Abstract

Wabah pandemi Covid 19 yang melanda 2 tahun terakhir telah memberikan dampak buruk bagi perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Menurunnya daya beli masyarakat berdampak langsung kepada penjualan dan keuntungan UMKM yang terus mengalami pengurangan. Lebih dari 88% usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) mengalami penurunan margin keuntungan selama masa pandemic. Kebangkitan UMKM dari keterpurukan akibat pandemic Covid-19 membutuhkan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, baik swasta, perguruan tinggi, dan pasti pemerintah. Dukungan pihak pemerintah melalui dinas terkait melalui pembinaan dan pelatihan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menguatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam menintkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi. Kemudahan akses bantuan dana perbankan juga diperlukan untuk menambah kekuatan UMKM mengoperasikan usahanya. Peran pihak swasta bisa ditingkatkan dengan menjadikan UKMK sebagai mitra usahanya. Melalui Dharma Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat perguruan tinggi dapat berperan dalam mendukung kebangkitan UMKM melalui berbagai program yang didanai baik oleh internal perguruan tinggi maupun Kemendikbud. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat skema Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah yang dilaksanakan dalam mendampingi UKM Kain Tenun Lurik yang terdampak pandemic Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of using the quizizz application in the Fashion Knowledge course. The research method used is a convergent parallel mixture. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, which is based on the primary consideration of who can provide the best information to achieve the objectives of this study, and the number of samples can be determined based on the study's objectives. The sample used was 32 students of the fashion design study program in semester 1 of FY 2021/2022. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation. For quantitative data collection using go. The form was distributed to 32 students. Meanwhile, to collect qualitative data through in-depth interviews with five students. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of this study is that in using the quizizz application in this Fashion Knowledge course, there is an element of an update following the development of industry 4.1. The use of quizizz also provides satisfaction to students because of the transparency in finding out the final score obtained from the evaluation. The ease of using quizizz is felt by students because they can do fashion knowledge course questions anywhere, even if they only use cell phones. Students are more motivated in fashion knowledge lessons after using the quizizz application, especially practicing practice questions to continue practicing and reading to get a high score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the owner of The Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique and Fashion House, Nelly Memosa, towards the Competence of Industrial Practice Students. This research method is a qualitative method with a case study approach model. In this study, data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in-depth with the owner of Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique, namely Mr Zam Warir and The Owner of Fashion House Nelly Memosa, namely Mrs Gusri Nelly. Observations were made on student activities during pre-employment. In addition, documentation is carried out to photograph student activities and document student activity reports and assessment results from the industry. Data analysis used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the perception of the owner of Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique, and Fashion House Nelly Memosa, towards the competence possessed by pre-employment students is good. This can be seen from the skills possessed by pre-employment students, which include designing skills, making patterns, cutting materials, sewing, and finishing. In addition, the skills possessed by pre-employment students are also by the Intan Gallery Kebaya Boutique and Nelly Memosa Fashion House, so implementing pre-employment is beneficial for the business world. The pre-employment program's performance benefits The Diamond Boutique of Galeri Kebaya and Fashion House Nelly Memosa. It is beneficial for production activities in the business world.
