non financial compensation to employees who performed well given a position promotion or an award as can also be done by providing education and training so that the employees more aggressive in in working.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of e-commerce use, and product quality on purchasing decisions in the marketplace of fashion products. (studi kasus mahasiswa program studi Manajemen UNISKA). The location of this research was carried out at Kadiri Islamic University, a college managed by the Pancasila Muslim Cendikia Foundation (YBCMP) located in Jl. The Sergeant No. 38, Manisrenggo, the town of Kediri, the district of Sediri. This research is quantitative. Data collection is done using methods of interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out using validity test methods, reliability test, classical assumption test that includes normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity trial, and heterocedasty test, double linear regression test, determination coefficient test, t test, and F test. The results of research have shown that there is a strong relationship between the variables of e-commerce, and the quality of the product to the purchase decision on the marketplace of fashion products. This is demonstrated by the R Square value of 0.815 so the correlation coefficient (relation) can be said to be very strong with the consumer prescription in deciding on the purchase in the marketplace of fashion products. (case study student’s Management Program of UNISKA).

Abstract

Some problems that often occur in the work environment are discomfort with the work environment, this is sometimes caused by a lot of work pressure and mismatches between employees, then the sense of employee discipline that is still considered lacking so that it has a bad impact on company performance activities. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment (X1), work discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of Rejeki Makmur Kediri as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of the SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) Non-Physical Work Environment partially affected but not significantly on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.423 and a value of Sig. 0.165 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.932 and a value of Sig.0.000 < 0.05 (3) compensation, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 11.043 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis test, it produces the equation formula Y = 11.043 + -1.423 X1 + (3.932X2) + e.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Brilliant English Course Pare, Kediri Regency. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 30 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample type method, namely non-probability sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of extrinsic motivation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is the influence of work discipline, extrinsic motivation and compensation simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
