Abstract

Telah dilakukan sintesis dan karakterisasi aspal yang dimodifikasi dengan karbosil dan silika. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mikrosuktur dan struktur komposit aspal karbosil silika dengan perbandingan komposisi berat yaitu 50:50:0; 42,5:42,5:15; 40:40:20; 37,5:37,5:25; 35:35:30; 32,5:32,5:35. Silika diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode alkalis dan karbosil diperoleh dengan metode pirolisis. Hasil analisis XRD diperoleh fasa yang terbentuk dari setiap variasi komposisi adalah fasa amorf. Analisis DTA/TGA menunjukkan terjadinya perubahan energi akibat penambahan panas dengan ditandai adanya penyusutan massa pada sampel. Variasi komposisi pada sampel menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan nilai pada kuat tekan, porositas dan perubahan ketebalan.

Abstract

This research was about the partnership program of CSR conducted by the state owned entreprise through the economic empowerment of SMEs with the provision of capital to improve the revenue to create prosperity. This study was aimed to analyze the implementation of CSR partnership program. This study used the qualitative approach with documentation type and the documentation technique. The data analysis was done through data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the partnership program of CSR had a legal basis in the implementation and conducted through partnerships based on some business patterns. The CSR partnership program had the allocations funds from SOEs net income, deposits, administrative services/revenue share/margin, interest on deposits, etc. While recommendation that this research is that The Ministry of SOEs should make the procedures for implementing the partnership program that contains stages in providing funds for potential partnership established partners, implementing organizations and evaluation activities.

Abstract

The research about the restructuring in public enterprice is one of the way to develop the corporation, running by a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research in order to give the analysis and descripton about the restructring program in PTPN VII (Persero) Lampung. Thersearch got the data from documentation and litetarute or references about the subject matter. The result of this research showed that there were lots of changes in organization structure during the period of 2009 until 2014. It showed that this corpaoration has done some resctruturing ways suchas: asets, organization, and finance.

Abstract

The research about the analysis of internal and external environments was done in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII (Persero) which is one of public enterprises, focusing its business in plantations in Lampung, Indonesia. The aims of the research are to describe and analyze the internal and external environments towards the achievement of corporation’s goals. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Meanwhile the data collection used the documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used some kind of procedures such as the reduction data, the display of data and the conclusion. The conclusions from this research were shown that based on the analysis technique using internal and external evaluation factors matrix, the corporation was still unable to cover its weakness and still unable to use the opportunity to overcome the threats. Based on that conclusion, the writer has suggested some advices such as the corporation should work together with the third party to create the survey in order to examine the internal and external factors or to maximize the role of research and development division of its own.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea of Smart ASN which was introduced by the government as a step to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The government must face the industrial revolution 4.0. The apparatus must adapt to technological transformation. The purpose of this research is to explore critically the roots of the Smart ASN idea. This research method uses PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). The results show that the Smart ASN idea still has an inherent problem that is not yet optimal use of information technology. In other words, the Smart ASN idea does not have a solid foothold. The result of the alternative analysis that needs to be done is to optimize the presence of the millennial generation by 1) Providing jobs that are in accordance with their competencies and potential; 2) Provide opportunities to open perspectives and learn new knowledge in work through various methods; 3) Providing space for the new idea; 4) Building a humanistic work culture; and 5) Providing opportunities for capacity building for young apparatuses. Meanwhile, to support the management of human resources, the idea of ASN Corporate University can be implemented to achieve the goal of Smart ASN. Keywords: Bureaucracy, Smart ASN, Industrial Revolution 4.0 Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh gagasan Smart ASN yang dikenalkan pemerintah sebagai langkah menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Revolusi industri 4.0 adalah fase terkini yang harus dihadapi oleh pemerintahan Indonesia. Para aparatur dipaksa untuk beradaptasi terhadap transformasi teknologi agar pelayanan publik lebih efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menelusuri secara kritis akar gagasan Smart ASN, menggali aspek yang masih menjadi kekurangan dalam Smart ASN. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gagasan Smart ASN masih memiliki problem inheren yakni belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam birokrasi. Dengan kata lain, gagasan Smart ASN tidak memiliki pijakan yang kuat sehingga diperlukan langkah mengisi kekosongan yaitu dengan mengoptimalkan momentum hadirnya generasi milenial di lingkungan birokrasi dengan cara pengelolaan SDM di era digital yang bersifat pemberdayaan pegawai: yaitu 1) Memberikan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi dan potensi diri; 2) Memberikan peluang untuk membuka perspektif dan mempelajari pengetahuan baru dalam pekerjaan melalui berbagai metode; 3) Memberikan ruang produksi gagasan; 4) Membangun budaya kerja yang humanis; dan 5) Memberikan peluang peningkatan kapasitas bagi para aparatur muda. Sedangkan untuk menunjang pengelolaan SDM, gagasan ASN Corporate University bisa dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan Smart ASN Kata Kunci: Birokrasi, Smart ASN, Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract

This study aims to produce products such as Word Square-assisted media UNO cards and determine the extent of the effectiveness of media Word Square-assisted learning UNO cards Economics. The method used is the Research and Development (RD). The results of assessment of media experts, expert learning materials, design experts and learners of the product that will be developed after going through several revisions and declared unfit for use and helps the learning process of Economics. Test results Word Square-assisted media products UNO cards developed the conclusion that the average results of tests of critical thinking class experiments using Word Square-assisted media UNO cards higher than the control class that uses the conventional method with the board. The results of the analysis of test values obtained coefficient t is greater than t table so that learning by using media Word Square assisted UNO cards effectively to improve critical thinking skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media Word Square berbantu kartu UNO dan mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas media Word Square berbantu kartu UNO dalam pembelajaran Ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD). Hasil penelitian penilaian ahli media, ahli materi pembelajaran, ahli desain dan peserta didik terhadap produk yang akan dikembangkan setelah melalui beberapa revisi dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan serta membantu proses pembelajaran Ekonomi. Hasil ujicoba produk media Word Square berbantu kartu UNO yang dikembangkan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata hasil tes berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media Word Square berbantu kartu UNO lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional dengan papan tulis. Hasil analisis ujicoba diperoleh nilai koofisien t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel sehingga pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media Word Square berbantu kartu UNO efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, kartu uno, media word square, pengembangan

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that arise from the implementation of the strategy of tourism development and a creative economy in Pisang Island of Pesisir Barat District, Lampung Province. The purpose of this research is to analyze the synergy between various parties in the development of marine tourism in Pisang Island. The research uses descriptive and qualitative approaches. The data collection techniques in use include interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the strategy of marine tourism development in Pisang Island was not well implemented as a result of the lack of co-operation between government, society, and investors. The government was the pioneer of the construction of facilities, in both the main facilities and infrastructure, for potential investors who would invest their capital. As a result of this research, the recommendations to be made are that local governments should increase extension activities (such as training and community education) to create community awareness. Furthermore, private sectors could invest their capital by pioneering the development of facilities that do not yet exist needed near tourism attractions.

Abstract

Data di Indonesia menggambarkan baru seperdelapan (0,125%) dosen dari 45 perguruan tinggi negeri dan 1400 perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia yang telah menulis publikasi, dalam bentuk buku, disisi lain seluruh dosen yang ada di Indonesia diperkirakan berjumlah 1.850.000 orang akademisi. Hal tersebut juga bisa dibuktikan dari jumlah buku yang diterbitkan setiap tahun di Indonesia hanya berjumlah 3000 judul. Penelitian bertujuan untuk peningkatan kapasitas dosen termasuk mahasiswa dalam menulis buku referensi sebagai bagian budaya kegiatan akademik sekaligus instrument tercapainya mutu lembaga akademik. Metode yang digunakan dalam workshop/lokakarya dengan, kepesertaan pada bidang ilmu yang sama, yaitu administrasi public. Penulisan Buku referensi baik oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa, selain menjadi tanngungjawab dan kewajiban akademik juga merupakan standar akreditasi/jaminan mutu lembaga akademik. Upaya pendampingan, komitmen penganggaran dan membangun lingkungan budaya menulis menjadi factor penguat keberhasilan tujuan.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is an obligation carried out by the company and regulated in article 74 paragraph (1) of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies. Social responsibility carried out by IPC is realized through the IPC Peduli program. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of roadmap csr programs on IPC II.. The method used in this research is a type of descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection is conducted using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that there are three areas of programs that become the main focus of CSR in IPC, namely in the field of environment, education and health. The effectiveness of the roadmap CSR programs at IPC can be shown that the implementation is considered quite effective on several indicators such as target accuracy, goal achievement and real change indicators. Indicators whose implementation is not optimal are focused on understanding related to CSR programs. The peoples around the portof panjang has not fully understand every CSR programs in IPC due to the lack of socialization carried out by the IPC to the community, and the lack of timeliness in the implementation of activities in the environmental and health fields. In the implementation of CSR programs there are inhibitory factors and supporting factors from internal and external aspects.

Abstract

Reading interest in Indonesia is still relatively low because the number of books in circulation is uneven, and most books are circulated only in big cities. To overcome this, the Metro City Regional Library and Archives Office are in accordance with its vision and mission in utilizing information technology, namely by creating innovations that make libraries attractive through the ebook program. This program is a service innovation provided by the Metro City Regional Library and Archives Service, namely a library based on digital applications that can easily find and read books coming to the library. This study seeks to determine service innovation's application to the Metro City Library and Archives Service through the ebook program and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the ebook program innovation in the Metro City Library and Archives Service. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This study indicates that the ebook program innovation carried out by the Metro City Library and Archives Office is quite useful in its application. This can be seen from the fulfillment of four of the six indicators of innovation typology: new or improved services, administrative innovation, system innovation, and radical change. Some things of concern are the innovation carried out still shows conceptual weaknesses because the Metro City Library and Archives Service still carries a Type B library and in the process of making application systems require a long time and maintenance of application systems that must be done regularly by human resources who are competent in their field.
