Abstract

This Community Service is carried out with the aim of providing a real picture of the application or implementation of the knowledge that has been obtained in lectures and comparing it with conditions in the field and increasing student knowledge in overcoming problems in the community and also providing benefits to increase student knowledge in learning new things related with the community and marine sontoh sea tourism. The method used in community service activities is by conducting an initial survey regarding the potential of the selected tourism as the location of the PKM, determining the right time for the implementation of the PKM, coordinating with Pokdarwis regarding the work program to be carried out, direct socialization to the community. The results obtained from community service activities that focus on developing tourist objects by adding infrastructure that can be useful to attract tourists and MSMEs, so as to increase sales and human resources. Based on the results of observations and discussions the Pkm Surabaya 3 team has compiled a work program as follows, namely an introduction to tourism video with the aim of helping to show the characteristics of marine marine tourism, reforestation which is useful for making the marine sontoh marine tourism environment more beautiful, signposts are made to make it easier the tourists go to the marine tourism location of Sontoh Laut, photo spots with the aim of providing the beauty of the place, so that tourists when visiting are interested in taking pictures, socializing with the aim of adding insight to the surrounding community and maintaining existing cultural values so that they become characteristics and characteristics from marine tourism to sontoh laut, and finally an additional program, namely teaching the Koran and English.

Abstract

In the context of distance learning, educators face limitations in utilizing traditional learning media, prompting the need to explore alternative approaches for self-evaluation activities. This research focuses on the development of an offline desktop version of an entrepreneurial mind mapping tool as a learning medium. The objectives of this study are twofold: 1) to analyze the feasibility of an interactive learning medium based on mind mapping, and 2) to assess its practicality in terms of structure and implementation. Data collection involved documentation methods, interviews, review sheets, expert validation, and questionnaires. The study employed the 4D stages (define, design, develop, disseminate) to develop the product in an e-module format. The findings indicate that the developed learning medium is highly feasible and practical. It significantly enhances students' understanding compared to other learning media, as evidenced by the measured results. Students responded positively to the developed media, suggesting that interactive learning media based on mind mapping in entrepreneurship courses can effectively support student understanding, especially in the context of distance learning.

Abstract

Kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) merupakan program yang diterapkan untuk memberikan manfaat bagi mahasiswa agar dapat belajar mengenali dan mengkaji permasalahan yang ada dengan menerapkan ilmu yang sudah didapatkan sehingga dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di masyarakat dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat itu sendiri untuk mendapat pilihan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Tujuan dari KKN ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat mengembangkan UMKM di era digitalisasi, dengan melakukan pendekatan selama satu bulan sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa rata-rata pelaku usaha masih belum memanfaatkan media internet sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan produk sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan dosen membantu merencanakan program pengembangan, edukasi dan pemberdayaan UMKM Dusun Gantang agar dapat bertahan di era digitalisasi.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is an annual program carried out by each university which is an application of the Higher Education Chess Dharma. While the Real Work Lecture (KKN) is an annual program carried out by each university which is an application of the Higher Education Chess Dharma. With the implementation of PKM and KKN, it provides extraordinary benefits for students and the community because the results obtained from the implementation of PKM and KKN are enormous, such as an experience gained by students in the form of how to live with the community properly and much more. The implementation of PKM and KKN with "Building Competitive Villages Based on Local Potential, Technology & Green Economy" is oriented towards community empowerment, aiming for students to be able to think critically, analyze problems carefully, and find the best solutions in dealing with various problems related to the scientific field theoretically and practically. From PKM and KKN activities, students are able to develop science, technology, and art in community life.

Abstract

This study intends to examine the implications of stagflation risk on capital utilization in the East Java from a macroeconomic perspective. Non-random, saturated sampling was used in the sampling procedure. The quantitative nature of this study approach allows for the testing of ideas from unbiased perspectives. Using time series secondary data 2014 to 2022 with capital utilization from the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP), inflation and open employment rate from the Bank of Indonesia, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression processed using ordinary least squares (OLS) by EViews12. The findings were as follows: 1). Capital utilization is positively and significantly impacted by the stagflation trap of gross regional domestic product (GRDP). 2). Capital utilization positive effects from the Stagflation trap of inflation, although the effect is insignificant. 3). The open unemployment rate's Stagflation trap has a positive and significant effect on capital utilization. 4). The macroeconomic stagflation trap, which is represented by the gross regional domestic product (GRDP), inflation rate, and open unemployment rate, has a substantial impact on capital utilization simultaneously. This study's findings are statistically in line with previous findings and theoretical literature.

Abstract

The difference in turnover fluctuations with a tendency to decline in the last few sales periods is the basis for research in analyzing the effectiveness of the digital marketing approach. The role of digital marketing in increasing sales turnover of service products at PT Fokus Kualitas Utama places a new strategic decision when it is declared effective. The data studied in the form of observations of digital marketing platforms, and interview results from sources about the role of digital marketing to increase turnover of service companies. The results of this study are based on observations of data on the use of digital marketing and use quantitative research methods that are collaborated with data validation of findings in the field from interviews and observation of documentation. The use of the t-test or paired-sample test in this study is intended as an effort for researchers to determine the level of change in turnover from the results of comparing the use of digital marketing approaches with conventional approaches with data sources from the same subject. The results of this study conclude that the roles and benefits obtained when using digital marketing effectively make it easier to expand interactions which are an opportunity to increase service sales turnover at PT Fokus Kualitas Utama.
