ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilatarbelakangi kondisi di sekolah mitra yang cenderung belum menyiapkan materi ajar yang sesuai dengan jenis dan prinsip pengembangan. Tujuan diadakannya PKM ini adalah agar materi yang disampaikan guru sesuai dengan jenis dan prinsip pengembangan materi ajar (fakta, konsep, pinsip dan prosedur). Dengan demikian, guru dapat dengan mudah menyampaikan materi di kelas. Siswa juga dapat dengan mudah memahami materi pembelajaran. PKM diadakan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi guru-guru di SD Negeri 34 Seberang Padang dan SD Negeri06 Teluk Bayur Padang. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan bahwa proses berjalan dengan baik dan guru sudah bisa menyusun materi ajar sesuai dengan prinsip pengembangan materi ajar.Kata Kunci: Guru Sekolah Dasar, Kemampuan, Materi Ajar

Education and life is a relationship between process and content, namely the process of cultural takeover in the sense of civilizing humans, another aspect of the function of education is to process culture into mental attitudes, behavior, and even the personality of students. Based on the Kompas news quote, the problem that occurs a sense of pride and concern for preserving culture is less embedded in Indonesia's young generation today. Their interest to learn it is lacking (Kompas, 2018) This has an impact on schools, one of the most important elements in schools is students. Students are less familiar with culture, especially the culture in the environment they live. Therefore it is necessary to develop a culture-based module in the Pesisir Selatan so that students do not only consider mathematics only abstract but also concrete. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of using culture-based modules. This type of research is research and development (R&D). effectiveness is obtained by providing a test of learning outcomes after the use of regional culture-based modules. From the research results, it is found that the use of culture-based modules is very effective.

This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and student interest based on the background of the school are students who graduated from high school and vocational school graduates in the mathematics course II of the student learning outcomes are known from the Study Results Sheet (LHS) students. The research method used is quantitative research using expost facto approach. Population in this research is PGSD student of Bung Hatta University class of 2016. The sample was taken as many as 40 students covering 20 students with background from high school and 20 students from school background from SMK. The value of learning motivation and student learning interest obtained from the questionnaire and the value of student learning outcomes obtained from LHS. . Meanwhile, to know the effect of motivation on the results of study used F-test data analysis techniques. In the hypothesis test obtained that high school graduate student obtained F value is 3.603 with probability 0.048 <0.05. Because probabiltasnya less than 0.05 then H0 rejected means there is influence of learning motivation and interest in learning on high school graduate students. For students of SMK graduates obtained the value of F = 0.784 with probability 0.473> 0.05 then H0 accepted means there is no influence of motivation and interest in learning on students who graduate SMK

Islamic values can be integrated in every learning process, especially in the learning of mathematics so that it can lead students to achieve knowledge (cognitive), understanding and application of Islamic values. In other words, through learning mathematics can be instilled religious values in students. Therefore we need a mathematical learning formula that integrates Islamic values in mathematical topics. The purpose of this study is to produce a valid and practical Islamic learning module based on Islamic values. Mathematics learning module based on Islamic values is validated by 3 experts, overall aspects of getting criteria are very valid with the value obtained is 91.4% for the content quality aspect of 93.3% with a very valid category that is the aspect of presentation quality that is 88.9 % with a valid category and language eligibility aspects score 92% with very valid criteria. Mathematical module based on Islamic values for the practicality stage by students obtained 86.17% results, which means modules with very practical criteria. At this stage of practicality three aspects are assessed. The content quality aspects and the objectives of the module obtained 83.42% results with practical criteria, aspects of technical quality with a value of 84.21% with practical criteria, aspects of learning and instructional quality obtained 90.87% with very practical criteria. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of online learning carried out by teachers, tended to only use the WhatsApp application as a medium in assigning assignments and collecting assignments by students. Learning resources used by students at home are not yet innovative, only sourced from books and Student Worksheets (LKS). In addition, the social studies material contained in the book is not in accordance with the curriculum. This research aims to describe the validity of the IPS Lectora Inspire e-module based on discovery learning for the fourth grade of elementary school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). This research is a research method used to find, develop and validate a product. This research went through three stages, namely the define, design and develop stages which were adopted from the 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan which was then modified into 3-D. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The instrument for collecting research data is in the form of a validity questionnaire sheet. The e-module is validated by two experts, namely a material expert and a design expert. The data from the validation sheet were analyzed quantitatively, then used descriptive techniques to draw conclusions qualitatively. Based on the results of data analysis, the validity of the material aspect was 89% and the validity of the design aspect was 83% with an average of 86% with very valid criteria. Thus, the IPS Lectora Inspire e-module based on discovery learning for grade elementary school produced can be used in the learning process.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan RPP dengan Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan Media interaktif pada materi Bangun Ruang Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Pengintegrasian Pendidikan dengan teknologi sangat perlu dilakukan mengingat tuntutan perkembangan zaman sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara online dan juga offline. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu model pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut yaitu dengan Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan Media interaktif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and development /R&D. Model pengembangan penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4D yang pada penelitian hanya sampai 3–D (three D), yang terdiri dari 3 tahap dan melalui tahapan revisi oleh para ahli/praktisi. Pada pengembangan terdiri tahap validitas, tahap pratikalitas dan tahap efektifitas. Pada tahap validitas dimana RPP dan media interaktif ini akan divalidasi oleh 2 ahli yaitu ahli materi dan desain Berdasarkan pengembangan pembelajaran pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan media interaktif pada materi bangun ruang kelas V SD yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulkan bahwa Kevalidan RPP pada kategori valid dan media interaktif dengan nilai validitas dari aspek materi dan desain yaitu 95% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantuan media interaktif pada materi bangun ruang kelas V SD yang dikembangkan sudah dapat digunakan untuk mengukur apa yang seharusnya diukur.

Elementary school teachers need to master the 21st century skills needed in teaching, namelycritical thinking, creative, collaboration and communication skills. For this effort the author needsto provide knowledge on how teachers can recognize and apply 21st century skills to be used intheir teaching in the classroom. One of them is by providing training on computer thinking skills(computational thinking) to elementary school teachers in the Kapau area, Tilatang KamangDistrict, Agam Regency by making programming using the Scrath application to be used to createlearning media. The training carried out received a fairly good response from the teachers whoattended and they stated that the application used was very suitable for teaching and used byelementary school children and very interested in being able to later apply it to their students inclassroom learning.

This study aims to determine the role of an elementary school teacher on students' learning motivation. One of the elements that influence the success of a student is motivation. If students have the drive to learn, then they will achieve the desired learning outcomes. In an effort to produce quality learning and education, teachers must be creative. To encourage motivation to acquire the principles of the creed, the teacher must be able not only to understand the teaching material but also various learning methods and designs. The findings show that teachers can increase students' motivation in learning in various ways, including by providing teaching materials, using various teaching techniques, managing classes, and utilizing learning media. High learning motivation will lead to the best results, the task of a teacher is to foster student motivation. The research methodology in research is a literature review (library research) available in online or offline libraries. The main component in learning, motivation can support and encourage learning. According to literature findings, students with high levels of motivation are more likely to try hard, dress impeccably, and not want to give up. They are also more likely to engage actively in reading to improve learning outcomes and solve problems. On the other hand, people who are unmotivated, appear disinterested, get discouraged easily, and don't pay attention to what they are learning will have difficulty in school.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and development /R&D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mendiskripsikan e-modul pembelajaran matematika berbasis CTL yang valid dan praktis. Model pengembangan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan 4–D (four D), yang yang dibatasi pada 3-D yaitu define, design, dan develop. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validitas dan lembar praktikalitas (angket respon guru dan siswa). Validator terdiri dari 2 orang dosen ahli yaitu validator materi dan desain. Berdasarkan modul yang telah dikembangkan, validasi modul yang dilakukan dari aspek materi diperoleh presentase kevalidan 84,44% dengan kriteria valid dan dari aspek desain diperoleh presentase kevalidan 94,58% dengan kriteria sangat valid, sehingga diperoleh rata-rata validitas E-Modul Pembelajaran Matematika berbasis multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada materi bangun ruang memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dengan presentase kevalidan 89,51%. Uji praktikalitas terdiri dari 1 orang guru kelas dan 25 orang siswa, dari hasil praktikalitas oleh guru diperoleh presentase kepraktisan 91,3% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan hasil praktikalitas oleh siswa diperoleh dengan presentase kepraktisan 89,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-modul pembelajaran Matematika berbasis Multimedia Interaktif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas V Sekolah Dasar (SD) secara mandiri.

Pengembangan proses sosialisasi anak dibutuhkan dalam beradaptasi sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan dan umur anak. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan proses sosialisasi yang diidentifikasi melalui peran guru dalam menjalin hubungan dengan siswa dalam pendidikan karakter di lingkungan bersekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahas proses sosialiasi anak dalam masa bersekolah. Penggunaan metode dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan yang berasal dari hasil review jurnal yang mempunyai topik yang sama dengan penelitian ini dan menganalisis serta membandingkan hasil review yang telah diperoleh yang dijabarkan dengan bahasa yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan belum semua indikator muncul dalam tahap pengembangan proses sosialiasi anak sebab anak baru mengenali konsep belum sampai pada pemahaman konkrit seperti orang dewasa (tahapan sosialisasi). Anak perlu diberikan arahan dan bimbingan agar dapat berperilaku sesuai dengan tahapan pengembangan mereka sehingga mereka dapat memahami kebermaknaan hidup dalam berperan dan menempatkan diri di lingkungan bersekolah. Berdasarkan enam indikator yang digunakan untuk proses sosialiasi ditemukan tahapan peran diri, sosialisasi dalam kehidupan, perkembangan kognitif. Untuk tahapan yang lainnya perlu diberikan pemahaman oleh guru dalam lingkungan bersekolah maupun keluarga dari lingkungan di luar sekolah.
